Acceptance – the beautiful way out. Acceptance is a wonderful tool to relieve yourself of the pull and push between the past and future. With acceptance you fall into the present straightaway. The first thing is to accept all the happenings of the outer world and all the happenings of the inner world. Whatever problems you have in the outer world and whatever problems you have in the inner world, just accept them in their entirety. Summarize all that you experience as problems and accept them in totality. Accept all guilt, all mistakes and all failures. Even if you cannot accept, accept that you cannot accept. You will then relax and guilt will drop from your mind. That's what acroyoga teaches us always because if you want to achieve the good posture then you have to accept to fall, you have to tell yourself that I can do it and you have to at the moment not thinking negative energies. I know a lot of people are scared of trying acroyoga because of being flied up and also they can't trust the base so much but if you want to take another adventure in life then take acroyoga jamming for fun with your family at home. @acroyogamontreal you are my inspiration always and am so happy for everything, hope one day to do my teacher training there with you all. As a youth who leaves in the slum and I don't need to hide our community but together we can make it clear, we shall be jamming always on those places which have been full of plastic because our environment is dying seriously. Fitness: What people think vs what is in reality 1. What people think - They (let's say me and my practice @monabs2 ) LOVE to train Reality - we procrastinate before the training with each other as long as possible sitting and talking. 2. What people think - training is easy for us Reality - we suffer during each training, trying not to moan in front of each other, we are mean to each other because we know how much work is involved to get the results we want to achieve. 3. What people think - We are made of steel and are always healthy Reality - since we live extremely active live (even besides sports) we constantly get injuries. But we don't baby them, we study the body and nutrition needed for healing, help each other and if the injuries are beyond our scope of knowledge or physical reach we go to higher level specialists such Gurus (and yes, it hurts the pride as Igor Klibanov says) and then work on what he tells diligently. 4. What people think - posing Acro poses for us is so easy Reality - it takes a few minutes to get into the pose, it takes suffering time and enormous amount of strength to keep the pose steady for the photographer and we are so dead for almost two days after.
