𝐐: 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭?
𝐀: “…No one can come to Me, unless The Father who sent Me draws them to Me. And only those who accept Me as I truly am are of My body, for The Truth resides within them and is revealed by their works. Yes, even these stumble in their walk, for they are but flesh.
Yet I am He who searches the hearts and minds, I know My own; I know whose love is steadfast, whose faith is unmoving...
And this is the True Church My people long for, the remnant which now is and is yet to come...
For it is not found outwardly in the world, but inwardly, in the temple of God...
I am The Lord.”

Rememberance to beloved Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
It is not enough for you to say I'm Christian, It is not enough for others to know what you believe in but to show them that you are not here only to talk but to do the things that you speak of which is the Gospel. Be a good ambassador for Christ, ask for guidance of the Holy Spirit every day ,be a child of God ,show them and fear not.
Be blessed.

Is Your Church Christian or Christian-ish?
I’m drawing inspiration for this post from the Challies blog, which I encourage my readers to check out. But I’m writing this post because I’ve recently been on the other side of this question for the first time in a very long time. For the last fifteen years of my life I’ve been in ministry leadership, so the question I’ve asked is “how to lead a Biblical Church“, but, since transitioning out of…

Revelation 11: Measuring the Temple
John's visions dovetail in several places with Ezekiel's vision, and especially here, the correlations are strong. So what was measuring the temple to signify? As you probably have guessed, answers may vary (!) #Revelation11 #MeasuringtheTemple #Ezekiel
Then, a measuring reed similar to a ruler’s staff was given to me, saying, “Rouse yourself and measure the temple of God, as well as the altar and the ones worshipping in that place, but the outer court of the temple put outside, and do not measure it, because it was given to the Gentiles, for the holy city will be tread underfoot (by them) in forty-two months.” Revelation 11:1-2 By Real…

Why do Christian groups have different fundamental doctrines?
One reason is that they use different methods of interpreting Scripture. The Bible itself shows us to follow an Apostolic interpretation of Scripture.

When did Machete realize he was gay? Was it only when he met Vasco, or was it earlier and he just repressed it?
If you asked him, he might admit that in retrospect he must've had a vague inkling earlier (thinking of all the times he let his gaze linger on a painting of some handsome nobleman a little longer. Which almost makes it like... a 16th century equivalent of having a secret fictional crush). But I think it probably would've been more of a detached, aesthetic attraction than anything he recognized as distinctly gay, bad and worth of repressing. It's not a sin to quietly appreciate art and the beauty of the human form.
I'd say Vasco, his best friend at the time, was most likely the first real person he had actual feelings for. The realization was so distressing he stayed in denial about the whole thing for a good while.

I like the subtle world building implications in the differences between the usher foundation and the magnus institute. if the usher foundation and the magnus institute were meant to be direct parallels to each other, then the usher foundation would have been established in like the 1870s in boston or nyc, but no, it's in dc and was founded no earlier that 1955, and that gives me less "old respectable academia" vibes and more "insane reagan era project comissioned to weaponize the supernatural in the cold war that didn't work but was never officially shut down."

— If you create us a kingdom, we will write the book of our future. The future of the Church, of the world we live in will be ours, yours, and your children's. You say nothing? Why do you think we wished you a cardinal? So you would be Pope one day. Carve us out a kingdom, Cesare, and be both king and pope. I am stunned into silence.

thinking about crowley and "my lover's got humor, she's the giggle at a funeral" and "knows everybody's disapproval, i should have worshipped her sooner" and "if the heavens ever did speak then she's the last true mouth piece" and "the only heaven i'll be sent to is when i'm alone with you" and "my lover's the sunlight" and "i was born sick but i love it" and "there is no sweeter innocence then our gentle sin"

To the Church of Thyatira Jesus rebuked them for the letting specific person who had the spirit of Jezebel who led the church astray into idolatry and immorality, they were compromising to live holy and worldy. But not all were committing this sin, in fact those who didn't and held fast to their faith, Jesus promised them that he who overcomes , Jesus will give power over Nations in the coming Kingdom, He will give them the Morning Star which is Jesus Himself. Look how merciful and loving God is ! if you are faithful ! Examine your heart and stay away from all kinds of idolatry & immorality, which this world loves to show and give, It will be worth it ! God does not lie like men , believe this ! Amen.

So, like Ruby's bio mom is definitely going to make an appearance again in the future, and I can't help but think about how the Goblins work with coincidences and can somehow track and sense them.
I also can't stop thinking about Mrs.Flood and I do kind of like the theory of her being Susan, the doctors granddaughter. I'm not sold on this because I think most fans would have wanted Carole Ann Ford to come back if she could and was interested to, but of course then it couldn't be kept secret who she is so maybe Susan regenerated and is living as Mrs. Flood.

Then I don't really know why, but I got this thought while watching this part of the trailer for the rest of the season that Ruby could be Jenny's daughter...

And two of the Doctors granddaughters living next door to each other? Now, what is a bigger coincidence than that? Or maybe not a coincidence at all

We were talking about our religious pasts at work today (see what not letting us play music gets you, director), and so let me tell you how I got kicked out of Sunday school.
So I'm helping my stepmom in the little church kitchen and I see this lady filling up a bunch of cups. Some with water, some with vinegar. And I thought 'bit weird, but it ain't none of my business' and kept doing my thing.
Later when I go into the Sunday school room, the lady is there and is asking us to grab ourselves a drink. Which I did not. And she asked why I didn't want a drink.
Now I could've told her that I saw her pour those cups, and I didn't want to possibly drink vinegar. Instead, I told her that my momma told me not to accept drinks from strangers.
Believe it or not, this was not what got me kicked out. It was merely the 20lbs weight that the camel was carrying. Tune in next week to hear about the straw I threw on that camel's back
