What are the inspirations for the show? I get a lot of Gundam vibes

Gundam is absolutely a huge inspiration for ATYK. Specifically Gundam Thunderbolt (which was the 'required watching' for everyone on the show).

Armored Core, even though it came out mid-production definitely pulled us back into the mech genre - perfect timing there.

Believe or or not System Shock 2, which I finished playing right when I started writing the show in earnest played a big part in the tone I wanted to take with the 'horror' segments.

Star Trek Deep Space 9: Particularly its depiction of how remote outposts of a larger "good" government can be neglected, and in turn begin to form their own moral judgements in the field.

But the biggest inspiration, and the spark for the whole show and it's yet-to-happen climax is this song by Justice.

I listened to this song in ~2016 and imagined *something happening*. The entire campaign is essentially working back from there. Of course, there's no guarantee it will happen. But at this point, some things feel inevitable. That's as much as I can say!

Prozessbeobachtung

Viel passiert in der Rechtstheorie, viel passiert in den Beschreibungen dessen, was man Recht nennt. Da gibt es viel zu kommentieren. Am Ende dieses Jahres liegen drei Bücher auf meinem Tisch, die man zum Anlass nehmen könnte, die vergleichenden Normwissenschaften weiterzutreiben. Da ist Sabine Müller-Malls Buch zu Urteilen, die verfassen. Sie ist ist in den Strudel der Konstitutionsleistungsdiskurse geraten und zieht dort analytisch ihre Kreise, besser gesagt: Klärungen. Röggla und Carrère haben neue Bestseller zur Prozeßbeobachtung abgeliefert. Da werde ich nachts wieder einiges vermischen und durcheinanderwerfen, aber am Tag kann man es ja wieder sortieren.

Verpassende Urteile

Passen ist eine Kulturtechnik, die dadurch läuft, dass man etwas passen lässt, passend macht, passieren lässt oder passieren macht, indem man etwas verpasst oder jemandem was (etwa eine) verpasst. Nichts, das wäre mein Ausgangspunkt, passt von selbst - dafür braucht es Technik.

Meine These lautet, dass diese Kulturtechnik eine juridische Geschichte hat - und dazu eine juridische Theorie, nämlich die Rhetorik, die diese Technik unter anderem mit den Begriffen aptum/ decorum assoziiert. Das heißt, dass man auch vom Mustern sprechen kann. Sabine Müller-Mall assoziiert das Passen mit dem Zusammensehen, das würde ich auch, über die Schiene rhetorischer Tradition, die mir mit ihren Synthesen, ihrer Synthetik, ihrer Plastik und ihrem Plastik mehr Fragen stellt, als die logische und die analytische Tradition mit ihren Klärungen und Verklärungen, nämlich ihren Transfigurationen ins Allgemeine.

Im Anschluss an Warburgs Arbeiten zu einem Recht, das unbeständig ist und dessen Regen eine meteorologische Bewegung und Begründung ist, würde ich erstens betonen und zweitens 'archäologisch' herausarbeiten, dass das Passen polar ist - auf eine Weise, die man begrifflich nicht ergänzen sollte, also nicht mit Ausführungen zum Bipolaren oder Multipolaren auf eine blockierende Spur bringen sollte, etwa diejenige der Vorstellungen einer Vermehrung. Das Polare ist in allen Details, eigenen und fremden, es ist in sich polar und damit auch außer sich, und zwar außer sich, ohne die Polarität zu verlieren.

O que a Nova Síntese ou Neodarwinismo sintetizou? O que é sintetizar?

A palavra "sintetizar" tem origens do grego "synthetikes", cujo significado é capaz de unir, as palavras podem ter significados distintos dependendo do contexto, e no contexto da "síntese do neodarwinismo" pode-se assim dizer que trata-se da junção da teoria Darwinista de Seleção Natural somada aos estudos sobre genética e biologia molecular, possibilitando uma atualização natural do século XIX, e que iniciou-se com o neodarwinismo no século XIX, em que o neodarwinismo inicia-se no século XX., e perdura até os dias atuais.

O darwinisnmo de facto foi um grande avanço científico em sua época, no entanto existiam algumas lacunas não respondidas sobre a origem e evolução das espécies que só puderam ser compreendidas com as tecnologias e estudos de séculos posteriores ao XIX, culminando-se assim ao neodarwinismo.

No livro "O polegar do panda", de Stephen Jay Gould, o autor cita as cartas de Darwin e Wallace em que ambos divergem quanto a teoria de Darwin sobre a seleção sexual, em que Darwin propunha a seleção sexual por competição entre os machos pelas fêmeas , e as escolhas das fêmeas pelos machos, Wallace discordava de tal teoria. No entanto hoje com os avanços dos estudos sabe-se que é válido até certo ponto, pois para que haja a perpetuação das espécies é preciso que haja alguma de atração entre os seres, principalmente quando fala-se em animais.

É válido levar em consideração que nem sempre será vantajoso ao indivíduo da espécie, mas um meio de sucesso evolutivo para a espécie como um todo, como ocorre aos pavões, por exemplo, em que os machos gastam energia para atrair as fêmeas no período de acasalamento abrindo suas penas coloridas, porém tornou-se vantajoso para ser escolhido pelas fêmeas e deixar descendentes.

O neodarwinismo junta-se à seleção natural e traz consigo estudos sobre mutação genética, apesar de estudos de Mendel sobre genética terem sido publicados na época de Darwin, o mesmo não o acessou, assim o Darwinismo não respondia como de facto as caracteríticas dos indivíduos eram passadas aos descendentes, e somente em 1900 os geneticistas e botânicos Hugo Marie de Vries, Carl Correns e Erich Tschermark van Seysenegg tiveram acesso à teoria de Gregor Mendel, e por meio de experimentos com plantas deram cabo para a compreensão do multacionismo, bem como a hereditabilidade genética, compreendendo-se assim as variações genéticas apresentadas em fenótipos das mais variadas espécies, e tendo como princípio a mutação genética para a variação genética.

No neodarwinismo também foi possível compreender a acumulação de mudanças genéticas que levam a especiação, e diferente do Darwinismo a nova síntese compreende que a evolução das espécies é gradual, e agrega também a adaptação e seleção natural das espécies mediante o meio ambiente do qual estão inseridas.
