i found some wacky way to make borderless printing work...!!! it's not perfect but idk it might b ok enough until i can get a decent guillotine cutter and cut a bunch of sheets at once to size. I'll try experimenting with printing my comics and stuff sometime!!!!!

#blab #like again it won't b amazing quality bc i'm just diying at home but my printer prints decent images and i'm too embarrassed to work with #a printing company for my comics (????)#idk what's up w me having to do some obscure-o method to make borderless printing work tho #couldn't do it in ms word even w borders turned off. maybe they have sth programmed in to make it not work (?)#couldn't do it from the default windows image viewer or wtv bc my printer's dialog box wouldn't open even when i clicked 'more settings'#i had to. save as a pdf. open in a web browser. open the browser's printer dialog. click 'use the system printer dialog' which opens the #windows printer dialog box. click 'more settings' on that which then opens my printer's dialog box somehow in that context only.#check the borderless printing option there. and then print. so CONVOLUTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#idk if dialog box is the right word. idk how to describe computer things. i mean like the printing options window.

The host works for a nonprofit which creates employment for people who are blind or visually impaired. This panel teaches how to make your web sites, social media posts, and PDFs accessible to people with visual impairments, by writing image descriptions and not using typing quirks so that they're compatible with screen reader software, and using easy to read fonts with color contrast.

am i really about to switch from google play books to kindle today as my reading program of choice holy shit

#wait this would actually be a big deal for me im ngl #ive been using play books since i was like 12 #they both support epub and mobi and pdf and docs and you get the idea #so i can read fanfics on either #but from what i understand- and this could very well be entirely incorrect-#is play books stores all your notes/ highlights to google drive #so you can run out of space #but kindle notes/ highlights are stored on an amazon server #so you literally can't run out of space #I THINK #also lowkey better readability #and app on laptop instead of web browser so i can read offline #AHHHH FUCK #google or amazon im just trading one evil of another ughh #i mean i dont have to use JUST one i could always like use both #idk why im making this such a big deal lmao #aisha.txt

I had no clue that Web was wounded at Carentan. there's an editor's note in PI that says he got wounded in the arm by shrapnel and evacuated to England a few days after D-Day but none of this is in the book

#I really wonder how the process of publishing parachute infantry went because it was unfinished (?) somewhat (?)#like I'm reading web's writings about toccoa and aldbourne in this pdf and none of that was in the book I wonder why #maybe because the excerpts were unfinished #all this new info is OVERWHELMING to say the least
