Was a little sick today but didn't want to miss the first day. Started with Indus Valley Civilization, Ancient History, read a little newspaper and realized I need to develop a habit of revising things.

I know a reading pomodoro methods sounds extremely boring but hear me out. When I'm studying and I realise that I need a break I can very easliy just leave the study mindset and recharge myself by distracting myself with some other task but the most difficult step of any pomodoro for me is to go back into the mindset to study. So to solve that I'm going to try to do some light reading so that my brain know that I'm not done for the day but I will be giving rest to the analytical part of my brain for a bit so that the continuum of learning does not break
