Joe Strummer at his wedding with Lucinda Tait in 1995. He was married to Lucinda from 1995 until his death in 2002.
belfasttelegraph.co.uk/ :"
Is anyone ever ready for a close partner never coming back, being gone forever, I ask.
"No. I don't think so," she replies. "Joe was fun to live with. I remember one day - I think my daughter must have been about five or six - and we woke up and it was a beautiful morning, and Joe said, 'No school today. We are going down to Cornwall for the day'. He lived life for the moment."
Does Lucinda live in the moment?
"I wish I did. I try. I do try! I hear Joe's voice the whole time, saying, 'Go for it. Go on. Just say yes'. " And that's what his early death should teach us. He was 50. 'Just go for it! Say yes!'" Lucinda says, echoing the love of her life."

Hey there! I know it's been a while. Something's up, right? I'll be taking a break from posting these smaller format webcomics in order to focus on a larger project that will probably be taking up all my time this year. If I finish it by year's end it'll be a G-D miracle, to be honest, but I gotta try. If there's interest, I'll post about the progress on this page/blog/account. In the meantime, I'll be going through my archive and posting whatever comics I've worked on that I haven't had a chance to share yet. Also, I'll try to get my IG account in order. Follow it here. I'll try to have more regular updates there.

So sick of the whole debate of "Is (X) punk?" "Does (Y) count as punk?" "(Z) is a punk action, actually". Everybody knows the only way to be truly punk is to agree to go to Texas and "disappear" as a publicity stunt, go to Paris instead, be actually reported as a missing person by your manager and bandmates, get blackout drunk by having ten pints in a row, and only regain consciousness to find out you're already halfway through running the Paris marathon. If you haven't done that you're a fuckin poser.
