I don’t rlly take twophone seriously just cuz it’s a crossship but when I do actually think abt it I realise it’s honestly pretty interesting. Forgive me if I’m mischaracterising either of them, I’d hope not. But yeah, this is my personal interpretation of them.

It’s rlly hard for me to put my thoughts into words, but I feel as if for a person like mephone, he appreciates Two but deep down can’t bare to be around them for so long. Not because he hates Two or anything, but rather because in his mind, Two’s perfect, presentable persona is smth Mephone doesn’t think he can ever achieve and it only fuels his own self-loathing. That then turns to guilt. *Because how can u be feeling jealous of ur own friend and wallowing in self pity every time ur around them ? What’s wrong with u ?* At the end of the day, Two is just the type of person Mephone needs in his life, as Two is endlessly patient with him. But he feels as though he’s taking that patience for granted. But he still needs them.

Two on the other hand loves Mephone and wants to be there for the guy, but they feel as if no matter how hard they try to help, there’s not much they rlly can do except provide momentary distractions from reality. It makes them feel helpless. And they aren’t even aware that their presence alone is apart of the cause. Also, yknow how I said Two is the kind of person Mephone needs in his life ? Well, thing is, he doesn’t think Two needs him the way he needs Two. Even though that isn’t true. Two feels seen and heard through Mephone and through their similarities. But Mephone doesn’t realise that and thinks he’s easily replaceable in Two’s life.

*btw, as for the text within the asterisks, I wanted to note here that I don’t mean that sentence literally. It’s moreso supposed to be from Mephone’s pov I guess ? Like, that’s what he personally thinks. Just in case it wasn’t obvious.

I feel as if I’m wrong and they’re out of character, so please tell me what u think in the comments 🙏🏾 lol

trustworthy is an interesting concept as we are all god's fallible little idiots but im DIGRESSING ! i get what you mean ummm lets see typically if you wanna know #thebusiness on a race weekend via social media, i'd recommend following mat oxley, david emmett (now only consistently available on bluesky), simon patterson if you can stomach it (or just wait for tumblr moots to filter out the relevant bits), valentin khorounzhiy, adam wheeler, and neil morrison. in terms of the guys whose articles i actually make sure and read its like val dave and oxley, and then as needed i head over to crash.net and pick up pete mclaren and lewis duncan sometimes. all these bitches also run podcasts (oxleybom, paddock pass, the race motogp, crash motogp pod). i would rate the podcasts in that order tbh but you usually get different opinions from the different crews so theres stuff for everyone AND i think its fun to get a bead on how much opinions can vary in the paddock among the press writ large. like okay so you guys ALSO dont know for sure about this thing okay cool im doing good...

Jumping into the main tag just to see everyone calling Taylie siblings and immediately came running back to this blog to feel safe and sane again <3 I thought they were so close to kissing live on stream at times. This weekends a buffet for us and I can't wait for day 2! They must be buzzing with excitement over getting the chance to meet up three times with each other!

omg, don't even get me started about the sibling-ifying that's happening on the other side right now. i knew some of my posts were reaching past the original target audience, but when i saw some people tagging "they're so siblings to me" on my grian leaning in gif, i was actually losing my mind. they saw me write casual intimacy and used it against me!!! it's crazy

they've been utterly insane about each other this whole weekend and, quite frankly, every time they've been together on these trips. they've been glued to each other's sides and so tactile with each other; slipping under grian's arm without hesitation at the end of the night, intense eye contact, leaning in so close that their mouths are only a couple inches apart....!

and that's JUST day one! we still have permit master where grian is going to be gem's assistant – which, fun little reminder that gem said she's been watching taskmaster to "study" for her role. love the idea of grian and gem setting aside time together to watch the show over discord. but i digress. i am so excited for today
