I nominated Joe and Anthony Russo, Peter Berg, Louis Leterrier, Jonathan Liebesman, Joseph Kosinski or Gareth Evans to direct Transformers x G.I. Joe.

Listen, we have canon squishyfucker Seaspray and Brawn. Brawn who married and convinces the Autobots to use mad science to give him and wife Cover Girl, aka the former G.I. Joe, Courtney A. Krieger, fashion model turned grease monkey, the ability to have babies together. Transformers established human/Transformer ships early and people should be wild about it.
I had forgotten about Brawn, like goddamn

G1 Transformers / 80s GI Joe crossovers are a hilarious concept when you try to imagine Joes or American government officials trying to explain to Optimus Prime why Communism Is Bad.
Optimus Prime.
This guy.
Depending on the continuity, Optimus Prime
the dock worker who suffered under the far more catered to military class.
OR
the librarian forced to watch an autocratic caste system resist progression so much it literally would rather watch the galaxy get set on fire.
Which one of these guys seems more likely to take to the pitch in favor of unchecked capitalism? Because my gut says 'neither'.

I think Henry Golding may have gotten the callback ‘cause he recently talked about this crossover movie in an interview when he was promoting The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, whereas Andrew Koji did say last year that he hasn’t heard anything about reprising his role as Storm Shadow 😭 I’m positive Koji would come back if the script is good this time ‘cause he said he loved Tommy, just not the Snake Eyes (2021) script lol 😭🤍
