Hi Georgie!!

I am a strong believer that Bakugo has an irrational fear of thunderstorms. Yes he is aware that his quirk lets off louder sounds and flashes of light but either way, he’s still afraid of thunder. Mitsuki thinks ifs tied to the latent lupine genes that run in her family.

When there are storms he absolutely does not hide in Fumi’s nest, and he totally hates the weighted blanket Shoto got for him (both things help a lot).

Todoroki checks over his shoulder, twice, to verify that Kaminari is indeed talking to him. “Why?”

“Yesterday you asked Shinsou-kun if he was Aizawa-sensei’s son,” Kaminari says, as though that explains anything at all.

“...yes?”

“Make a hero conspiracy YouTube channel with me.”

Review:

This is now my new headcanon! Todoroki and Kaminari start a Hero Conspiracy channel after Kami hears one of his: ‘secret love child theories.’ Things spiral from there.

These two have amazing chemistry, despite having such opposite energies. And it's certainly believable that such a web-show would blow-up in popularity. Especially with all the rest of class 1A wandering in and out of the shots and making their own guest appearances.

My favorite part is Dabi getting outed as Touya in an episode that Todoroki didn't even want to do and didn’t take seriously. His meltdown was probably because he wasn't able to make the reveal himself (What a Drama Queen, right?), and because Shouto was one of the people involved in outing him.

The resulting sequel to this story — which happens, in part, because Toga likes attention and she got a LOT of it from posting Dabi's reaction to his reveal episode — is just as hilarious, if not more. The LOV start up their own channel and become so focused on it, they pretty much forget to even BE villains. Then they outright become vigilantes! All because a couple of them got outed, and because they grew to like their internet fame.

I love stories where the League shift their focus or purpose and through that become loved. It's always interesting to see the motivation behind the change. Sometimes, it's Midoriya that's the catalyst. Sometimes, it's Hawks. But other times, it's something strange and truly 'out there' like becoming internet famous, I guess.

All Might’s REAL Secret Love Child?!

So here’s a funny Todoroki conspiracy theory that would have been hilarious had they gone with it.

So I was reading this ‘humans are space orcs’ for mha where All Might and Fatgum were the same alien speices, cause when they’re fighting they get really big and when they’re done they get really small. And when I drew this connection my only thought was ‘Todoroki would definitely think they’re related in the canon verse’.

In other words, the first time Shoto Todoroki meets Taishiro Toyomitsu the question out of this boy’s mouth is, “Are you All Might’s secret love child?”

And for a second Fatgum just bluescreens because no one’s ever asked him that before! So he just kind of awkwardly laughs and goes, “Uh, no?”

Shoto just nodds and says into his secret recording device, “Exactly what a secret love child would say.”

I know I don't post about bnha too much (or at all, really), but my fav ship is TodoDeku actually. I'm saying this because I just remembered I have an au in my drafts where Todoroki and Momo have a private book club, which is just them both picking books to read and recommend to the other and talking about stuff (cofcof crushes cofcof), and find out about the light novels with the "villainess noble girl" trope. —If you don't know what that is, it's like, a female character that is aware of her doomed fate or everyone thinks she's evil (be it true or not). An example is Katarina Claes (HameFura), or Iris from Common Sense of the Duke's Daughter—

Anyways, he starts to see parallels between his novel's characters and the people around him and his conspiracy theorist brain believes it's not a coincidence. Momo gets dragged to his shenanigans, and then the two of them start following people around trying to unveil the mystery. I think Uraraka and Jirou join them later? That's about it, I think.

Oh. The "villainess girl" character was either Izuku or Shinsou. I can't remember. But it was a Tododeku.

Todoroki conducts a highly scientific experiment and has come to prove that his highly scientific hypothesis is indeed correct.

Bakugou's going soft. Prove me wrong.

I mean, if you look at it with blinders, it's hard to see where he's coming from, but Todoroki can assure you that this is not just a theory anymore.

Can science explain how Bakugou's features simply melt when you kiss him? Can math explain how unexplainable his actions are towards you without the expression called love?

Shoto doesn't think the universe can explain a soft Bakugou. And that's why he's here to explain it for you-

"Todoroki, was it necessary to draw the blinds-."

"Yes."

Bakugou loves you to bits. Whether it's buying your favourite food back or loving little gestures, whether it's prioritising your safety even when on the battlefield...Bakugou's rough edges are slowly but sure smoothening out.

Not for everyone, of course, as Shoto has deduced. He still gets on the blond's bad sides and for some reason, he refuses to be called bestie, but hey, at least there's no punch to the face anymore.

Bakugou makes sure to walk on the outer side of the pavement. He makes sure to kiss you good night and whenever it's raining, he holds the umbrella for you so you can walk hands-free.

When you're sick, he goes all cabin fever and cooks for you. He checks your temperature and if you're feeling up to it, he'll explain the homework to you and show you your next few assignments.

He calls you Sunshine, which is so soft and nice compared to his other nicknames such as:

"ICYHOT, DID YOU MIX MY SHIRT WITH YOURS? MY SHIRT IS PINK NOW YOU HALF-BRAINED, TWO-QUIRKED PEPPERMINT BITCH-"

There are stars in his eyes whenever he looks at you, and Shoto bets his father's black card that your boyfriend is already saving up for a ring, one as special and unique as you because you do way too much for the lovesick idiot.

You apologise for him.

You put up with him. (Mad respect.)

Everyone acts like being with Bakugou is such a dream, but being his partner is not easy.

Flaws that take time to be corrected are the separation marks for most couples, and the fact that you stayed by his side to build him up from his fucked-up asshole self takes more mental strength than any superficial fan could imagine.

Is Bakugou going soft? Absolutely.

"That brings me to the end of my presentation." Shoto bows, facing his class.

There are way too many crinkles on Aizawa's forehead. "The presentation was supposed to be on the latest news in the Hero community." His teacher says flatly. "Not another collection to your conspiracy theory folder."

Shoto is about to respond, before Bakugou speaks up first.

"YOU THINK I'M GOING SOFT—?"

Class 1-A PowerPoint Night

A PowerPoint night is when a friend group all make PowerPoints on random topics and present them to each other in case anyone doesn’t know. This is what I think all of class 1-A would do.

Yuga Aoyama makes a PowerPoint explaining french slang terms that he thinks the entire class should start using

Mina Ashido makes a PowerPoint rating everyone’s families. Points are awarded based on presence of both parents, how well each student gets on with their parents, whether they have siblings (younger siblings get less points than older ones) and how much she personally likes their family members.

Tenya Iida makes a PowerPoint on how to revise for their upcoming exam, complete with diagrams and information about the psychology of learning. The class feel like they’re in a lecture.

Tsuyu Asui makes a PowerPoint where she turns things the class has said into Pinterest-style inspirational quotes and they have to try and guess who said what.

Ochaco Uraraka makes a PowerPoint on tips to save money, because you cant tell me some of the people in this class buy useless things they either lose, forget about, or have no idea what to do with.

Mashirao Ojiro makes a PowerPoint of things he does not understand. It features things such as the existence of languages, barcodes, and credit cards.

Denki Kaminari makes a PowerPoint called ‘Crying Wrapped’, which details the reasons he has cried over the least year, which months he cried the most and the least in, and rates his top 5 cries with little explanation

Eijiro Kirishima makes a PowerPoint called ‘things I’ve seen at the gym that just make sense’. Some of them have pictures to go along with them, and Ochaco and Katsuki nod along and say ‘I remember that’ to every other slide.

Koji Koda made a PowerPoint on why Aizawa should let them have a class pet. The PowerPoint actually had good reasoning so they emailed it to Aizawa, who only responded ‘no.’ And did not elaborate.

Rikido Sato makes a PowerPoint assigning each classmate a type of cake. He lists the reasons, the ingredients, and has a nice message for each member of the class on the slide with their cake

Mezo Shoji makes a PowerPoint about how Tokoyami is Not Real. Enough said.

Kyouka Jiro makes a PowerPoint detailing the soundtrack she would put together if their life was a movie, complete with photos and video clips of stuff they’ve done to go along with each moment she assigns a song to.

Hanta Sero makes a PowerPoint called ‘Canada is not real’, and it lists all the reasons why he believes Canada is made up. Shoto is nodding along and finds it very thought-provoking

Fumikage Tokoyami makes a PowerPoint analysing everyone’s entire zodiac charts. Kirishima is shocked to find out there’s more than just the sun sign. They also give everyone their horoscopes for the next month.

Shoto Todoroki makes a PowerPoint on conspiracy theories that he actually believes. They’re all completely insane but he does end up convincing some members of the class by the end.

Toru Hagakure makes a PowerPoint on Disney Men and whether or not she would trust them with her drink with little to no explanation. All the girls agree with her ratings.

Katsuki Bakugo makes a PowerPoint rating each of the barbie movies based on whether or not he could beat the protagonist in a fight. The class is shocked to find out that Katsuki does believe he would lose to some of the barbies.

Izuku Midoryia makes a PowerPoint analysing the class’s fighting techniques and their strengths and weaknesses as heroes, using all the notes he’s written about each of them in his notebooks. Additionally, he assigns everyone in the class a current pro hero that they’re most similar to.

Minoru Mineta makes a PowerPoint rating the girls in every class of their year group and is not allowed to present it.

Momo Yaoyorozu makes a PowerPoint assigning each classmate a different kind of tea, complete with the benefits of each flavour and why she would give it to them. She also includes the prices and the best places to buy them.

Like obviously you have Shoto's conspiracy theory. And the funny thing is that in a brilliant display of genetics, Enji and Toya also assume the same thing from info they're given. And ofc those three don't understand 'secret' so the whole Todoroki family just. Knows about it. (and is shocked it's adoptive not biological)

All the UA staff and most of the students notice that Izuku is All Might's favorite. While it's not enough to discuss as it's not effecting AM's skill as a teacher, everyone notices.

Inko notices because every time Izuku does something stupid to end up in the nurse's office or even in the hospital, All Might is 100% agreeing with her on the 'don't you dare scare me like that!!!' speech.

Melissa clocks it immediately and is at first a bit hurt and jealous but then learns more about her own situation and is less upset. But it takes her a while to believe that Izuku isn't the same situation of 'AM's bio kid that was kept secret'. (And by the time she does realize, she knows that the adoption papers are on the table that's her brother damn it).

All Might himself is aware because Izuku reminds him a lot of how he was toward Nana.

Meanwhile it takes Izuku until the adoption papers are filed to realize and when he does he has to go lie down for a little while.

Favorite thing: How genuine he is. He's very straightforward about what he thinks and wants, which leads to a lot of comedic or heartfelt moments! He's trying his best 🥺❤️

brOTP (fav platonic relationship): hmmm it was hard to choose between TodoDeku and TodoBaku, but I think I'm going to have to go with TodoDeku. Their friendship is just so very precious!!

OTP (fav ship): TodoMomo!! (note: this is my OTP for Todoroki, but not for Momo. My OTP for Momo is BakuMomo, but that's a story for another post 😅) They work so well together, and I think they balance each other out. Momo is insecure sometimes, but Shouto brings out the best in her, and together they're a formidable team.

nOTP (ship that I cannot stand): I don't really have a Shouto ship that I am strongly against, actually (note: obviously, I hate all pro-ships with Shouto.)

Random headcanon: After spending so much time with Izuku and seeing his Hero Analysis books, Shouto ends up keeping his own book with all his conspiracy theories. There are a LOT of secret love children from pro heroes out there, and he's gonna find them all!

🏡 i know that I’m changing the rules, but, I need to know, how is Stolas relation with the Todorokis? What they thought when Natsuo told them about their relationship?

The Todoroki's are honestly just happy to see Natsuo happy and taken care of, with that being said they each approach Natsuo's new found relationship in wildly different ways:

Rei: Stereotypical mom. When she hears that Natsuo has a boyfriend she badgers him for months to bring him to one of the family dinners but Natsuo refuses. He's never brought anyone home to meet his family before and he reasons that Shoto and Touya haven't brought Keigo and Fumikage to a family dinner yet so why should he have to put Stolas through that? When Rei finally meets him at the hospital after Natsuo's kidnapping she's a rightfully a mess and flustered but she's so pleased to see that he's every bit as sweet and doting (and handsome) as Touya promised her the owl was. She definitely has one of those super embarrassing "Oh it's so nice to finally meet one of Natsuo's significant others!" which Stolas just takes in stride (yet another first of Natsuo's he gets to have 😉)

Touya: Touya definitely helped get these two idiots together, but when it seemed like things might actually be in it for the long haul he gives Stolas the shovel talk. Things definitely get out of hand and they both end up pretty freaked out. Touya and Stolas get along well though, Touya is pleased to see someone is finally taking care of Natsuo.

Fuyumi: Fuyumi always gives the appearance of calm, but really she's just as feral as her brothers, it's just no one ever believes them because once they meet her they peg her the sweetheart that she is. Fuyumi has always been protective of Natsuo, so when he tells her he's dating one person exclusively?! She absolutely stalks Stolas on every social media she can, and when she can't find enough information she contemplates getting a PI but first she pulls her strongest card: Mo. Mo gives her allllll the tea on Stolas. When Fuyumi finds out that even Mo approves of Stolas then he get's her stamp of approval.

Shoto: Honestly he's just happy someone is making Natsuo happy. Shoto is too observant for his own good and Knows™️ Nat isn't good at taking care of himself, or setting healthy boundaries that have his best interest in mind so watching Stolas help him with those things earns him Shoto's approval. Shoto definitely marked off his conspiracy theory that Todoroki's attract birds... and then subsequently had to redact that theory when Fuyumi started dating Miruko.

Valentine's Day is fast approaching and Class 3-A now has a mystery on their hands. The Chocoalte thief is back stealing the hated strawberry flavored chocolates! The entire class must now deduce who did it, make chocolates for their friends and significant others, vote on couples awards all while Shoto insists his conspiracy theory on this one is absolutely correct.

At the same time Shinsou is slowly discovering his boyfriend of only a few months Kaminari is the ULTIMATE gift giver for holidays and goes all out. Half the school is practically in love with him and now Shinsou needs a plan to make sure he matches his boyfriends antics.

PERSONA? THE WHOLE CLASS? MIC INTERACTING WITH MR COMPRESS? SHOTO? WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR ICE AND FIRE BOY?

Yep! Persona! The whole class is getting a Persona and they’re going to call upon what their Phantom Thief predecessors did and steal people’s hearts to have Justice be served to those who dodge it. It does go and actually goes and sparks a new interest in life before Quirks due to some people recognizing that the Phantom Thieves of 22xx are a callback to the Phantom Thieves of 2017.

It starts off with Midoriya and Bakugou in their Second Year of Aldera Junior High and as time goes on, they just go and gather all of Class 1-A and slowly they just become a bigger and bigger team. Sometimes a family is a bunch of thieves doing crime while also striving to be heroes and that's okay.

Yamada is interacting with Mr Compress but it's for a good reason! He swears it's for a good reason as he is getting interrogated by Tsukauchi. He swears.

Look, he was trying to go and figure out the Phantom Thieves okay? You have to admit, people having complete 180 in personality is suspicious. The fact that it's getting criminals is fine but then Yamada thought of the implications and boy he needs to make sure that those implications never become a reality.

So he got searching and he managed to find out about the Phantom Thieves of 2017, and while a lot of evidence against them is subjective and also a part of a political scandal, the targets and methods remain the same. So it's likely that these people have the same Quirk that the 2017 version had and are related to them in a family or organization sense.

Then he got searching even more and found things about something called ���The Fall” and then he read things about the Kirijo Group that don’t line up. And now he’s in a whole fucking web of conspiracies and actions that he didn’t know could occur.

How does this lead to him and Mr Compress interacting? Well that’s easy! It was 2 AM and they were both lurking in a McDonalds and as Hizashi was muttering to himself about theories, the other man came in and gave some of his own theories. Theories that made sense and made him consider that maybe this whole thing isn’t a Quirk. Things got rolling and after two months of dragging befriending the man, they kind of uh. Just realized who they were and learned they were on opposite sides. So now both of them have blackmail and are forced to work together anyways.

Whoops.

As for Todoroki Shouto, he’s fine. He’s going to be fine! He’s alive and he won’t die don’t worry!

He just got brutally injured by All For One and died for about 20 minutes but other than that he’s fine! He’s absolutely fine and Izuku shouldn’t even be stressing about this! Why is he stressing about this when he knows Shouto is fine? He did all he could but not enough and the heroes came in on time they were almost too late so this is all fine!

It’s fine.
