“Brett indulged in some other extra-curricular activities on the tour, including an embarrassing appearance on French television. He was cajoled into dueting with Terence Trent D’Arby, resulting in two of the worst cover versions of all time, Neil Young’s “Cinnamon Girl” and an almost inconceivably bad “Children Of The Revolution” by T-Rex.”

Finding the constant comparisons between them is now my favorite fun.
I put the sound track on James Bond theme song ... because I love James Bond and also to notice who, between Dean and Jerry, could have "been inside" the character of the real agent 007.

OMFG. So this came out in 1987, so I've been looking for it for 36 years. I heard it once, maybe twice on the radio. It was so weird and cool that I wanted to buy it, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Along comes the internet and periodically I would search for it. ("taxi to Disneyland" brings up a lot of things that are not songs. )
FINALLY TODAY I FOUND IT. it's pretty cool! Maybe not the musical sensation I was hoping for after 36 years. But I get why it caught my attention.
