Another Lego Star Wars mini moc, the Acclamator Class assault ship from The Clone Wars. This one isn't too bad, the Acclamator is a neat, boxy ship, so it lends itself to Lego quite well.

I just wanna gush about my cat! She's so cute, i love her.
She was a little scared when I gave her her dinner so I thought that tonight's hangout would just be her chilling in her bed, watching me while I read my book in the corner. Wrong!
She came over to great me, meowing and rubbing all over. She then flopped on the floor and started rolling around! Then she'd get up and let me pet her lots! I didn't even get a chance to read, too busy petting her and taking pictures haha.

Hiiiii, it's so nice to see someone else watch chilldchaos training for mcc, he has no idea what he's doing but I hope he has fun when the actual event happens
Yeah!!! I think he’ll have fun regardless since his team seems to have a great dynamic! I’m glad I got to catch them practicing since there’s no way I can’t watch TIES on Saturday
Being a long time MCC enjoyer and seeing Chilled lack a pretty basic understanding of the minecraft mechanics required to play decently - I won’t lie - hurts. But hey, I probably wouldn’t be much better myself LMAO

A lack of observed scent marking in humans has led some to conclude that humanity's differing nasal structure leaves them with an inferior sense of smell. Winston Drooly writes as much in On Humans. "The flat and narrow shape of the human nose, his puny nose holes, and his oversized head organ (obstructing the nasal passage) leave him utterly ignorant to scent and scent marking. He is deficient in this regard" (Drooly, 1982 pp. 268). The intellectual movement around Drooly dictates the current tone of discussion even several lifetimes later, with countless textbooks parroting his assumption (and, often, his anti-human rhetoric).
However, others disagree. In her 2017 paper, Gentle Lead: the Strange Happenings of Humanity, Oreo Goodgirl writes, "The human pees into a chair full of water. The human rinses himself once a day in a machine that summons rainfall. The human spreads lotions, sprays perfumes, burns dried herbs, all to cover his human scent. The human is utterly averse to his own smell" (Goodgirl, 2014 pp. 31-32). Goodgirl's observations are accurate: it is not that humans refuse to scent mark, they are averse to scent. They avoid the smells of themselves when ever possible.
If it were the case that humans simply abstained from scent marking practices, they should also be indifferent to canid scent marking. Their supposedly "inferior" noses would not detect the smell of canine anal secretions, canine urine, canine skin and fur shedding, et cetera. Indeed, many dogs report that over-grooming has led them to develop dry skin, and some anecdotally suspect that this has led their owners to further over-groom them (The Health of Our Pack, Whosagoodboy et. al., 2020 pp. 45). All of this suggests that humans do care deeply about scent marking - and they dislike it. One possible conclusion is that human noses are in fact far stronger than our own, sensing strange and pungent nuances that we can only imagine.

In the end, politics was an accretion of personal decisions, and that means that the personality of the protagonists cannot be left out of the discussion. It determined not only how they reacted to the situations in which they found themselves, but how others reacted to them. The growing support for Edward IV in 1461 must have owed something to the realisation that he would make an effective king - whereas his father never seems to have been regarded in that light.
— Rosemary Horrox, "Personalities and Politics", The Wars of the Roses (Problems in Focus), Edited by A.J Pollard
When the worst had happened, and civil war was a reality, the overwhelming imperative was to find some way of restoring order. At the level of high politics, what this entailed in practice was a rallying around the de facto king. The Wars of the Roses, far from weakening the monarchy, actually strengthened it, since the king was the only man able to surmount faction. In spite of [Henry VI’s] manifest failings, Richard, duke of York's criticism of the regime commanded little high-level support - and would have commanded even less but for the crown's alienation of the junior branch of the Nevilles, headed by York's brother-in-law the earl of Salisbury. York in fact never did attain the political viability to break the vicious circle of temporary ascendancy and political exclusion. It was his son, Edward, earl of March, who finally mustered enough support to take the throne. He was able to do so in part because the situation had been transformed by the country's descent into open war, which reduced the compulsion to uphold the king as the embodiment of stability. Once it was no longer a matter of averting war, but of stopping it, political opinion began to divide more evenly between Henry VI and his rival. However, the crucial change may well have been York's own death at the Battle of Wakefield late in 1460. In the ensuing months Edward of York was able to present himself as the man who could mend the shattered political community. That self-identification with unity proved immensely potent, and it was not a role which could plausibly have been filled by his father. In the eyes of contemporaries, York had been the begetter of faction: a man tainted by his willingness to go to extremes.
