hey, can we talk a bit about how similar Roier and Richarlyson, even more when dealing with pain?

They both understand each other when Roier explained that he couldn’t be his pai, since he will always be only Bobby's papa; and Richas agreed, plus saying he didn't thought of Roier like he is one of his fathers, but considered him his pa. And it doesn’t change how much they care for one another.

Also, Both of them have strong personalities, which they use to hide their true emotions.

For one, Roier uses his 4 wall jokes and constant pessimist (like when he saw the egg hospital and just conclude that he didn't exactly saw the eggs, so maybe they aren't real, maybe Pepito is not real, maybe he is just too tired and emotinally broken enough to start allucinating) just so he can protect himself from his own emotions. But he can’t hide his appearance, and he can’t lie when Cellbit sees through his mask.

Richas, in a similar way, knows exacly how to act which each one of his fathers and uses theirs weaknesses to get what he wants. And he can almost get away with it, but them there is Forever, who is superprotective and paranoid about his security (he literally ended stream to talk with Richas admin because he wasn’t using his armor) and them there is Cellbit, who maybe is the parent he most open up about at this point about his emotions because he is the one to understand the complicated part about him the best, because he knows he just need be patience and go with his Richas own time.

Like, there was this one night where it was only the two of them and Cellbit started to push a conversation based on the info Forever told him some while ago: that Richas said to him he doesn't remember some things and started to wake up dead tired. And it went escalate to the point where he asked his son if he felt like there was something wrong with him and he agreed, only to start not respond and show him Pomme's diary. That part got me really emotional because it showed how he felt guilt to feel, his sister spent such a hard time all alone by herself while waiting to be adopted, So he needs to be the strong brother to protect her and his other siblings, he need to be the funny and troublemaker to make the ones he love not worried.

I love these two, and I can’t help but be excited to see them to just be honest with one another when talking about Cellbit situation.

But yes, if Kopa and Afua would have somehow survived the accident, they would have ditched their prides and started their own. Afua, mostly because Zira didn't care at all about him and his only escape, being with Kopa, was forbidden by Simba. the thought of david being threatened and quizzed by darlin's friends (who he probably can wipe out with a punch, not that he would ever) to see if he's a suitable mate is hilarioussss (also i feel you about david/darlin being fun to talk about, but then again im a whore for childhood friends to lovers so this was a natural progression for me)

Ohhh man. I've got friends like that. Like, my friends know me. They know I got attitude and I can take care of myself. But when they met my then-boyfriend, now-husband when we first started dating, the quizzz oh my word.

So, I know from experience that Darlin' is both amused and embarrassed by their unempowered friends being overprotective of the wolf whose pack literally nicknamed them Tank because of how tough they are. Darlin' just shakes their head like, "Man, I missed you guys. You're all mildly dumbasses and I love you." And then proceeds to show off to their friends that they are indeed still tough and stronger than all of their unempowered friends, but the friends are still like, "Nope. You're our squishy and we're gonna keep you safe."

David, thankfully, is a patient man who's been an alpha of like 40+ wolves for several years. So he puts up with the quizzing and the threatening ("If you break our friend's heart, we will break your face") with only slight irritation and genuine amusement (Asher has never seen David smile like that before and it's kinda freaking him out because who is that and what has he done to David Shaw?). hmm well idk tbh lol. It's really hard to stay in the fandom of accepting and mostly have to live with some Nesta Stans. To this day I’m trying to understand the need for some people to vilify characters that are at odds with Nesta in ACOSF. I just can not understand why people are angry with Mor. Did these people have never had friends? Mor is one of the most friendly people she has always been superprotective with the people she loves.

Nesta never gave Mor a reason to like her and I think it would be okay if it was not the relationship of this with Cassian and Feyre. Mor was sitting at the table when he said that he would rip Feyre's throat if she put Elain at risk, although she was not intended for this, it was the wrong thing to say to her sister who had put at risk to save her life once more. In the same scene, Nesta suggested that Mor dressed like a bitch. something very close to what Eris always said to Mor.

However, I'm sure Mor's displeasure with Nesta is the way Nesta treated his friends, especially Feyre and Cassian. Nesta used Cassian's origin to hurt him, because she knows it's a weak spot.

At Illyriano camp it was no different. She has her reasons for being upset. Cassian not only wanted to help her but he was following orders and yet she humiliates him in front of the whole Illyrian camp knowing how he felt about it, knowing how he always needed to reaffirm his authority among those people. Imagine if Feyre felt the freedom to call Rhys an Amarantha whore just to hurt him?

What some Nesta Stans ignore is how she often used people's weaknesses and traumas against them to "protect" herself. She did this to Feyre for years and that's why we say that her relationship with her younger sister was abusive. Because it left Feyre a trauma, it affected her self-esteem and the way how she felt like an ignorant savage. How she didn't think she was beautiful. So Mor, who doesn't have Nesta's perspective like us readers, is upset at what Nesta did to Cassian, as she knew that the Illyrians were a weakness. Then, seeing Nesta acting calculatingly and coolly, Mor compares her to the people of Hewn City. People Mor has lived with all his life. Let's remember that Mor was also a victim of family abuse and Mor is now friends with Feyre. It is easy for Mor to make this association when Nesta only shows the worst of himself and she does it intentionally, to keep people away. I know Nesta says she wouldn't train with Cassian in front of the Illyrians, she warned him. She was not heard. But did she need to act cruelly like that with whom she just wanted to help?

If she has the right to do and say what she wants because she is upset, I think Mor has the same rights here. She is just treating Nesta with the courtesy with which she is treating Cassian. I'm sure that if Nesta was talking about how she felt, Mor would have acted differently. But Nesta is not talking about how she feels, she is not talking about her traumas and no one in the IC besides Amaren knows how she feels, simply because she doesn't TALK ABOUT IT. So it takes maturity to understand that a book is made up of perspectives and that those perspectives are sometimes in conflict without the characters being wrong. Mor simply does not have the perspective and does not know it beyond the mask of coldness that Nesta showed everyone. So Nesta's relationship with Mor, Cassian, Feyre and the entire IC is something to be developed throughout the book, until the character reaches where she ended up in the story.

I have lots of time. Uh. I admit Vanessa is one of those characters that I have almost nothing about them because barely wrote or had someone interested.

But some random facts I can think of the top of my head (and with spoilers for stories I wrote/will write with her):

she's not a natural leader or superprotective, but quickly steps uo to the protective leader role if needed;

she used to love cooking, but because the worst damage her wings get is getting burn, she's pretty much scared of burning heat in general;

she's trained to fly higher and faster, but can't carry too much weight;

(Winged People that can fly high and fast are actually pretty rare);

she's a pure-blood Winged Person;

because of the damage on her wings, they're basically amputed and when she's wearing the binder, she looks like a regular human;

I have four arcs planned for her: the team whump, assassin, ruthless vigilante and bodyguard

(all were for a different character and I just put it all together)

maybe she'll have prosthetic wings?
