Director Vulture is preparing an execution of Kurt Wagner (a.k.a Spinnenmann, formerly Nightcrawler) so that he could have his body dissected for study. Silver Sable calls it quits but one of Orchis agents would not let her leave. Silver Sable’s team depart, apart from Kramer and Sable and the mind control device is mentioned. Kramer removes his helmet to reveal....Kurt! Wait, if the real Kurt is disguised as an Orchis agent, then that means the captive "Kurt" is actually Mystique in disguise. It turns out that Mystique can alter her appearance down to the genetic level, as revealed in Xmen Blue: Origins one-shot as well as she is also concealing weapons. Silver Sable and Mystique go on their happy rampage while Kurt goes looking for Warlock, who is the resource Orchis and Director Vulture are using to enslave mutants and turn them into hounds.
Kurt Wagner accesses through the computer system but Ghost Bamf has another idea; the Orchis operative reduced to a braindead zombie when he tried to access Mystique's mind. Mystique and Silver Sable flirt in the middle of the battle. Ghost Bamf enters the mind of the Orchis guy and pilots him to get through the computer firewall, which frees Warlock. The Technarch reabsorbs his code, stolen and used on the Orchis Hounds, freeing them from Orchis influence too. However, Warlock he could not absorb Director Vulture’s as he has the source code for too long. Director Vulture attacks Warlock, Silver Sable and Mystique by charging in and knocking them down. Kurt Wagner fights Director Vulture by using his agility and teleporting around him until he stabs him with the Hope Sword. With Director Vulture down, this allows Warlock to absorb his source code from him.

365 Marvel Comics Paper Cut-Out SuperHeroes - One Hero, Every Day, All Year…
November 6th - Cypher
Doug Ramsey is a Mutant who possesses the capacity to understand any and all forms of communication.  This includes an innate ability to speak and understand all languages (human and alien) as well as decipher more abstract types of communication, such as body language, binary code, and even the conveyances of forms of floral and fauna.
In his youth Doug was unaware of his being a Mutant, attributing his skills with language and computer programing to his just being gifted in these areas.  He would come to discover his being a Mutant after spending time with The New Mutants of the Xavier School.  Soon thereafter he was asked to join the team.
Taking the alias of ‘Cypher,’ Doug was frequently troubled by the feeling that his lack of offensive abilities made him the weakest member of the squad. His best friend became the alien Technarch shapeshifter Warlock, whom Doug was able to merge with so to become a more formidable combatant.
Doug was killed while defending Wolfsbane in battle from the Ani-Mator.  He was later forcibly resurrected during the Necrosha event wherein Selene used the Transmode Virus to revive previously dead Mutants.  With Warlock’s aide, Doug was able to free himself from Selene’s thrall and he eventually returned to The X-Men, becoming one of their primary strategist.  He later acted as a member of the Serval Industries iteration of X-Factor.
When Professor X began the process of establishing the Mutant nation of Krakoa, he asked Doug to communicate with the sentient island. The communion between Doug and Krakoa proved pivotal to the creation of the nation and, as such, Doug was offered a seat on the Quiet Council of Krakoa, the nation’s supreme government.  He additionally married Bei the Blood Moon, a Mutant of Arakko.
The hero first appeared in the pages of New Mutants Vol. 1 #13 (1983).

In the verdant, ethereal realms of Elysium, where the boundary between nature and technology blurred, lived a woman known as Lyra. Her long, dark hair flowed like a river of midnight silk, interwoven with delicate strands of luminescent flora. She moved gracefully through the bio-luminescent forest, her gossamer gown swirling around her like mist, and the plants seemed to lean towards her, sensing her presence and responding to her touch.
Lyra was no ordinary inhabitant of Elysium; she was the Guardian of the Verdant Nexus, a central hub where the ecological balance of the planet was maintained through advanced biotechnological interfaces. Her responsibilities extended beyond the lush forests and crystal-clear waters of her home world. As the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, she was entrusted with the monumental task of safeguarding the delicate equilibrium between the myriad worlds within the Galactic Union.
The Union, a coalition of planets striving for peace and mutual prosperity, was under threat from a growing faction known as the Technarchs. These beings, driven by a relentless pursuit of mechanical perfection, sought to strip the natural worlds of their organic beauty, replacing it with cold, unyielding steel and circuitry.
Lyra's connection to the natural world was both her greatest strength and her most profound vulnerability. The bioluminescent plants that flourished under her care were not merely ornamental; they were part of a vast, sentient network that allowed her to communicate across great distances, sense disturbances in the ecological balance, and even manipulate the growth and movement of the flora around her.
One day, as she wandered through the Nexus, her senses tingled with a warning. A disturbance rippled through the bioluminescent network, originating from a distant world at the edge of the Union. The Technarchs were on the move, their massive starships slicing through the void, intent on laying waste to the lush forests and vibrant ecosystems that were the lifeblood of the Union's fringe worlds.
Without hesitation, Lyra activated the Nexus's advanced communication systems, sending a call for aid to the other High Representatives and rallying the defenders of the natural worlds. Her message, infused with the urgency and passion that only a Guardian of the Verdant Nexus could convey, stirred the hearts of her allies.
As the Technarchs' ships descended upon the besieged planet, they were met with fierce resistance. Union forces, bolstered by the unique biotechnological weapons and defenses that Lyra's people had perfected, stood firm. The battle that ensued was a clash of ideologies as much as it was a clash of arms: the cold, unfeeling machines of the Technarchs against the vibrant, living defenses of the Union.
In the midst of the conflict, Lyra herself took to the field. Her gown, now a shimmering armor of living vines and flowers, protected her as she moved through the battlefield, rallying her forces and using her connection to the Verdant Nexus to manipulate the environment. Trees uprooted themselves to form barriers, vines ensnared the Technarchs' drones, and bioluminescent flowers emitted blinding flashes of light to confuse the enemy.
The tide of battle turned as Lyra's forces, inspired by her unwavering determination, pushed back the Technarchs. The invaders, unable to withstand the combined might of the Union's defenders and the relentless power of nature itself, were forced to retreat.
With the threat averted, Lyra stood at the heart of the Verdant Nexus, her presence a symbol of hope and resilience. The Galactic Union remained safe, its natural worlds preserved for future generations. Lyra knew that the battle was not the end but merely a chapter in the ongoing struggle to protect the beauty and diversity of the universe from those who would see it turned to lifeless metal.
As the sun set over the vibrant forests of Elysium, casting a warm, golden glow over the land, Lyra gazed out at the horizon, her resolve steeled for the challenges that lay ahead. The Guardian of the Verdant Nexus would continue her watch, a beacon of light in a universe that so desperately needed it.

Kurt Wagner and his mother, Mystique, find themselves hunted down by the new Hounds of Orchis. These Hounds are the mutants (and mutates like Cloak and Dagger) who are captured and brainwashed into Hounds by Director Vulture who used poor Warlock as a battery and an unwilling "puppet master" control them with Technarch lines.

Krakoa Discord Server
Mutants have long lived in the shadows of those around them. Oppression and bigotry have followed mutants all throughout the history of the group. Now mutant kind is attempting to build a society for themselves on Krakoa and they boast membership on most superhero teams on the planet. However with the inclusion of mutates and Inhumans with mutant politics, this has quickly become the most complicated period of time in mutant history. The server will follow the day to day lives of mutants, mutates, and inhumans as well as scandals and world issues rise up as well.
Krakoa is an 18+, canon-only characters server. We have several characters open and wanted. Feel free to check out our wanted documents and taken documents as included. What we have: A friendly and supportive Staff willing to assist you, LGBTQ+ Friendly, The freedom to adapt canon, Semi-Literature Roleplay:
