I choose to believe TFA Cybertron ends up picking up some form of Social Media from Earth and it just goes so badly.

Decepticons (having more knowledge on how it's used either from first hand experience or the gossip train) IMMEDIATELY start using it to troll every Autobot in power.

Just picture Sentinel on the phone with Optimus, demanding him to translate the memes.

Can I have headcanons for the TFA bots + Elite guard bots with a cybertronian reader (who came to life by an allspark fragment) who's very Bob Ross-esque I feel like if they got pissed off enough they would yell but it happens very rarely, they also either have an RPG Cannon or a sword and shield as a weapon.

I feel like they would see beauty and everything, nature especially, so they just paint it a lot. I also feel like they would sell their paintings for free, sell it to auctions and they also get commissions from people as well.

TFA! Bots + Elite Guards X Artist!Cybertronian!Reader

You had never known Cybertron or space, the beautiful ethereal vastness of space. It wanted to lead you to every galaxy, show you everything and share its knowledge with you.

But you were never born in the stars, you were born on a organic planet that seemed to welcome you however, it had moments where it resented you. With moments of harsh rain rusting your body and lighting nearly making you offline at times.

Yet, you found beauty in it, the way plants seem to grow, the way the air seemed to shimmer with heat on hot days and how the inhabitants of the planet. Humans, seemed memorised and busy with a life span shorter than yours.

You think you've been on this plant since 1890 or somewhere around there, when humans were just figuring out electricity.

A fallen star had clashed with a steam train and thus you were created.

You never knew Cybertron or any of it inhabitants but still you painted it somehow and created vast illustrations of space.

So, when it become the 21st century you were surprised with the arrival of the Autobots, they were highly suspicious and cautious of you however you were a curious oddity to them.

Optimus prime:

He had never seen a cybertronian as big and lanky as you. Never seen an autobot that big, only Decepticons. But, he was sure you weren't one.

You were too nice and helpful.

Also you painted, which Optimus highly doubts Decepticons would take the time to paint.

Bumblebee:

He's a bit cheeky with you, likes to annoy you to get a rise out of you but you generally couldn't hurt a fly so you just stood there and took it

Eventually Ratchet scolds bumblebee out about being mean to you and saying that you don't know everything and to leave you alone

Ratchet:

He is quite annoyed at you naive nature however, he likes that you come to him to learn more about your home planet that technically wasn't your home but was in a way.

Loves that you paint, you draw Cybertron so well even if you haven't seen it. You also draw earthy nature so beautifully.

Bulkhead:

Loves that you paint as well! He asks if he and you can have paint dates, as friends of course (Bulkhead might have a crush on you)

He loves learning earthian art techniques from you and he teaches you cybertronian techniques in return.

Let's just say you and Bulkhead can talk hours about artwork.

Prowl:

Similar with Bulkhead, you can also talk hours about artwork and now nature! You tell him about your journey through the Americas and how nature and humankind has reshaped the world you first knew.

He just listens to you silently as you ramble on about animals, plants and even rocks.

He enjoys it.

Jazz:

When the elite guards visits, Jazz is immediately taken back by your presence around prowl, he can immediately pick up that you've become prowls new favorite mystery.

Even though you've told everyone your story with a smile, he can still see the tiredness and heaviness of the world in your optics.

But you somehow manage to make it through

He and Prowl help you with your art donations and auctions to humans and even the occasional cybertronian when Jazz takes some of your work back to teh planet.

Sentinel prime:

Is absolutely repulsed by you.

He doesn't wanna go near you and your weird rust and your whole weird body. Likes your paintings tho, just won't admit it and when questioned he says that Cybertron isn't your home and you shouldn't pretend to be something youre not.

The glare everyone gives him makes him regret his words alot.

Ultra Magnus:

You are a little bit taller than him, much more lean and lanky than him as well. He thought you were an enemy at first but after Optimus had spoken to him about you. He just felt pity for you.

Another allspark fragment coming to life in the wrong environment. You even drew Cyberton even though it wasn't your actual home.

He won't admit it but youre life just makes him sad.

Never really talks to you, just nods and walks away.

🐝 Sentinel scoffed as you looked at him, your head tilted slightly to ask him what was wrong

💫 You were one of the best Autobot fighters, and when you saw Starscream aim his blasters at Ultra Magnus, you just snapped into work-mode

💫 Jumping up, you spread your wings, flapping them to push you towards the Decepticon as he looked at you in shock

💫 Your long tail emerged and wrapped around his neck, causing him to fly into the air with you while the others observed. Sentinel, Jazz, and Ultra Magnus just sighed as you inserted your tail's tip in the 'Bots neck, injecting him with acid

💫 He wailed in pain as you scoffed and kicked him away. Starscream then stood up shakily whilst yelling about how he'd find you and make you pay sometime

"Go ahead, 'Screamy. I'd love to hear that squeaky voice of yours scream in pain as I tear your wings apart."

🎷 Jazz liked being around you, but he had to admit, you could be quite scary despite your seemingly-polite front

🎷 This was proven when you grew tired of listening to Velocity and Sentinel argue. You slammed your servo against the panel, wrapping your tail around the two 'Bots before slamming them into the nearby desktop

"If you two don't shut your intakes, I'll shut them for you. Capiche?"

🎷 The two nodded erratically as you let them go, throwing a datapad at Nickel before walking out of the control room. No doubt you were going to train your heart out against a dummy

🎷 The white mech just watched with slightly widened optics and a nervous demeanor as you walked away, thankful that he wasn't the center of your anger

Oh yeah tfa feels like it’s got a lot of bots going under-appreciated in this series, particularly with a lot of the elite guard bots outside of blurr. Like Jazz is so cool??? And his design looks super good (my one complaint is he and prowl look a little too alike? I know they’re the same frame but Wasp and Bee had a bit more differences in the face to help, might also be the visor) and Sentinel’s a fun rival character for Optimus because they immediately regress to verbal slap fights, best frenemies honestly ❤️ Haven’t gotten to the twins yet but they seem really fun from what people have talked about regarding them.

the elite guard is so full of fascinating characters, but they don't get enough attention, outside of blurr (even if it's mainly for shipping) and probably sentinel, but maybe that's because of the circle i'm in. i know a LOT of sentinel enjoyers, lmao

easily my favorite elite guard bot is jazz, because come on! he's so cool! good vibes, great fighter, loves humans, fascinated by earth, he's caked up, he gets along with nearly anyone... he's so loveable, and it sucks that he isn't given more love in the wider transformers fandom.

and i do love the jettwins, even if i don't talk about them a lot. they're such little shits, i love when they annoy sentinel or talk shit about him

BUMBLEBEE heavily inspired by cyber/y2k revival, as well as the way lots of boys in my middle and high schools would dress. - used layers to try and mimic his kibble - hair beads match optic colors - jacket hood has horns - matching friendship bracelets with sari and bulkhead (each bracelet has their color scheme)

PROWL since his alt is a police bike despite not being an enforcer in this continuity (draft-dodging princess <3), he's inspired instead by queer biker and leather culture. I wanted to reference subcultures that draw from military and police aesthetics in an anti-authoritarian, self-expressive way.

RATCHET I wanted to go for an "emt off-duty look;" he's comfortable but ready to jump back in at the first sign of trouble. he also has the most visible injuries since he tends to get worse beatdowns than the rest of the group. - broken chevron translates to facial scarring - missing emf array is instead scarring from an encounter with lockdown. idk what happens when he gets his array back but he's still going to have that scar. - right arm is a prosthesis from the elbow down from when it was torn off by blitzwing

OPTIMUS honestly not a huge change from the original. I just played up his military aesthetics and silhouette to emphasize his role as an academy graduate who's never seen active duty.

BULKHEAD stereotypical "school bully" look-- I wanted to work with his struggles of being perceived as a violent meathead despite just being a big, overenthusiastic guy. - "72" pin is a reference to his canon human's look - ectrodactyly (3 fingers per hand) - LOTS of paint stains - matching friendship bracelets with sari and bee

Elite Guard

Ultra Magnus: Controlling, manipulative type. He is like a strict parent who says, "I'm doing this for your own good." He restrains and confines the person he loves under the pretext of protecting them. He doesn't hesitate to punish them if they try to run away (though the punishment is mild, it is enough to instill fear in them, given the difference in physique).

Sentinel: After rejecting the reader, he becomes dependent, jealous and manipulative. When he is aware of the person he has feelings for, he is more coercive than usual, and his sarcasm and contempt (especially towards humans) are severe, but due to the past incident with Elita 1, when he admits his true feelings, he is the type to say, ``I'm no good without you…!!!'' He uses his power to keep others away, and makes excuses to Ultra Magnus that he is under his jurisdiction, keeping the reader by his side. It is difficult to understand how to express affection, but the possessiveness is very strong and jealous.

Jazz: Manipulative, delusional. At first glance he appears kind and friendly, but deep down he is an extreme type who doesn't doubt that he and the person he likes are bound together by a red thread of fate. However, he is good at hiding his true feelings, so no one will know. He creates situations where the reader feels isolated, comforts them by saying "I'm on your side," and makes them believe that he is the only person they can rely on, leading them to trust him and before they know it, they will fall in love with each other.

Blurr: Worship, delusion, stalker type. The type who will communicate with the person by pretending it's a coincidence, going wherever they go. They will speak even faster in front of the person they like, and will tell those around them how much they love the person, and will also say things like, "Y/N's dazzling smile at me, her/his/ their casual gestures, her/his smell, her breath (exhale), everything about her/his/ their is precious to me. Y/N is my everything, I really love her, I'm sure you'll think the same as you're listening, that's for sure, but I don't intend to give Y/N to you, because she's my lover, do you understand? If you do, that's fine, then I'm off to Y/N's place, so don't get in my way, because Y/N belongs to me alone." Their behavior is a little(?) suspicious, but they tend to overlook it because they always speak fast.

Jet Twins: Obsessive, overprotective, possessive love type. Cruelty and fear due to innocence. Two people who are clingy and clingy with plenty of skinship with the person they are attracted to. However, they consider anyone who denies or gets in the way of their relationship to be an enemy, and will mercilessly eliminate them in order to protect the person they love. ``You're happy to be with us, aren't you?…I love you!!!!'' With carefree smiles, each of them wraps their arms around each other and holds hands, and from the outside it looks like the three of them have a cute relationship.

🔥⛈️ When Jetfire and his brother came onto Earth for the first time, you were arriving with Sentinel, whom you found driving at a higher speed than normal in Detroit, and were shocked to see Optimus fighting a large mech

🔥⛈️ When Sentinel began to yell at Optimus, you stood up for him, yelling right back into the Elite Guard member's face

"Oh for crying out loud, Sentinel! If you're supposed to be a Prime, a mentor to many up-and-coming Autobot soldiers, you need to listen to others and not just that annoying voice in your processor! Listening to yourself alone is not a quality of an Autobot, it's a quality of a Decepticon!"

"How dare you call me a Decepticon!"

"How dare I?! How dare you treat the only Bot that you have left in your life, one of the rare few who ever truly cared about you, like a hunk of scrap metal?! You need to grow up and quit acting like a sparkling! It's pathetic."

🔥⛈️ The twins were shocked to see how quick Sentinel backed down when you began to get more and more angry. And the way you stood there and glared at their boss, one of the highest-ranking Primes of that time, and scolded him like how a Carrier or Sire would their own offspring

"Just- get out there and find that fugitive!" He barked at the two.

🔥⛈️ After the whole... Wasp-incident... you remained in contact with the twins, sending them some photos you would take around the city. Heck, sometimes you'd go for drives outside of the city with Sari and/or Prowl to get away from the business

🔥⛈️ They loved to look at the scenery of the planet you protected, and from time to time, they would try to get Sentinel to let them go back to Earth to 'check on you guys'. Yeah... Jazz always knew something else was on their mind, Sentinel on the other hand, not so much. He's pretty dumb when it comes to relationships

🔥⛈️ Anyways. They both struggle with certain things when you eventually enter a relationship with them.

🔥Jetfire

He is much higher with his voice, meaning he yells more than his twin. So, if you are sensitive to loud noises, do tell him early on so he can tone himself down more often

Jetfire also has issues with his emotions, though it's more severe than his brothers. This was shown when Ironhide tried flirting with you and he went from a happy-go-lucky bot to a glaring and borderline-possessive one

Speaking of possessiveness, he has his moments. It's not severe like others like the Decepticons, but it does appear when he thinks your relationship may be in danger. Even the most arrogant have their doubts

Finally, his fire sometimes flares up when his anger gets out of control. And, unlike Jetstorm's winds, his are far more destructive, so, if he ever gets mad, keep your guard up in case of a metal-melting outburst

⛈️Jetstorm

Like I said earlier, Jetfire may be the loudest twin, but Jetstorm is the more physically threatening despite their similarities. His wind is something he uses to his advantage, since he has to control such a strong energy, his strength is slightly better than Jetfire's

He may be more loose than Jetfire when it comes to your interactions, but he is also protective. One time, you were speaking to Sentinel when he almost blew a gasket, and when he nearly yelled at you, the flying Autobot glared, making the Prime stand down in slight fear

He knows you can handle yourself, but he feels the need to protect you. Sometimes it can seem like he was coddling, and whenever you brought this up to him, he would apologize, and you could tell it was sincere. His Decepticon CNA just messes with his processor like it does with Jetfire

Speaking of his CNA, he may be less showing when it comes to his dark thoughts, but make no mistake; he, much like his brother, would do anything to keep you safe. Nothing would be bad enough to keep their love safe

🔥⛈️ But, despite their flaws, the twins do prove to be good partners. They don't get jealous of one another badly, instead they just pout like sparklings until you pay them the same amount of attention as you did their sibling

🔥⛈️ Jetfire and Jetstorm also like to take you patrolling with them. While it may not be easy to handle, as they were rarely ever free after the Decepticon lock-up, since they were still looking up for any rogue signals, they would try making any time up for you

🔥⛈️ When you returned to Cybertron after getting the 'Cons locked away, you were appointed as a head in the Council, a Bot who would replace Longarm Prime, or rather Shockwave, and would lead the Cybertronian Intelligence unit

🔥⛈️ After taking that position, you managed to get Ratchet back into the medical field as a head medic, you got Bee and Bulkhead into the Elite Guard (though they still had to move up the ranks on their own), you helped attempt to repair the relationship between Optimus and Sentinel (with the help of Jazz), and you got Prowl to be marked down in the history data-pads as the hero that helped remove the threat of the Decepticons from Cybertron that he was

🔥⛈️ It was hard to adjust to such a ranking change and with the additional work that came with said position, but you proved to be very capable of it. And with your future sparkmates by your sides, you could handle any challenge you faced
