Vienna 1989/90 giving me that tasty Tuggoffelees juice at the end of Mistoffelees' number. Love how Misto just spins Tugger away. It also actually reminds me a lot of a very similar duo spin dance at the end of this number that happens in Zurich with Lindsay Chambers' Misto, but instead it's with Munkustrap rather than Tugger.

And in Zurich's case, well, let's say that this Misto has a very different experience to Valentin's (who reminds me a lot of Tim Scott's Misto, especially with the makeup), and Munk is more showing he has accepted him fully.

@absolutehumandisaster - hope you don't mind me tagging you as I feel you'd be interested in my "little" tag ramble/thoughts on Valentin's vs Chambers' Mistos and how Valentin's is Chambers' Misto once he is fully accepted and has grown exponentially in confidence by the next Jellicle Ball.

I am going to try writing… the last time I wrote Anything was sometime in early-ish December I think… starting again is quite intimidating and a bit scary. HOWEVER, posting about it on tumblr makes it feel a bit less intimidating and scary.

Anyway Rappa and Boothill are both people with a lot of anger and hatred in their revenge-dedicated lives and they're also both wild and rowdy and used to being handled roughly, so they have an Understanding in each other about that anger, that it is nothing personal and nothing to be afraid of or worried about, and will use that understanding to fuck each other stupid as stress relief when they're pissed off. ☆

fun fact btw: bc the robotniks are probably czech (ivo is a czech name, while robotnik is a czech word, though it’s weird as a last name bc it means labourer- i go with czech specifically bc i think it’s the most likely intention as the word robot comes from r.u.r written by a czech man) then that means female members of the family would actually have the surname “robotnikova”. bc czech has masculine and feminine surnames. so sage would be sage robotnikova and maria would be maria robotnikova!

My high school did a yearly poetry recitation contest (Poetry Out Loud), so Oh Boy do I know some poems. My favorites are Ozymandias and "the world is about to end and my grandparents are in love," by Kara Jackson. Also in 8th grade we had a Poe unit and had a class contest to make the best music video of the Raven, so I still know a good chunk of that.

i hadn't heard of the kara jackson one! just read through it and enjoyed it, particularly these lines > 'grandma returns to her love like a hymn, marks it with a color. // when the world ends will it suck the earth of all its love? /will i go taking somebody’s hand, / my skin becoming their skin?'

I need to build up the courage more to join and talk in selfship servers. I guess it's a fear of being judged and at least with Goro that would crush me.

But each time so far I joined there's mostly someone going "You selfship with Goro Akechi!? Awesome!" - Now I don't expect the reaction everytime, obviously, but it really shows that I need to take a deep breath, get over myself and just join in. There's nothing to worry about.
