Visits to Ambrosia Foods were not frequent; in fact, Vitas did not make a regular habit of stepping into the grocery store, but now and then, an empty pantry did prompt such an endeavor. He may not always remember to eat, but he did note when his rations were low and needed to be replenished. So here he was, basket on his arm, mostly just gathering things such as granola bars and protein bars, occasionally some instant oatmeal or noodles--but at least he had also added some fruits such as oranges and honeycrisp apples to his basket to appease a certain beekeeper who would insist he consider healthier alternatives.

When he turned down another aisle, intent on gathering crackers or some other quick snack, he noticed a rather hulking and heavily tatted fellow with a perplexed look on his face as he glanced between two packages in his hands. Vitas knew that look--in his decade-long stint as a translator for Bifrost University, he recognized the look of someone who couldn't read the language on the package and, out of instinct and completely unprovoked, he determined this fellow could not read Korean and, thus, approached. While maintaining still a respectable distance, his gloved finger pointed to the package in the man's left hand. "Salt and Vinegar." He then moved his finger to the package in the man's right hand. "Cracked pepper."
