susumu hirasawa! he's my favorite artist in terms of... everything - but i feel like everyone knows that... even my non-horsebone friends and acquaintances. if i got into why he's my favorite we'd be here for AGES!!! but yeah. love him a lot.

in terms of bands, excluding anything hirasawa-related, my favorite band is definitely buck-tick. 100%. i've clung to them for 5 years (but have only gotten particularly insane about them in recent times) - don't ask me to pick a favorite member because i love them all but i feel a particular attachment to hisashi imai for some reason. i like him a lot.

and metallica's an old legacy favorite in the terms of: "i'm not into them anymore, besides listening and appreciating, but they saved my life in a dark period" - so... there's that.

9: When is your birthday?

september 10th! being an american with a birthday right before the anniversary of a national tragedy sure is interesting! but hey, at least i wasn't born in 2001...

it's a nice birthday to have. and i share it with my grandfather on my dad's side, isn't that a neat coincidence?

music (mostly hirasawa... sigh.... i know...), a video game, a distraction of some kind, and maybe a good cry if i can manage to - which... usually i can't. unfortunately. although i wish i could lmao
