Okay I'm only like thirty seconds into My Adventures With Superman and I think I may already be sold on the entire show. This opening sequence has absolutely convinced me that they understand the assignment. Clark can't activate his powers for his own gain, they only show up when he desperately wants to help someone. i think one scene that perfectly captures the vibes of six of crows is when they’re meeting van eck on vellgeluk to complete their deal and wylan and kaz literally bet on whether or not van eck would care about ending his son’s life. like imagine putting actual money on the fact that your father doesn’t care about seeing you die. just as a fun little joke. a little bet to improve morale. you know how it is

I think one of my personal favorite Wilmon moments in S2 is the moments leading up to the Piano Scene in E2. The way Wille hears Simon's quiet humming and was just electrified, mesmerised, just wanted to go wherever Simon is. Even when the headmistress stops him to inform him about the Queen's repeated attempts to talk to him, his mind is already gone in the direction of Simon's singing. He doesn't even register her words the first time. Simon's voice is lingering in his mind, the only voice that matters, the only voice he can hear. And I really, really love how Simon's voice was used as the background score in the scene, encapsulating Wilhelm's tender yearning for Simon through Simon's voice. It's like Simon's voice was a siren, calling Wille in the hums of a melody they played together once on a golden day.

This is the best scene...well arguably the best scene in the seven years of the show. In my opinion....I'm telling you from everything from the run throughs. I remember watching you block this scene. I remember watching the rehearsals of this scene. I remember it killing it every run through. -Will

What I remember is that it really came alive on tape night. -Rider 

I remember that what happened on show night. Everyone being shocked and how totally invested the audience was....And then on the show night being like people are electrified by this relationship. And there's something..It was like a buzz. It was truly electricity about the scene that I don't think anybody anticipated....The hands touching will be the big moment.
