Dicas para se preparar para provas

Não estude tudo na noite anterior. É menos estressante estudar por uma hora todos os dias por uma semana que 8 horas na noite anterior à prova.

Leia suas anotações. Use um marca-texto. Escreva os pontos principais nas margens.

Não memorize palavras. Entenda-as. Preste atenção às ideias que você estiver aprendendo, não tente lembrar como as palavras se parecem. (Se você conhece o conceito, você vai reconhecê-lo na prova, não importa como ele estiver verbalizado).

Quando tomar notas, não escreva palavra por palavra. Use suas próprias palavras, isso vai te ajudar a pensar.
