Milan Records Releases Ranking Of Kings OST

Milan Records has announced the release of the original soundtrack for the hit anime that won the Crunchyroll Awards "Best Boy" category, Ranking Of Kings. The composer of the soundtrack, MAYUKO had this to say:

  “I encountered a wonderful work of art called Ranking of Kings and thought ‘I can make the music for this piece!’ I composed this piece with the feeling that it was the culmination of my life as a musician. Crying to sad songs, dancing to happy songs – a total of 91 tracks created with the characters' feelings in mind. Along with Bojji’s great adventure, it has been my great adventure. We hope you enjoy every bit of it!”

Let's Make a Mug Too, online il primo trailer dell’anime

La serie animata ambientata a Tajimi debutterà sulle tv giapponesi in primavera.

Diffuso un primo trailer di “Yakunara Mug Cup mo” (Let’s make a Mug Too!), il quale annuncia che la serie animata, basata sull’omonimo manga promozionale dedicato alla città giapponese di Tajimi situata nella prefettura di Gifu, andrà in onda sulle tv giapponesi da aprile 2021.

Le quattro protagoniste della storia, Toyokawa Himeno, Mika Kukuri, Naoko Naruse e Touko Aoki, sono interpretate rispettivamente Minami Tanaka (Mari Saotome in Kakegurui), Yuu Serizawa (Ueno in How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno), Yuuki Wakai (Mai Tadakusa in Yatogame-chan Kansatsu Nikki) e Rina Honnizumi (Hina in Plunderer). Le doppiatrici compariranno anche nella sezione live-action della serie, durante la quale visiteranno location famose e negozi tipici di Tajimi.

A dirigere il progetto presso gli studi Nippon Animation (Anna dai capelli rossi, Haikara-san ga Tooru Movie) troviamo Jun Kamiya (Kingdom). La sceneggiatura è curata da Naruhisa Arakawa (Maoyuu Maou Yuusha), mentre il design dei personaggi è ad opera di Ayano Yoshioka, che sta anche supervisionando il comparto animazioni.

La città di Tajimi, situata nella parte meridionale della prefettura di Gifu, in Giappone, è famosa per la terracotta Mino. La città è costellata di produttori di ceramiche storiche e di musei d'arte ceramica. Dispone di strutture dove è possibile cimentarsi nella lavorazione della ceramica e di molti ristoranti che servono cibo su piatti Minoware. La storia inizia quando una liceale si trasferisce in una via dello shopping a Tajimi. La aspettano molti incontri, amici, gente di città, arte della ceramica e tanto altro!

Lanciato nel 212, il manga ha una pubblicazione trimestrale e in parallelo vede serializzato anche uno spin-off in formato 4-koma (strisce a fumetti di quattro vignette ciascuna), intitolato “Naoko no Kobachi”.
