He’s very loving, despite being so outwardly prickly!

I headcanon him to also have autism, so he understands and helps you with anything you need, no matter how small.

He takes his role as your caregiver very seriously! Everything has to and will be perfect for his little one!

Somehow always finds just the perfect things for you! You have a favorite texture for plushies? He’s got three of em. Maybe the smell of lavender calms you down? Perfect! He already smells like that!

Completely understands if you’re nonverbal, as he often doesn’t speak either. Does his best to communicate with you, whether it be through ASL, flashcards, or gestures!

Understands if you don’t like much physical contact, but is also happy to hold you if you need him to. Being the ultimate lifeform means you don’t weigh a thing to him! He’ll carry you anywhere and everywhere!

not related to bg3, but im making a new character for a campaign starting soon, he's an aarakocra wizard named Cedric and he's a big huge mamas boy with no real friends. He leaves to go to magic school but he's never been away from his mom before and tends to have trouble taking care of himself, partially bc he's a rich boy who other people have always done stuff for him but also because he genuinely struggles with hygiene and food, even when he knows how to do something and really wants too sometimes it's just too much energy, school takes a lot outta him. so he uses unseen servant frequently to have something to take care of him. he also regresses occasionally, using dips for comfort and stuff as well as his teddy owlbear his mum gave him as a chick. Even outside of regression tends to struggle with incontinence and bedwetting, but he'd never ever let anyone else know it'd be much too humiliating for the high and mighty cedric to be suffering from such infantile afflictions.. this poor boi just needs to see his mum again lol

Ahh maybe this is silly but I keep having the thought of Eddie designing little music mixtapes/playlists for his favorite dnd NPCs (or PCs he makes when not a DM)

Either for background music when writing said character or just because

Putting doodles on the tape of whatever character

All the CC lads making ones, getting together and taking turns listening to the different tapes and arguing how a song 100% does fit their dnd character how dare the others say it doesnt

Anon I love that!!! I do!!! Does Eddie ask for a copy of everyone’s mixes so he can get a feel for the character and enhance his story line? Does he keep a tape player on hand and has a mix of EVERYONES mix that he plays throughout the session??? Trying to time things so that the music fits in when a character is having Their Moment???

Has he got comedy characters that he actually has very serious mixes for because he believes comedy is birthed from drama?

Do the cc boys mixes have sfx tracks interspersed? That they agonised over finding so that they could add Atmosphere to their character arc?

Ooh!!! Do they have speaking tracks that they recorded themselves in ‘character voice’ to tell the story of their character as the mix plays?? Is Eddie in all of them as a narrator???? I need to know!!
