Paramount Confirms the ‘Transformers’ x ‘G.I. Joe’ Live Action Movie Is Really Happening
Tumblr media
The final moments of last year’s live action movie Transformers: Rise of the Beasts set the stage for an interesting franchise crossover. The main character of the film, Noah (Anthony Ramos), is invited to join the top secret G.I. Joe team, suggesting that a future movie in the Transformers franchise will bring both iconic properties together for an epic mashup.
But how serious was Paramount about that tease? The studio revealed at CinemaCon this afternoon that they are definitely planning on making that Transformers x G.I. Joe movie!
Bloody Disgusting!
Does anyone really want this?

Don't be a scab, support our striking writers and actors!
Whether you're an advocate for worker's rights or just a fan of good movies, everyone should be in full support of the Sag-Aftra strike.
If you're in the latter camp, please look to films such as X-men Origins: Wolverine, Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen, and G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra, for examples of what happens when writers aren't properly compensated. Even if you like those movies, you should be able to recognize that if they had, they could've been better.
If you're in the former camp... well, I shouldn't have to explain to you why unions and economic disruption as bargaining tools against the owners of capital are important for working class solidarity.
On board? Good. Below are some helpful links that'll direct you to things you cannot do during the strike and some ways you can help:
https://www.sagaftrastrike.org/member-faqs
https://www.today.com/news/sag-aftra-strike-rules-2023-rcna94259
https://variety.com/2023/biz/news/sag-strike-faq-rules-explainer-1235672265/
(As shown in the variety article, those who aren't members of the union may participate in a strike, so here are some locations where they may happen)
https://www.sagaftrastrike.org/picket-schedule-locations
Reblogging and sending this post to as many people as you can is another good way to support the strikers.
Also, I might've missed it, but I'm not sure if it says this in any of the links I sent. So I'll say it here just to be clear. Sag-Aftra isn't calling for a consumer boycott, so you can still watch movies and shows during the strike. Just don't promote them on social media.

TFA x Hazbin Hotel AU Theory: If Vox Was a Techno-Organic In His Human Life.
even if this is more of a Fanon Crossover AU type theory, but I can’t help but have the thought pop into my head that has to do with Vox having been originally a protoform, even if it wouldn’t be canon, but would be fanon only in a Crossover Timeline.
like Vox might of never found out of his true heritage, and that his parents had found his newborn sparkling protoform self and when one or both of his parents touch the sparkling protoform, the protoform turned into a seemingly normal human baby, it could also turn out that both his parents weren’t able to have children because they are both sterile, and when they found that protoform that would become Vox, it was like a miracle.
the DNA Vox got from his parents, makes him their biological son, but his CNA comes from his Cybertronian “Mother” either the Cybertronian Mother be a Mech or Femme.
and if any Cybertronian had to be Vox’s possible mother in a Fanon Timeline...
I would pick Kup, who had went through the budding stage and is one of the Cybertronians that didn’t get infected by the sterilization program, so the higher ups wouldn’t have to wait for many years for the protoform to fully grow up and become a Autobot...
he could of had send Vox’s protoform away, not being able to take responsibility of parenthood, which I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the Autobots have done this....because they couldn’t handle the responsibility of taking care of a protoform that was born through budding...
Vox’s protoform ends up on Earth, and ends up being found by his soon to be human parents, they both end up touching his protoform and making him their biological son, and even in Vox’s death, he never found out that he is half-cybertronian and was originally a baby protoform that was technically abandoned by Kup.
picture the relationship between Kup and Vox being like Ryoko and Washu from one of the different timelines of Tenchi Muyo....
even if Kup uses the same words as Washu that “I didn’t raise you to be a good for nothing.” and Vox using the same words as Ryoko “you didn’t raise me at all.”
if Sari is able to, she could probably reveal that Vox is like her, of course once more this would only be in a Fanon Crossover Timeline and wouldn’t be canon to the main canon of both TFA and Hazbin Hotel.
the only difference between them, would be that Sari’s “Mom” is Megatron who is a Decepticons and Vox’s “Mom” is Kup who is a Autobot.
if Vox’s human parents ended up in the same place as him, or at least one of them, they could end up telling Vox the truth, that he wasn’t human at first, and he only became part human the moment they touched his protoform and it ended up absorbing some of their DNA and making a human baby appear in the protoform’s place.
both Vox and Sari, could have a hybrid soul, where it was originally a normal cybertronian spark, but also is a hybrid soul.
like when a baby protoform ends up becoming touched by a organic, and becomes that organic’s child, it ends up causing the spark to become a hybrid.
also it might be possible that a protoform that does become part human, does end up having both a spark and a heart, the heart would just be a mix of organic and synthetic.
even if this idea and theory wouldn’t be canon, and I am very well aware of this, and it is meant to be a Fanon thing....
I think the idea of Vox being techno-organic in a Crossover Timeline with different series all living in the same universe, like maybe Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, Transformers Animated, Transformers Prime, Transformers Movie Series, Ben 10 Omniverse and Steven Universe....would be interesting.
and in that crossover it would turn out that all the rings of hell are all in the body of Primus and Unicron’s younger sibling’s body, who is named Atlas, and who is inside of the Earth instead of Unicron.
Atlas needs to become fully canon and not just semi-canon and only appear in that crossover comic between G.I. Joe and Transformers.
hopefully one day that will come true.
and like it said in my other theory about a Crossover Fanon Timeline,
Azmuth would be the true creator of Primus (who has the same name as that planet in the Ben 10 series), Unicron and Atlas.
but all three were transform into transforming robots, because of that living metal seed that was implanted on them by that Quintessa.
Vox being part Cybertronian is just a fun Crossover idea that could work in the Fanon Timeline, like if it turned out that Vox was Chara’s Dad and him being part of the reason why they hated humanity, that might be a weird idea to some that has to do with a Undertale and Hazbin Hotel Crossover, but it’s possible that in some Undertale Fanon Timelines, Chara’s parents weren’t really good people and could be part of the reason why they hate humanity.
if Vox ever got hurt, like in the chest, what if it had revealed his spark, and he feels confused and scared like Sari did when she saw her arm.
and another weird thought that pops into my head is crossover ship that some might of not of thought of before, and that is Knockout x Vox....
maybe that would be a interesting Crossover ship, and if Knockout had to form a binary bond with any smaller organic, it might as well be Vox....well one of the options of organics that Knockout could form a binary bond with.
no one has to take this crossover theory seriously or in the wrong way, Vox turning out to be techno-organic and part cybertronian, would only be in a fanon crossover timeline.

I Wanted To Leave A Trail Of Dead And Mangled Bodies
Well, not too many dead and mangled bodies, but a few.
One of the things that bothered me about the very first G.I. Joe mini-series was characters escaping from what would otherwise be certain death in real life.
Unlike the movies you don’t have big fireball explosions go off near you without it doing significant damage, often fatal.  I’d been in the Army long enough to know the weapons that the military uses aren’t glorified fireworks but deliberately deadly high explosives.
But Hasbro -- for entirely understandable reasons -- didn’t want the realistic effects of modern weapons shown.
I argued for realism, pointing out we didn’t have to fill the screen with carnage, but if we killed off one or two non-product characters a week it would impress on kids that war wasn’t a big game.
Hasbro agreed, but still said no.
So I snuck a body count in.
Whenever I wrote or edited a script for the series, I tried to have somebody seriously injured to the degree they needed medical help (even if they got better by the next day’s episode), or else have Duke or Flint mention in a matter of fact way that the Joes had sustained X percentage of casualties in a battle, “casualties” meaning dead and wounded in military parlance.
I don’t think Hasbro ever caught on, but I hope it stuck in the minds of enough of our viewers that it made them more cognizant of the human cost of combat as they grew older.
Of course, they okayed Duke’s death for G.I. Joe: The Movie and actually animated and recorded the scene as written, but in the blowback after bumping off Optimus Prime in the Transformers movie, they hastily re-dubbed the moment to explain Duke was just in a coma.
(Of course Optimus, being a robot, could and eventually would be repaired and returned to the product line, while Duke, a human being, logically could not, so Duke’s death actually had some dramatic weight.  The problem was the Transformers movie audience were younger kids who typically had to be taken to the movies by their parents.  I can just imagine those poor moms and dads, sitting there watching what to them must have been an incomprehensible swirl of animation and noise, suddenly having to deal with hysterical, weeping children and not having any idea what caused it.)
Hasbro wasn’t being venal in all this, they were conscientiously trying to make a good product for their audience.  As part of that effort -- and to make the Joes more palatable to parents and various critics of kid vid at the time -- they launched their famous “…and knowing is half the battle” public service announcements.
These were sincere little vignettes to help kids with real problems they might face, but as I said done mostly to demonstrate there was some pro-social value to the series.
They once asked me to come up with some ideas for these PSAs.
Once.
I said, “Well, since we’re doing a military themed show, shouldn’t our PSAs have some sort of military tie in to them?
“For example, tell the kids when they make their molotov cocktails to fill the bottle a quarter full of powdered soap first.  This way when it hits the burning gasoline will stick to the target.”
There was a long pause and then they said, “Okay, has anybody besides Buzz got any ideas for PSAs?”

Free Comic Book Day is rapidly approaching, marking a time of year when comic book fans come out in droves to support their local shops.
There’s been some form of a Free Comic Book Day every year since 2002, with comic shops and comic pros coming together to make it an event that includes signings, contests, and more.
A lot of that success is thanks to the involvement of the publishers, who offer up some of their biggest titles. FCBD is now where the biggest storylines and newest titles are teased first, meaning this is the go-to event if you’re looking forward to 2024’s biggest stories.
What is Free Comic Book Day?
Always held the first Saturday in May, Free Comic Book Day is an annual event where retailers offer up free comics as promotional items. The event tends to be fairly massive, even more so than events like Batman Day.
The first Free Comic Book Day took place in 2002, organized by comic shop owner Joe Field and Image Comics co-founder Jim Valentino. The original event was scheduled to coincide with the release of Spider-Man as a means of capitalizing on the positive interest in comics being generated by a new wave of successful comic book movies, like X-Men and Blade.
Tumblr media
Ultimate Spider-Man takes center stage for Marvel’s FCBD 2024 offerings.
The original release date stuck as a tradition, with every FCBD taking place the first Saturday in May (the lone exception being 2004’s event, which was shuffled to July to the release of Spider-Man 2).
The comics themselves are free, but retailers do still pay for them, albeit at a heavily discounted rate, with publishers covering the production cost of the comics. As such, many fans consider it good etiquette to support your local store by buying a few comics while you’re there for the freebies.
Availability of the comics can vary based on location. To find out where your local store is, you can check out at Comic Shop Locator.
Every available Free Comic Book Day 2024 title
Free Comic Book Day takes place May 4, 2024. Here’s every comic that will be offered through Diamond Distributors for FCBD 2024.

Do you think the Sonic franchise would be universally accepted if it were to go into the direction set out by the SatAM cartoon (e.g. roboticization, Robotnik with demonic pitch-black eyes and a robotic arm, Sonic being part of the Freedom Fighter ragtag group) instead of the direction it took from the country of origin (e.g. Eggman being round and wears glasses, having colorful and surreal places)?
Well, let me ask you what you mean by that, because by 1993 Sonic the Hedgehog was a pretty big household name. Kids knew who he was, their parents knew who he was, and just in North America, he had two TV shows and a comic book. He was everywhere. That counts as "universally accepted" right?
And I suppose this is what you mean, right? Sonic was massively popular in the 1990's, when Sega of America changed so much about his identity to suit the region's tastes. And now, Sonic isn't as popular, so are the two data points related?
To me, this just feels like a broader version of "Robotnik was a better name than Eggman, because things were better when they called him Robotnik." And that has always been extremely circumstantial.
To my viewpoint, SatAM was extremely of its time. Cartoons were shifting in a certain direction -- typically the "Saturday Morning Cartoon" was something colorful and funny. There wasn't a lot of serious storytelling going on. It was stuff like Looney Tunes, but also things like G.I. Joe or Transformers, where they were more about action than meaningful plot.
That probably started to change around the time Fox debuted the X-Men cartoon in the 90's. This cartoon took stories from the comic books and (poorly) adapted them in to a Saturday Morning format. It was inscrutable and kids like me found it hard to follow, but my brother, who is 14 years older than me and was probably in his mid-to-late 20's, found it pretty fascinating. It broadened the format a little bit and soon the floodgates broken open.
Spider-man, Batman, Gargoyles, soon Saturday mornings were awash with darker, edgier, more serious cartoons for older kids. Even the Ninja Turtles, who were broken from the Transformers mold of colorful, action-based shows, was reworked to look darker and more serious. And right at the end of that first wave of shows was SatAM. Right place, right time, right vibe.
That... ended. Batman was eventually replaced with Batman & Robin, that was eventually supplanted with Superman Adventures, then the two shows were combined in to Batman & Superman Adventures, and every time it got retooled, the tone got lighter, and lighter, pushing back towards the old action shows of the 80's. Gargoyles went in the opposite direction, retooling itself in to "The Goliath Chronicles," becoming so self-serious it borderlined on a Saturday Morning soap opera. It lasted barely a whole season and most modern continuations of the Gargoyles mythos ignore it entirely. The "Red Sky" Ninja Turtles has more or less been treated the same, with extremely sparse home releases until it eventually landed on streaming a few years ago.
The Sonic comics kept the SatAM cast alive and relevant, yes. But obviously Batman comics stuck around, too. And Spider-man, X-men, and Ninja Turtles. That was the format a lot of these shows were trying to copy to begin with, so it makes sense that SatAM would transition to comics fairly painlessly.
To circle back around to how successful the games are or aren't, it's hard for me to cite this now because I always looked at the TSSZ article for it and now that's gone, but somewhere around 2010 or 2011, the Sonic franchise was actually listed as one of the most profitable entertainment franchises in the world that year, rubbing elbows with the likes of Pokemon and such. This was years after SatAM had fallen out of favor and the comics were starting to hit the skids because their availability was going down (this was a problem in the comics industry as a whole, not just for Sonic).
Meaning that, largely, the success of Sonic at that point was due to the games and 8 year old reruns of Sonic X. And it still landed in this top ten. I'd love to find this article, really I would, but it's impossible to google now thanks to so many other articles praising the Sonic movie for being the highest grossing video game movie of all time, mixed in with articles about how the Sonic fast food chain is dying and what happened to it.
At the very least, Sonic rates to make it on the Wikipedia list of "Highest Grossing Media Franchises." It rates high enough that it beats out Fortnite, Halo, Minecraft, My Little Pony, and Roblox.
Also, to back up a bit, consider: the Sonic movie did really well. And it wasn't Ken Penders' pitch for a SatAM movie, it was something wholly different.
And then consider the outrageous success of Sonic Mania. The most critically acclaimed Sonic game since 1994. Though sales figures aren't super clear, I'd estimate it's also probably the best selling Sonic game in the last decade and a half. There is nary a hint of the Freedom Fighters or "that Robotnik" in that game anywhere.
I love the Freedom Fighters. I love SatAM Robotnik. I'd love for them to come back in an official capacity. I'd love for the Archie comics to officially pick up right where they left off and keep going as if they never missed a beat. It burns me that Archie or Ken Penders or both forever tainted a lot of that stuff so badly that it's become an exclusion zone nobody wants to touch anymore. I've talked at length on this blog about how I think a character like Princess Sally was a perfect foil for Sonic and how they played off of each other extremely well. I want that back. I want Bunnie Rabbot back. I want Antoine back. I want Robotropolis back. And Snively. And Ixis Naugus.
But also, at some point, you have to look at the cold, hard truth: Sonic doesn't need those characters, it doesn't need that universe, and the SatAM version Sonic would not exist at all if it wasn't for the original Japanese Sonic first. SatAM was supplemental material to the main version of the thing people already liked. That's the entire reason something like Sonic Mania could achieve the success it did.
And that's all there really is to it.

TYCO’s G.I. Joe Electric Train & Battle Set (No. 7418) made its debut in the company’s 1983 product catalog and received exposure on the cover of that year’s publication.
This is an important set for TYCO historians, as it marked the first of the electric train manufacturer’s line of licensed characters from television shows and movies for the 1980s. The last time TYCO offered such licensed sets was back in the mid-1960s.
Decoration for the train models, as well as provided tanks, jeeps, helicopter, and boat came from a sheet of G.I. Joe stickers TYCO included with this set. Given its three-year run in TYCO catalogs and likely large production run, it is a bit surprising that models did not receive G.I. Joe markings from the factory.
TYCO provided plastic soldiers, four tanks, two jeeps, a helicopter, assault boat, and four parachutes with this G.I. Joe set. Those items were split up into green and blue groups to represent G.I. Joe’s strike force (green) and the Cobra Command enemy army (blue). The 4-1/2 x 3-1/2 foot G.I. Joe “Battleground Play Mat” was similar to the TYCOSCENE layout boards introduced in 1982. The mats provided with the G.I. Joe set and other 1980s sets of similar oval track layout design (Rambo, and Transformers) featured color printed imagery on the flat surface. The Rambo set, cataloged only in 1986 by TYCO, was a near clone of the G.I. Joe set contents
The G.I. Joe product line was more than well-established and recognized by the time this 1983 TYCO release appeared. The Hasbro-licensed train set is thought to have been done to support an animated American television series launched in 1983, “G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.”

To call this the best era of Marvel ever merely because of it’s greater diversity on the page is myopic and ignorant.
Increased diversity is good ethically.
It is neither better nor worse creatively.
Since Marvel is a business that runs off of creativity  it’s blindingly obvious the latter is the more important criteria to prioritize.
Diversity is simply an element in the narratives. It is a tool that can generate quality, trash or something in between.
Like all tools it depends entirely upon the craftsman wielding them.
In the 2010s Marvel had a looooooooooooooooooooot of god awful craftsmen.
And no, I’m not just talking about the creators who were handling poc, female and queer characters. I mean just like fucking EVERYTHING was broken dilapidated garbage squeezed in between big event dilapidated garbage.
Oh sure, occasionally you’d find a hidden gem. But they were few and far between.
Like seriously let’s consider the best shit from the 2010s.
Children’s Crusade
Secret Wars 2015
Ms. Marvel
Nick Spencer ASM
Superior Foes
Visions (sorta)
Black Widow by Waid and the Soska Sisters
The tail end of Brubaker’s Captain America
Mark Waid Daredevil
Tail end of Abnett and Lanning’s cosmic stuff that got handwaved so Bendis and Duggan could synch it with the movies.
Remender’s Agent Venom (sorta)
Al Ewing Avengers
Ultimates by Ewing
Immortal Hulk
I’m sure I’m forgetting other stuff.
But like compae that stuff to Jim Shooter’s era. Not even all of the 80s. Like 1987 is the cut off point and we’re not strictly talking the creme de la creme. Just like the majority of the output in that period.
Roger Stern Amazing Spider-Man
Roger Stern Doctor Strange
Triumph and Torment
Roger Stern Avengers
Roger Stern Captain America
DeFalco/Frenz ASM
Peter David Spec Spidey
Frank Miller Daredevil
Kraven’s Last Hunt
Claremont/MIller Wolverine
PAD Wolverine
Mark Gruenwald Captain America
Walt Simonson Thor
Michelinie/Layton Iron Man
The Wanda & Vision mini-series
Secret Wars 1984
Cloak & Dagger
John Byrne F4 AND Hulk
The original Transformers AND G.I. Joe!
ROM Spaceknight
Shooter’s own Avengers work, including the iconic Korvac Saga
And I’m pretty sure Don McGregor did some kind of Black Panther stuff in the 80s. Which means there was some baller as shit BP stuff.
...oh wait i almost forgot Chris Claremont X-Men!
Including the actual most iconic X-men stories of all time. Days of Future Past, Dark Phoenix Saga, God Loves, Man Kills, Brood Saga, Mutant Massacre, etc.
We really saying merely having more diverse characters creatively  makes 2010s Marvel better than Shooter’s 80s shit?
BRUH
The latter didn’t just have some of the best stuff for these characetrs ever. It straight up had THE best stuff for them ever.
2010s Marvel was just the worst shit from 90s Marvel with smaller guns, less pouches, better art, more variants and way, way, way less logic.
Look.
I’m not arguing against  diversity.
Let’s draw out good stories from it.
But don’t go around treating diversity’s mere presence as a substitute for quality writing or storytelling.

It has been a decade since the greatest conflict in Human history happened
The Great Battle between the Heroes and Villains
And the Villains won, massacring the heroes. A civil war occured that wiped out the greater Villains. Now slowly dying, Earth has become a land of mercenaries, marauders, and creatures of horror or rage. In this land, former US Soldier Randall Malloy is brought into a greater world as his life is targeted by enemies beyond his scope. Relying on his protector, the Symbiote Lesion, they must survive in a world where chaos reigns and the world is far more grey than it is black and white.

Transformers Movie x TFA X TFP x Steven Universe x Ben 10 Theory: Primus & Unicron’s Little Sibling Atlas Is The Creator Of The Gem Race....
[Note: Do Not Reblog Without Permission.]
Atlas is from a old crossover comic between Transformers and G.I. Joe...
Atlas is suppose to be the long lost sibling of both Primus and Unicron.
I did do a drawing of a Femme/Goddess version of Atlas, who’s name is gender neutral, the version of her in that fan art I did, is suppose to be from TFA.
I might try to do a different drawing of her sometime...
anyway even if it would just be Fanon Theory, it be interesting if it turned out that before Atlas became part of the Earth, she was part of the Gem’s Homeworld, and she had created the diamonds and even the other Era-1 Gems.
but at some point when Homeworld started to crack open, Atlas decided to go to another part of space, which would be where Earth is.
just like the homeworld’s Gems end up having a small part of her light essence in them, so do the ones that end up being born on Earth.
like Amethyst could refer to Atlas as “Mom” because technically she is the Mother of all the Gems.
and even if in Transformers Prime, it is suppose to be Unicron in the planet...
it could turn out that in a Crossover Timeline, that it isn’t Unicron, but Atlas.
and even if Steven, who she could view as her “Grandchild” didn’t know it, she was also helping him bubble the cluster, to protect not just the Earth but also the cluster.
it be interesting that if in a Transformers Movie/Prime/Animated and Steven Universe Crossover, it has Primus and Unicron fighting and here comes Atlas who puts a stop to it and slaps them both over the head.
the Allspark could turn out to have come from Atlas, even if it was used by Primus to make his own creations.
Atlas could make a small avatar to walk around the Earth, because she can’t transform in her true form, because it could harm the organic life that lives on her.
also it could turn out that Primus, Unicron and Atlas were created by Azmuth, the same Azmuth who created the Omnitrix.
so that would mean that the Crossover would have Ben 10 in it, which because of that I had to add ben 10 theory into the tags as well as in the title.
I mean, Azmuth is like REALLY old, so it be no surprise if during his youth he had created not only Primus, but Unicron and then Atlas.
I mean in one of the Ben 10: Alien Force episodes, there is like a Planet that is called “Primus”.....so yeah, in a Crossover that planet is the same one who is Unicron and Atlas’s brother.
in the Crossover Timeline, when Azmuth has not been to Primus for a very lnog time....at some point it had evolved thanks to Quintessa (like from the Transformers: The Last Knight) who exposes the Planet Primus to a to a Transformium Seed.
and she does the same to the Other Planets that were part of Azmuth’s experiments and gave a A.I. to.
Atlas was the last one to end up being exposed to the Transformium Seed.
the Allspark was from Atlas and when she lost it, it had ended up on her Elder Brother’s World (that would still be him in his planet form.) and it ended up letting Primus create the Cybertronians.
it could turn out that Primacron, was a assassinate to Azmuth, but during the Unicron Project, Primacron messed with Unicron’s original programing and changed what he was originally attend for.
in a Fanon Crossover Timeline, Primacron didn’t create Unicron, but merely messed with his programing and made him dangerous, because of his actions, Azmuth cut ties with Primaron and told him to never come near him or his creations again.
but even if he did as he was asked, Primacron would later still take credit for making Unicron.
and because Primacron made Unicron a danger to all of the universe, Azmuth had to place Unicron into stasis and hope that nothing woke the planet up.
after leaving Unicron, Quintessa lands on the planet and uses the Transformium Seed, which not only brought Unicron out of his stasis but also made him who he was now.
not all Crossover Theories have to be canon, some can be fanon that can happen in a different time and place in the Fanon Universe.
it could also turn out that after Primacron’s betrayal, Azmuth had created Oracle to act as his new assassinate.
it be interesting if Amethyst made Jetstorm and Jetfire part of her Quartz Family from Earth, like treating them like her little brothers an calling them “bro” and them calling her “sis”, even if they might not be biologically related, they could still view each other like family.
in the Crossover, Sparkplug Witwicky is the brother of Charles & Ronald Witwicky's brother and making him Sam's Uncle.
Charles, Ronald and Sparkplug could turn out to be the older brothers of June Darby, making Jack the cousin of Sam and Spike.
anyway if Atlas ever becomes fully canon, and not just appear in one comic crossover....
then maybe Atlas could be a Femme/Goddess and be like the little sister of Primus and Unicron.
even if in the mainstream of Steven Universe, she isn’t the one who made the Gem Race, but in a Crossover between Transformers, Steven Universe and Ben 10, she is the one who made the Gems.
when the Diamonds conquered and made new gems on other worlds, they also use some of the essence that they had inherited from Atlas to make more Gems on those other worlds.
and it could turn out when Megatron was in Isaac Sumdac’s lab, and he was going through the budding stage, the baby protoform that was Sari, could of been blessed with some of Atlas’s essence and empathic abilities.
Transformers can have new protoforms, aka sparkling or hatchlings by budding or in other words asexual reproduction, which if the Autobot from TFA new this, they would misuse their own planet’s living metal in such a way.
anyway because this post does mention “Budding” and “Asexual Reproduction”
I not only put the tags for it in the tags, but also that this will be for mature audiences only, and not for kids.
and yeah I still think that Megatron is technically Sari’s Mom, even if he is like her Cybertronian Dad, while Isaac is her Human Dad that she got her human DNA from.....but she got her CNA from Megatron...
I’m still gonna view Megatron being the Mom.
anyway maybe I can talk more about the whole Fanon Crossover theory about Primus and Unicron’s little sister Atlas being the creator of the Gem Race from Steven Universe, another time.
some theories can do with possible canon, and only some turn out to be guessed right by fans, but this is more of a fanon what if type theory.
