There are two reception rooms; one family room/children's playroom, and then the adult's lounge.

This is the first build I have created as part of the Better Together collab and it is a residential lot for Willow Creek to replace Umbrage Manor.

mousy save; hold onto your hats

i started with my go-to simlicy save, so most of the residential lots and many of the community lots are by simlicy. i agonized over lot placement and number of each type of lot; i only ever play one family so it makes sense for me to have fewer residential lots and tons of community lots. i'm missing a lot of packs so this is pretty carefully curated to fit with what i do have (i'm used to replacing wallpaper and some furniture for most gallery builds but if it's missing much more than that I try a different lot). i love community lots that a) have things for sims to do and b) look pretty. all of these fit and i highly recommend every single one!!

For the past year and a half I have been working on a save file renovating all of the base game builds with only base game. I have recently finished all of Willow Creek so I feel a bit more confident in releasing the builds now.

Umbrage Manor is a nice home for a family of up to 6. There's a lot of different activities to do in this lot like swimming, painting, playing chess, running on the treadmill etc. It's especially suited for wealthy families.

Umbrage Manor has been converted into genteel flats aimed at the downsizing genteel elder market. Three one-bedroom flats and one studio flat (but with plenty of privacy), all with cooking facilities and one with a fireplace, have shared access to genteel balconies and a few planters to garden in.
