Vanitas does not wear clothes. Vanitas, by default, does not own clothes. The bodysuit he wears is entirely constructed out of darkness and he was born wearing it. It protects him from the elements as well as magic attacks better than regular clothes ever could.

Vanitas is able to manipulate his bodysuit and helmet at will. He can will the black dome away and dissolve off any part of the bodysuit that he wishes, then reconstruct it at his convenience. He’s most likely to dissolve the section around his hands if he wants to feel the texture of something.

The bodysuit is very thick and is cool to the touch. The thick cords of darkness that wrap around him are normally tight and keep him insulated, which is how he was able to safely travel through the Lanes Between. However, they can also loosen just enough to allow his Unversed to pass through as needed. Depending on the amount of Unversed he is creating, dark sludge can seep through the crevices of the bodysuit and pool around him, or their eyes will split open on the suit directly.

When his suit gets dirty, Vanitas will find somewhere to clean himself off, dismiss the bodysuit entirely, and then reform it when he’s finished. This creates an entirely new suit that Vanitas will then wear until he personally feels that it has gotten dirty again.

Other people w adhd . Do you guys also just... Suck really bad at one on one conversations. I always feel bad about talking to people one on one because i genuinely dont know how to navigate talking without feeling like im needlessly infodumping. It makes me feel guilty when i see my other friends talking about how much they talk to people, because it then feels like my inability to talk is a moral failing, and not something inherent to my particular neuroses.
