okay so when I said "I'm taking this side gig as a museum tour guide to get my foot in the door and try to enter that field" I just said that so people would stop asking me what I'm gonna do with my life. I didn't think I would ACTUALLY be offered a proper job at the museum to do in combination with the tours so I can finally quit my current retail job. I thought I was lying when I said that! I didn't think I was manifesting!
#everybody clap! I am becoming an adult with a real job! one that I will really like!#for the record it's still ''just'' as a cashier#but I finally will have the option to do MORE tours which is my ultimate goal#and honestly I didn't hate working the register I actually mostly enjoy the customer facing work#what I didnt enjoy was the bad company management and other aspects of my current job#but getting to welcome the museum guests and be the one they approach for help AND be giving tours??????#fucking excellent#absolute dream for now#rover rambles#(with my CV I also cant demand any particularly extravagant position anytime soon to be fair to any employers out there)

YES I am ALSO like...90-95% convinced that we're going to be getting a story card for Silver once we wrap around back to diasomnia. 👀 especially because the way things are going, Silver will be the only character whose dream we haven't seen -- yet???? -- and that just. y'know. makes me wonder!
although I do think it would be VERY funny if he got a story card and the groovy was just "regular Silver except with one beautiful single crystal tear". this is actually a lot coming from him.
(he used up all his emotion yelling at a baby that one time, there's none left for a proper groovy-level cry.)

i had a dream last night, and normally all my dreams are lame as hell or i dont remember them at all, BUT this one was so good i want to remember it, SO it started off i was like reincarnated sorta but i was the same i just had long hair again and was stupid, but the main part was that when i was reborn i come back with a lil magical pet and the pet was one of those big car sponges but a salamander or lizard or something and it looked like this
but then there was a mess of some kind behind our stairs where we couldn't clean it and we asked him to clean it for us (he can't talk he just went like "blub blub")
he had a great time time doing it, he was happy about it like he just ate a big meal or something, but then he was all gross so i put him in a bucket and then i rinsed him in the sink and left to go do more boring things while he dried out in the light of the window

I gotta give BFDI props for continuity. They'll make up the most nonsensical thing in an episode, and it will be the reason someone wins a challenge like 10 years later.
