Hi ! It's me, the mod of this blog. My main blog is @okayans . This is a Yui Rio ask blog but there will also be rp sometimes, I guess. I have no real rules, just no NSFW please, she's an highschooler. As said in the header, slight innuendos are okay. Otherwise you can really ask anything ! Be creative !

As of now I'll answer to questions with random pictures of anime/manga girls I found on google, but I might draw some asks in the future when my style will finally be stable. I don't know all the artists, but if you know any of them please tell me so I can credit them properly. (Also ofc if you're the artist and if you don't want me to use your artwork tell me)

What annoys me about Alex is that his "characters" (If you can even call them that) is very lazily constructed and bland. Take Life is Strange (this kinda reach) you, might start off hating a character like Nathan, and do a complete 180 and want to cherish that character forever because they're interesting and deep unlike the delinquents, their story is the laziest story ever known to mankind, and feeling sympathy for them is rare seen as the story is predictable and lazy. rant over :D

It’s hard to make every cast in YandereSim interesting, but if you can’t even make your main characters interesting, then you gotta work on your writing skillz. It’s not even that hard at this point of development.

I'm like. Super late to this but I thought they called dysphoria that pertains to stuff like "this part of my face looks uncomfortably wide and I wanna pick at it" was called body dysmorphia? Or is that not a thing? Idk man, I'm like 13

nah dysmorphia is totally a thing, the difference is that dysmorphia is when you have a percieved issue with your own appearance others cannot see or don’t usually care about. Their “flaw” is entirely imagined sometimes and other times it’s there but not anywhere near as noticeable as the person thinks. But with dysphoria you’re uncomfortable in your own body because of very real features of it. You’re being classified and viewed in a way that you don’t want to be.

while we’re on the topic of gender dysphoria and being trans, yeah, gender dysphoria is a mental illness but being trans is not. Gender dysphoria can be treated thru transitioning and presenting a certain way. Don’t get it twisted! And gender dysphoria being a mental illness doesn’t mean that being trans is bad or a hopeless experience, all it means is that you have distress toward the sex you’re assigned at birth and the characteristics it comes with. Like I said- it can be treated with hormones or presenting yourself differently. Just to clear things up here because it seems like everyone’s getting a little confused, especially since some people think being trans and being dysphoric is synonymous when it is not.

nah that’s not weird at all, I’m also nonbinary and I bind sometimes, so if you want to get top surgery that’s entirely up to you. If you’ve been binding for a while especially and you want to go long-term and permanent, it’d be a very wise choice. Lots of nonbinary folks get top surgery too! So you’re not alone. Oni can also offer his perspective if he likes
