Can anyone agree that Holiday Resse's are better than the normal kind? They are so you have to. Not because of the taste- but because there's one less wrapper.

what do you think of all the trends going around with the bottle fashion? also why are your glasses so weird please get normal glasses.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the new multicolored bottle cap trend. Caps shouldn't be more than one color! And all of those grey bottle labels? So BASIC. Personally, I like labels with little to no detail. Too much shapes can make a label look clunky. But if you want more advice, shoot me a DM. Also, I'll wear whatever spectacles I please, thank you very much.

Naked Shrimp Dumplings in Dashi
Plunged into a homemade dashi broth, Chef John's all-filling, no-skin dumplings combine shrimp with an ingredient you wouldn't expect to find in an Asian dumpling! 6 cups cold water, 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt, 8 ounces Burrata cheese, 6 pieces kombu, 1 pinch cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1/2 teaspoon finely grated ginger root, 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 pound medium raw shrimp peeled and deveined, 4 cups lightly packed shaved bonito flakes
