Aurelia is such a cute character, I mean it can't get better than a pink unicorn tiefling with wings!! the wings helped so much with the framing, I didn't want them to just stand there-

I'm not very satisfied with the colours BUT, learning and all that

as you can probably tell from the bright colours, I was in a great mood when I made this! I actively enjoyed the shading stage as well, which is pretty rare!! c:

fun fact: this was also really helpful for figuring out my blog's exact colour scheme! I knew I liked the blueish purple and orangey yellow combination, but now I know the exact hex codes hehe

sorry to everyone planning to draw her during artfight, those claws are now part of her permanent design!! I noticed something special was missing from the winged people in my story, which was that they weren't monster-y enough!

my current winged ocs are now inspired less by birds and more by feathered dinasours, which is - in my opinion - one of the best design choices I ever made. they are supposed to be intimidating after all! (okay maybe not this particular one)
