smoking under the bus stop shelter is already strike one, but throwing your cigarette butt on the pavement afterwards? retched human being. took me every ounce of self control to not just pick up the cigarette butt and throw it back at her.

If your immediate response to somebody talking about oppression they face is "this isn't the oppression Olympics" you're a twat. plain and simple. Denying someone's experiences of oppression is tantamount to engaging in the oppression yourself and it's no excuse if you don't know that because it's a conclusion that requires seconds at most to arrive at. also it's just very obviously a dick move to tell someone that's more oppressed than you that you don't care that they're more oppressed than you. I don't get why people seem not to notice that.
some of you are just way too comfortable being at best visibly callous and at worst outright bigoted

"hank j wimbleton acts like a glorified dog and tricky the clown and doctor hoffnar are basically 2 different people"
WUH OH LOOKS LIKE YOU JUST FELL VICTIM TO JEBADIAS FALLACY!!
hows it feel to share the same mistaken, biased world veiw that christof choses to believe so he can feel morally justified in his frankly abhorrent behaviour!

even besides the point of how I don’t really understand coming to the conclusion that transmisogyny somehow has nothing to do with this (what’s the motive for it, then?)—
I’m not sure what pocket universe people are occupying where “obviously no one actually believes furries or hornyposting to be morally opprobrious” is the kind of statement that you can make

i think one of my best friends ever who is a beautiful and kind person is letting her toxic manipulative misogynistic ex back into her life for a 3rd? 4th? time and it's not only exhausting to witness but also makes me question our friendship like girl ily sm but why are u w a man who hates women . what does that say abt you. my god

my first ethel cain headliner show was straight up ruined by this person screaming over the vocals and her bitch-ass boyfriend that cussed us out when we suggested she quiet down and let other people enjoy the show, and i think i may be pissed off about that for the rest of my life actually. if y'all do not learn how to not be a menace in shared public spaces i swear to god...........

related to that. i'm still thinking about this one specific queer (ex) family member who was obsessed with being part of communities and part of a Bigger Thing to the point they could not Begin to understand people who do not want to be part of communities. who was so excited to take me to this like. Gay District™️ of their city i was visiting in. and i had to figure out a way to gently say I'd Rather Not Do That. not because it was the gay district, but because of why they were excited.
like if i'd just ended up in that district for the hell of it or by accident or whatever is one thing but having someone who i know is so explicitly queer with a capital Q looking at me and going "oh he'd love to go there" is so so so very uncomfortable for me.
i had tried to explain multiple times to them in the past that i do not consider myself lgbt and yet every time they could not figure out What That could Possibly mean and therefore always disregarded it and continued to see me through a queer lens despite me explicitly asking not to be considered as such.
they saw their perception of me as a "gay trans man" and went "oh, he'd love going to the gay district, because he's a gay trans man" instead of going "oh, he'd love going gay district, because it's a place to hang out and see for fun".
i love being around queer people, but like, i hate being considered anything but non-cishet honorary queer at Most.
tldr; i hate being lumped into a community i explicitly say i feel that i am not part of!!! this feels disrespectful to both me and the community you are trying to say i'm in! stop that.

hi (un)friendly reminder that even though there's an actual genocide happening in gaza, if you disagree with anything i'm saying, that's your right, but if you're rude or racist or islamophobic abt it... you will be blocked.

unpopular bleach opinion?
Hi! I answered this as an unpopular opinion about the series as a whole on another blog, so imma do one for rpc here, because I can.
Unpopular opinion: I as a writer, especially a writer that does indeed create stories around the series villain(s), do not need to change them according to other people's whims and how they perceive it. If you think that someone has to actually 'atone' for a character's sins as the writer and 'water them down' or make them 'more amicable', aka, you push them out from being ic into ooc against their own will because you have a problem with the character and what they did, then that is wrong and you should cease it.
This is something I've seen a lot. OOC and IC antagonizing villains or morally very grey characters and the mun behind them even in a "fun" way and, lemme tell you, as someone who primarily writes 'mean' or 'villainous streaked' characters, it's not. You are not funny, you are annoying. In the worst case, people will think you have a personal problem with them. And do you really want that?
