Post five of my wildlife and photography highlights posts 2022: Ten of my favourite moments/themes watching mammals, beetles and other wildlife this year
Marvellous year of marine mammals: Grey Seal and Harbour Porpoise on the Pembrokeshire and Yorkshire trips with both Grey Seal and Common Seal seen well in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight too this year
Some of the biggest moments of my wildlife year. I took the first picture in this photoset of Grey Seals on Skomer Island.

Martin Down a key site I did, I took the second picture in this photoset of one there in June.

Hedgehogs at home
Continually having these visit the garden and seeing them was one of the true joys of my year and watching wildlife at home ever. I took the third picture in this photoset of one.

A couple of Hornet Mimic hoverflies seen at my local Lakeside, then I saw the real thing with a hornet there, then I saw Hornet Mimic hoverfly and I believe hornet at Brownsea Island too
Some of my favourite memories from patch wildlife watching at Lakeside Country Park this year in the fascinating world of kingdoms of species I am less familiar with and a day somewhere else with them too, giving me that lovely feeling of learning things new a good theme of my year. I took the ninth picture in this photoset of the hornet at Lakeside.

Another good year of seeing Swollen-thighed beetle, Common Red Soldier beetle and Cantharis Rustica soldier beetle
Three species I have come to depend on the past few years and enjoy seeing so much in spring and summer. I took the tenth picture in this photoset of a Common Red Soldier beetle with a hoverfly at Lakeside on carrot in July.

Please don't let a Yorkshire owned theme-park company destroy Loch Lomond. Look, I'm not eloquent enough to break everything down but this application, if put through would see the destruction of one of the most beautiful places in Scotland.
It holds so many precious memories. Wildlife would be affected drastically, tourism of that scale in this area would do more harm than good.
The link below will give you more details and there's also a petition. It would mean the world to me if you gave it some attention. Thank you.

The white symbol is… interesting.
I can see some clarity issues. Especially for children, people who can’t read english, etc
