hihihi 24,57 and 78 for the fanfic asks!!! <333
hiiiiiiiiii
24. How do you choose whose POV to write in?
i think it usually depends on the story i want to tell!!! for instance, (wit)jitp is written from Andrew's POV because i wanted it to be a story from the perspective of someone who wasn't the protagonist. he's the POV character but the story is about Nathaniel. when it comes to the Parallels AU, Dare(d) was the first story planned and from Wilhelm's POV because Dare(d) is meant to be a sort of coming-of-age love story. meanwhile NSTK, the other half of Parallels, is told from Simon's POV and is more of a drama.
that said, most of my Young Royals fics are from Wilhelm's POV because i relate to him a lot more than i do Simon, and most of my AFTG fics are from Andrew's POV because i find his thoughts easier to write than Neil's. so ease of writing definitely plays a part too.
57. How conscious are you about including symbolism or foreshadowing in your fics?
i answered this here but i am not known for being willing to shut up :)
i think i WANT to include more symbolism in my fics than i do, and i think that may be a big driving force for "the scars are poems". i want that story to be drowning in symbolism and meaning. but even just in general i think i want to try to pay more attention to opportunities and chances to play with symbolism more often!
78. What motivates you during the writing process?
often it's just the anticipation of what reactions my writing might get! one of the things that goes through my mind most often when i'm writing something is "will people see this? will this line hit them as hard as it hit me? will they understand the double meaning here? will they think about why they said that? will they wonder what that meant?" and i may never get answers to those questions but sometimes i do!! and it makes me so happy!!
i love finding out that my writing made people feel things, too. i write a lot of sappy shit, and i've been writing a lot of more sad and emotional fics recently, and it makes me so excited when people say that my writing touched them in some way.
so. yeah. it's so funny because i do write things for myself but such a big motivation for me is other people's thoughts lmao

International Women’s Day march in Dublin
by Hannah Giron Daygo
Tumblr media
DUBLIN, IRELAND —  Slogans such as "Women, Life, Freedom," "Women's rights, migrants rights," and "same struggle, same fight,” were the chants heard by the public during the International Women’s Day protest in Dublin, Ireland.
On March 8th, hundreds of people gathered in Dublin to commemorate International Women's Day. A march began at the Spire and ended in front of the Dáil Éireann to commemorate the occasion. All genders participated in the movement to show their support for the fight against racism, misogyny, transphobia, and gender-based violence.
Everyone who came, regardless of age, gender, or race, came to support all women around the world who are speaking out against gender-based violence, racism, misogyny, transphobia, and homophobia.
"When things are going backward, we protest," Action for Choice, LGBTQ, and feminist activist Ailbhe Smyth said. She addressed the eviction ban, femicide, and gender-based violence throughout her speech.
“14 femicides in the space of a year on the island of Ireland last year. That is unprecedentedly high. It is atrocious,” said Smyth.
“What we need to do is to come together as we do this evening, over the coming years to continue doing so, to keep up our fights…it’s not just for Women’s day, this is something we need to do regularly,” she added.
Domestic violence services in Ireland responded to 53,627 helpline calls in 2018, according to Safe Ireland, and several speeches were given during the march, emphasising the importance of gender-based violence awareness, inclusive education for students, and the call for the separation of church and state.
Molly Greenough, UCD's student union president, spoke about the importance of separating church and state and advocating for inclusive education for all students, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
"I think it’s worthwhile to highlight the gript the Catholic Church still has on this country, perhaps best demonstrated by the abysmal of excuse of a National Maternity hospital, and our substandard sex education at primary and secondary school levels…That’s why today we are demanding a separation of church and state, and consent based LGBTQ+ inclusive sex education,” Greenough said during her remarks.
ROSA Socialist Feminism, the event's organisers, were pleased with the turnout and hope that it will inspire more people to get involved in the fight for women's rights. During the event, they emphasised that gender equality is an issue that affects everyone, including transwomen, queer women, migrant women, and working women.
When asked what it will be like to be a woman in 2023, Rachel Kenny, who attended the Women's Day protest, said,  “being a woman for me is a – being in touch with that struggle and that sense of solidarity…At the end of the day we have the same struggle.”
Another movement called "No Pasaran — Resist the Fascist Threat" will be launched. "Demolish racism, misogyny, and transphobia," writes ROSA Socialist Feminist on Instagram. This will take place in front of the Gresham Hotel on April 1 at 3 p.m.
Overall, the International Women's Day march in Dublin was a show of solidarity and a reminder that there is still much work to be done to achieve true gender equality and women's solidarity.

Sooo...can I say that the recent attack was not that successful for russia? They still launch Iranian drones at us each night, but so far so good? I guess? In my region there were no hits and all the missiles were shot down (not even in my region, but in my town actually, as per usual) So, yay? We're having less and less power shutdowns, and we're promised to have a whole day without a single power outage this Monday, because they're doing some kind of research on how much electricity each region consumes, in order to distribute it more efficiently later. Of course, it is possible that we will have more frequent power outages as a result of this research...but that's a thought for another day.
What I'm trying to say is that if I have a full day with electricity, I can probably edit and post my gameplay screenshots. Not that anyone is hyped about it, since I post gameplay like twice a year, so no one follows the story. Not even me, lol. But I've accumulated tons of pics, some are recent, some are months old. Would be nice to finally post some of them.
And just to make up for this purposeless post, a bonus photo of Tsap sleeping in a litter box like the dirty yet adorable rat that he is.

#118 Evolutionary Astrology: Beliefs, Empowerment & Reincarnation with Steven Forrest
Being an Evolutionary Astrology newbie, I really lucked out with my first ever introduction on the subject being with award-winning world renowned Astrologer Steven Forrest, principal of the Forrest Centre of Evolutionary Astrology and consultant to celebrities such as Sting and Robert Downey Jr.
My Jupiter–Uranus conjunction in Sagittarius revelled in the opportunity to explore some of the bigger questions of life and beyond, starting with the most fundamental: Why?
Believe me when I say this conversation did not disappoint – I thoroughly enjoyed every moment with Steven, during which I realised a lot of my thought processes and personal connection to our beloved craft was spookily in-sync with evolutionary astrology perspectives, and Steven’s own personal journey.
I hope you enjoy this special episode of The Stellium Astrology Podcast.
➡️ What are your thoughts on Evolutionary Astrology? Do you believe in reincarnation?
