Overall thoughts: holy SHIT!!! I genuinely didn't think Dragons Rising would keep my interest like it has. I've watched this fuckass show since I was like 11, and by GOD they're keeping it real. The fight scenes are beautifully animated, they're keeping the characterization as close to normal as possible (of course there will be differences, no one can deny it). The story is enthralling and I really, REALLY love it.

can we get cole introducing geo to jay when he comes back as his bf to confirm all of our "suspicions" (they are dating. i dont care) but pleasepleaseplease im begging. don't keep us in the dark ninjago team

The witch of possibilities is an offshoot of smth else i wanted to do with her and i like rly wanted a steampunk aesthetic for her lol

Her powers of possibilities is a very restrictive form of controlling probability. Alternatively, she is also seen as the witch of hopes/dreams

Her original concept is that ppl in her world have endless potential, which can be taken away by monsters or bad ppl. Potential when extracted from ppl take the form of crystals and other shiny things. Losing them will make u lose ur motivation in life

She sorta goes around as a rouge savior who sometimes helps ppl out with that, hence why she’s a treasure hunter. The base for her is from a DIFFERENT story i had about someone who can steal dreams

So as a treasure hunter, she does take ppl’s potential but only the amount they paid as collaterial for a request. So she doesn’t get greedy and ppl can regenerate their potential power if u dont take too much/the important part of it

It Can be destroyed by ppl btw! But it can be gained back to some degree or fully as well since it isnt as if u destroyed or stole the core of their potential.

There was a story with her where there are others with this power too but there’s obv bad ppl who do it for profit/gain

It was basically about stealing and crushing other ppl’s hopes and dreams. A story about finding her core and not giving up on ones hopes and dreams.

There’s a bunch twists for her but yeah that was a short traintrack shift rundown of her concept

magical items antique shop owner

The antique owner is from another story i had with a cursed camera (soul shutter, my beloved). I gave him an honorable mention because i think he’d fit it rly well in a fantasy setting too.

His story is uh… his bestie sacrificed herself to seal the cursed camera so now he watches over the camera while also running a store of antique goods… he’s searching for a way to get her out of there. It’s been years since the incident and he hasnt found any leads

they like each other but its like theyre besties so it isnt fully romantic? If one of them asked the other out, they’d give it a shot sorta friendship. (It was originally romantic but i’m scrapping that lol

HI I FORGTO TO POST THIS UM ANWA S i am thinking about the besties (six mono rk and rcg obviously) and i wanted to write down a little. a little thing abt their relationships idk what to call this i am just thinking (this is all my personal thoughts btw u dont have to agree with anything i say but feel free 2 give some of ur own input :] )

OK SO this is sort of long(?) so haha 

starting with six; six’s closest buddy is (obviously) mono; they’re basically inseperable and may as well be attached at the side at this point. if you see one and not the other then Run because the other is behind you probably /j because six has never felt as though she has a safe space, she often considers mono her home, whether she realises it or not, and mono feels a similar way they go to each other for help and can communicate sometimes without words, theyre both happy to tolerate each other and theres clearly a bond between them you could see from a mile away. they rarely get seriously upset with each other and when they do they find a comfortable way to work it out. six would probably kill for mono, and he’d gladly die for her in return, even when none of them outright admit it. mono is one of the only people six actually talks to, and the only person allowed to touch her. on top of just being great friends that do truly care for each other in their own ways, they’re also an amazing duo that are great alone but are close to unstoppable together; they both have their own strengths that almost perfectly balance each other out, even when their differences sometimes get in the way, and theres really no situation they cant get out of as a team

next in line is rcg (i will refer 2 her as sandy to make this easier and because i think that is a cute name for her); sandy is like six’s older sister (tbh she is everyones older sister) and theyre both on pretty good terms with each other, shes pretty comfortable with sandy and trusts her a decent amount, if mono isnt around six wont hesitate to come to sandy for help and sandy will happily oblige :] six doesnt say it much but she appreciates that sandy is there to help and puts up with sixs sometimes unruly behavior and overall shenanigans, while sandys glad she can be a sort of guardian figure for six (and most of the other kids) and she finds the trust that the two of them are carefully forming is a great reward (six let her braid parts of her hair once and sandy was so honored, it has never happened again but sandy is determined that it will) last but not least is six’s relationship with rk; they don’t get along the best, and it probably would take a while to get them to really interact, and they definitely like to bicker or poke fun at each other from across the room but eventually, overall they tend to really just stay out of each others business. this proves 2 be hard sometimes though as they are kind of now in the same friend group (playable characters gang!!!!! *partying face emoji*) 

despite this theres still quite a few things they can bond over, and theyre both pretty comfortable in the sort of “frenemy” spot. most of the time they really dont mind situations where they have to team up together and just get along for a while, even if they still bully each other throughout  nowwww time for mono!!!!!!!!!!!  right away six is his best friend, like i said before theyre basically the same person except for the fact that theyre sort of total opposites he just adores her, thinks she is the absolute coolest and is always willing to give her his undivided attention. will obviously tell her off when needed but he’s always gentle and patient with her, and is always on her side, and six lets him know in her own way that she appreciates him greatly he loves to drag her into his activities and make sure shes included like i said before hes always patient with her, and makes sure she’s comfortable, for example when he goes to hug her (or just touch her at all) he’ll wait for a sign from her saying its okay; and if she’d rather be left alone he just sits with her and waits, ready for whenever she needs him for basically anything, and six always does the same for him

next is rcg/sandy!!!! like basically everyone else, he sees her sort of as an older sister, and appreciates her helping out with six’s shenanigans and being there for six when he isnt able to, even for a little bit. they actually make a pretty good team as well, and have tons in common. both of them love trying out new things and usually make plans together, and sandys happy to let him talk whenever he wants; whether he’s ranting, infodumping, or just bored and looking to strike up conversation, shes there to chat with!! also he loves her hugs because she always picks him up and spins him around  and again rk!!!! the two of them arent very close but still pretty friendly with each other and always manage to find things to talk about whenever theyre together, mono is always ecstatic to learn more about the nomes and rk happily shares his knowledge mono is also always trying to find ways to bring rk and six closer together, but always respects their boundaries, and rk appreciates it all tons now for sandy/rcg *evilly rubs my paws together*  starting with rk! dead buddies ahaha anyways like ive pointed out multiple times rcg sees the others as siblings, and rk is no exception! the two of them spend tons of time together, playing games usually with their nome friends!! sandy often drags him into doing things with her especially when shes trying out something new shes always happy to be there for him whenever he gets nervous about something (which. kinda happens a lot) and rk is there to comfort her in return when needed they share things with each other a lot, whether its information or physical objects or literally anything, they always feel the need to share it with the other  now six!! sandy is absolutely stoked to have a younger sister and six enjoys having an older sister as well sandy is always there for six whenever she needs something, and is working hard to gain her trust; she always gets excited whenever six wants to do something together, which in turn often makes six feel appreciated   i@dont even know what else to put here she just?? takes care of her very well ! she loves to tease six but always makes sure not to go over the line (kinda applies 2 everyone else aswell) mono!!! sandy adores his attitude and loves chatting with him, theres always something new to talk abt with him! they also have an unspoken “must protect six” code n chat about her a lot (all good things obviously)  even if they dont hang out too much she always has fun hangin out w him or getting together to plan stuff !!  i probably shouldve formatted this better bc ivre kind of already written rks relationship with everyone else but here we go anyways

rk and sandy!! rk is probably closest to her (and the nomes ofc) and just overall spends a lot of time around her, no matter what he’s doing he loves crafts, and sandy is always glad to join in making things, sometimes they make stuff for eachother  they also help out the nomes a lot together!! they make lil shelters/forts for them, sometimes for fun out of pillows and blankets and other times theyre more stable things, or, more often, they help clean out holes in the walls to make them liveable now mono!! rk loves to share his knowledge of the nomes with him, and they bond over other things too; for example both of them are interested in bugs :] actually they both adore most animals and rk is sure to let mono know whenever he finds a cool creature! rk also appreciates that mono tries to help six and rk become a little closer, as usually his schemes are harmless, whether they work or not  aaaand six! like i said before theyre not the best of friends and poke fun at eachother a lot, but when they need to team up they’ll somewhat tolerate each other. as much as he wants to, rk finds it hard to forgive six for yknow. eating him. six refuses to be very open about her side of the story, or atleast parts, which makes it a little harder, but theyre working on it and eventually they can atleast tolerate each other on top of that though, theyre also sort of opposites; rk thinks six is just mean and unruly, meanwhile six thinks rk is too soft and somewhat of a doormat  but again. overall they learn to put up with each other (barely)

I walked across an empty land

I knew the pathway like the back of my hand

Stiles was lost. But not entirely.

He knows that he’s in the woods. He knows he’s been in this part of the woods before. He recognizes the flowers, the birds, and the weird spiral patterns on the inside of the tree stumps.

And yet, he doesn’t know how to get home.

He decides not to worry about it, choosing instead to continue his journey deeper into the woods. Sooner or later he’ll find his way to the main road, right?

He walks for about 10 more minutes until he hears leaves crackle and heavy breathing. He’s confused by this; no one ever goes into the woods. Well, except for him. He approaches the source of the sound only to recognize who it is. Scott McCall.

He and Scott have class together. And sometimes during recess, they climb the monkey bars together. In Stiles’ mind, this makes them friends. So he runs up to Scott, startling the other boy slightly.

“What are you doing out here? I’ve never seen you out in the woods before. Do you come out here a lot? I do, but usually, I’m with my dad. Does your mom let you come out here alone?” Stiles fires off from the mouth, so fast that it takes Scott a minute to process what he’s saying.

Once he understands, Scott replies, “I don’t come out here often.”

When Stiles realizes that’s all Scott is going to say, he starts rambling again. “You should, it’s great out here. The flowers are pretty and so are the birds. Don’t trust the squirrels though. My mom says they’re ‘mischievous’.” He pronounces the word like it’s from a foreign language and pulls a face. “But now that I think about it, she says the same thing about me. So I guess they can’t be that bad.”

Scott stares at Stiles for a minute, not sure how to reply. He settles on simply nodding his head.

Stiles starts to walk away, only to stop a few yards away from Scott and yell “Aren’t you coming?” Scott jogs to catch up with the other boy and the two spend the day walking through the woods, with the seeds of a new friendship freshly planted.

Scott doesn’t understand where the Nemeton could’ve gone. It’s a literal tree, with roots in the ground. It couldn’t have just gotten up and walked away.

And yet here he was, standing exactly where the tree stump used to be, and it’s not there.

He would think he’d gone completely insane if it wasn’t for the fact that Stiles was there too and he also did not see the tree.

The pair (as in Stiles) decided that to make their lives in the future easier, they should write down coordinates for the Nemeton so that they won’t have to do another ‘Ice bath of death’, as Isaac calls it, to find it again. The plan had been going perfectly until they couldn’t find the tree.

Irritated and tired after everything that happened in the past few weeks with the Alpha pack, Jennifer, and their parents, Scott suggests they go home.

“No way dude,” Stiles rejects, shaking his head to further express his disagreement, “Let’s keep looking, ok? It’s bound to be around here somewhere.”

As they continue to walk around, Scott starts to think about the past few weeks. About the fighting and the pain and the fact that he almost lost his mom and the fact that he died an-

Stiles died. He almost lost Stiles.

This realization hits him like a bag of bricks. He stops walking, which makes Stiles stop walking. Before Stiles could ask if he was ok though, Scott hugs him. He hugs him tightly and with all the strength he can muster. He hugs him and he deeply considers never letting go.

After a few minutes, Stiles speaks.

“Not that I don’t love your hugs, but can I ask what this is for?”

Scott sighs and answers quietly, “I almost lost you. And I-It’s scary to think that I would’ve never been able to hug you again.”

Scott finally releases Stiles from his hold, only to look at him and see Stiles’ eyes watering.

Stiles wipes his eyes “Well, you can’t get rid of me that easily. We’re brother remember?” He says with a watery smile.

Scott smiles back, and the darkness in his chest gets a little smaller. “Yeah. Brothers.”

Stiles wasn’t lost. But he felt like he was.

Physically, he knew exactly where he was. He was in the woods, with Scott. They were sitting at the top of the hill that overlooks the rest of the town. If he wanted to, he could walk home from where he was without issue. So no, physically, he wasn’t lost.

Mentally, however, that was a different conversation.

It’s only been a week since they defeated the Nogitsune. A week since Stiles got his mind back. A week since Allison died.

All this to say, Stiles is lost. He doesn’t know what to do. He doesn’t remember what it’s like to be in control of his own body and mind. He doesn’t know if he actually is, or if it’s another dream.

“Remember when we used to come out here as kids?” Scott asks, shaking Stiles out of his thoughts. He turned to Scott and simply nodded his head.

Scott took this as a sign to keep going. “I remember when we were seven, and you found me out here by myself. I had just, ran into the woods. I didn’t know where I was going honestly. My parents had been arguing and I just wanted to get away. So I came here. And met you.” Scott says, a small smile spreading on his face as he remembers.

Stiles tilts his head to the side. “You never told me you were running from your parents.” He says, almost as if it was a question.

Scott shrugs. “I didn’t want to talk about it at the time. And there was no reason for me to bring it up later.” Stiles accepts the answer quietly and waits a few minutes before speaking.

“You remember when we used to pretend to be wizards and collect things from the woods to make ‘potions’?”

“How could I forget? I drank one of those so-called potions and ended up in the hospital for two days.” Scott replies and the two of them chuckle softly at the memory.

“Well, the potion was for super strength. And while it might’ve taken a few years and a werewolf bite, you got what you wanted. So I guess it worked after all.” Stiles jokes, and for a second he feels a bit more like his old self.

Scott laughs and says, “Well that is definitely one way of seeing it.” He’s pretty sure he hears Stiles mumble ‘The only of seeing it’ and he smiles to himself.

The pair sits in silence for a little while longer before Scott says, “You know, you were my first best friend. And you still are, my best friend.” Stiles looks Scott in the eyes and sees himself in them. He looks at Scott and feels like he’s seven years old again, lost in the woods, but exactly where he’s supposed to be.

“You’re still my best friend too.”

Scott wasn’t scared of the future. It was the present that terrified him.

In the future, Scott was sure he would be ok. He would be happy and in college and having the ‘Time of his life,’ as his mom had told him. The future wasn’t his problem. It was the present.

Because in the present, it is the night before graduation. It is the night before the end of high school, the worst and best time in his life. Worst, because of Peter Hale, Gerard Argent, the Alpha pack, the Nogitsune, the Deadpool, Kate Argent, Theo, the Dread Doctors, and the Ghost riders. Best, because of the lacrosse games, the parties, the camping trips that were actually camping trips, and his friends.

This is why, on the night before graduation, Scott dragged Stiles out of his house and into the woods with him, all while barely saying more than three sentences to him. Not exactly knowing what to say.

Having grown impatient with the silence, Stiles stops walking, which makes Scott pause as well. “Are you going to tell me why we’re in the woods or are you going to continue with this Derek impression?” He asks, crossing his arm. Scott can tell he isn’t actually angry at him, just curious.

Scott takes a breath and turns to face Stiles fully. “I wanted to talk to you.”

“Ok. About what?”

“Graduation. What comes after graduation.”

Stiles looks at him, clearly confused by the vagueness of his statement. “You’re gonna have to be a bit more specific dude.”

Scott sighs and looks up to the stars, hoping they will aid him in his search for the right words. They don’t. “You’re leaving. And I’m going to miss you. And I don’t want to miss you. And I know it’s not forever and no matter where you are we’ll always be brothers but it’s going to be weird not being around you all the time.”

Stiles stares at Scott for a minute. Before Scott could start to worry that he said something wrong, however, Stiles hugs him. He buries his face in Scott’s shoulder and Scott can feel the wetness of his tears. It’s ok though because he was sure Stiles could feel his tears too.

“I’m going to miss you too,” Stiles mumbles into Scott’s shoulder, “And yeah, it’s going to be really weird being so far away from each other. And I don’t really know what to say to make you feel better but I feel the same way. Trust me.”

Scott isn’t sure why but that was all he needed to hear for the feeling of dread in his chest to go away. Because there, in the woods, Scott is reminded of what it means to have a brother.

(look for those of you who have read heart dont stanf a chance you know that jin and jet are cute. idgaf that they never met in canon. i accidentally made myself love them)

jet and zuko are best friends. they didnt get along very well in highschool, seeing as theyre schools were rivals and they were both of their baseball teams captains. but they wound up going to the same college and playing for the same team and oh would u look at that theyre besties now ur honor.

anyways. jet works at the jasmine dragon with zuko and iroh. hes basically one of them. jet doesnt really have any real family anymore, but zuko and iroh took him in anyways (much to azulas chagrin. she hates jet. hes messy and eats her cereal).

jet loves working at the jasmine dragon because hes always in the back making pastries while zuko is the face of the store: taking orders, making tea, all that good stuff.

this is great for jet because he always gets to listen to iroh trying to set his nephew up with someone in yhe store even though zuko hates it. zuko hates jet for laughing at him and assures him that one of these days irohs gonna get him too.

jet doesnt believe him.

until zuko has to take off work because hes sick.

jet covers his shift. iroh goes off.

luckily for him, the first girl iroh talks to about jet is absolutely gorgeous (hi jin)

jet does ask her out and she accepts.

jin is great. jin is loud and confident and funny and opinionated. she pushes jet to be his best self and she says he does the same for her (jet argues that shes definitely way better than him and jin just says i know but ur still cool i guess)

soon enough jin and jet are the newest topic of gossip at the tea shop.

jin and jet also team up with iroh in their attempts to set up zuko with someone (and jin has plenty of new candidates to volunteer from her group of friends) ((if zuko ends up taking jins quiet friend song on a date a few weeks later than thats his business))
