Understanding the Science Behind Accelerated Aged Rice for Better Cooking Results
Rice is enjoyed by millions worldwide, and its cooking qualities are a significant factor in determining consumer satisfaction. One of the most exciting innovations in rice production is accelerated aging technology, which improves the texture and cooking characteristics of rice. APIT (Agri Process Innovations & Technologies) has developed advanced solutions for accelerated aged rice, offering improved results for both producers and consumers.
The concept of aging rice is not new, but accelerated aging technology allows rice to undergo a controlled aging process in a fraction of the time it would traditionally take. During aging, rice undergoes chemical changes that enhance its cooking properties. The process improves the texture, making it firmer and less sticky, which is particularly desirable in dishes like biryani and fried rice.
APIT’s accelerated aging technology uses precise control over temperature, humidity, and time to simulate natural aging in a much shorter period. This controlled process ensures that the rice achieves the same benefits as traditionally aged rice, such as better cooking results and longer shelf life.
One of the key advantages of accelerated aged rice is its ability to absorb water more efficiently during cooking. This reduces cooking time and ensures that the rice grains remain separate and fluffy, which is essential for many culinary applications. Additionally, the aging process helps preserve the rice’s nutritional content, making it a healthier option for consumers.
For producers, accelerated aged rice offers the opportunity to meet the growing demand for premium rice varieties that cater to discerning consumers. By using APIT’s advanced technology, producers can achieve consistent, high-quality rice that performs well in the kitchen, enhancing the overall eating experience.
In conclusion, accelerated aging technology is a breakthrough in rice production that enhances both the cooking quality and market appeal of rice. With APIT - Best Paddy Processing Specialist innovative solutions, producers can deliver rice that is not only more convenient to cook but also more flavorful and nutritious, meeting the needs of consumers around the world.

(via Quote by Douglas Adams: “I've come up with a set of rules that describe ...” | Goodreads)
“I've come up with a set of rules that describe our reactions to technologies:
Anything that is in the world when you’re born is normal and ordinary and is just a natural part of the way the world works.
Anything that's invented between when you’re fifteen and thirty-five is new and exciting and revolutionary and you can probably get a career in it.
Anything invented after you're thirty-five is against the natural order of things.”

i think it would be funny if one of the ways that adrien responded to Everything was by becoming the most offline unreachable hermit of all time. no phone no computer nothing. don’t talk to him about ai or instagram brand deals or twitter drama he can’t even receive a text message. if you want to contact him he checks his email once a week at the local library. he also has a flip phone with customized ringtones and no internet connection, and a number he gives out to an extremely select list of people. don’t try to reference a pop culture phenomenon to him he won’t understand it. his flip phone can’t open tiktoks. he’s protecting his peace.
#something about being turned into an ai siri for millions of people at age 14 turned him off from technology#he does the wordle. maybe.#more likely he does the crossword#ml#anna rambles

I was going on a rant about sexism to my coworker and how some media is just not consumable to me because it’s too steeped. It was the Dresden files. I was going off on the Dresden files.
He asked if I watch Supernatural and I was like no, god, they hate women so much. He nodded agreeably to that. I was like, “I did like Lost Girl. They’re all equal opportunity trash bags in that show.”
He hadn’t heard of it so I started gushing praise and synopsis. He asked where he could watch it and I shrugged and said, “Bring me a flash drive and I’ll get it for you.”
“A flash drive? What is this, 1990?”
I staggered back in outrage, puffing up like a blowfish, “What?! Did you just diss flashdrives? WHAT?! You don’t think flashdrives are useful???”
“No, you can just send things online, why bother?”
After another flailing display from me he allowed, “I guess for piracy they might be useful. If I even still have one it’s a little 2GB one.”
I am still reeling. Maybe it was going to a tech school or needing to transfer huge files around all the time but what. Is that really a common feeling toward a USB stick? That they’re obsolete??

Born in the late 50's or 60's❓
They call us "The Elders" We were born in the 60's
We grew up in the 70's.
We studied in the 80's.
We dated in the 80s-90's.
We got married (or not) and discovered the world in the 80's-90's.
We ventured from the 90's to Y2K.
We stabilized in the 2000's.
We became wiser in 2010.
And we are firmly moving beyond 2020.
It seems like we live in seven different decades... TWO different centuries... TWO separate millennials...
We have gone from a rotary dial telephone with party lines and a long distance operator to video calls anywhere in the world.
We've gone from slides to YouTube, vinyl records to streaming music, handwritten letters to email and WhatsApp.
From live game radio, to black and white television, to color television and then to 3D HD television. To the video store and now it’s Netflix and streaming.
We met the first computers, punched cards, floppy disks and now we have gigabytes and megabytes on our smartphones.
We dodged infantile paralysis, meningitis, polio, tuberculosis, swine flu, COVID-19 & now Bird Flu.
We used to ride roller skates, tricycles, bicycles, mopeds, gasoline or diesel cars and now we drive hybrids or electric cars.
Yes, we've been through a lot, but what a life we've had!!!
They could describe us as "exemplars", people born in that world who had an analog childhood and a digital adulthood. Our generation has literally lived and witnessed technology change more than anyone else in all dimensions of life. It is our generation that has literally adapted to more change than any before or since.
So, a big round of applause to all those members of a very adaptable and very unique generation! 🤔

Okay so Usha is 100 years old.
Lisa is her granddaughter and people are likely imagining a millennial but that would be wrong…
Usha was born in 1924….. she would have been 17 when Peal Harbour happened. Her children would have been born at the very latest in the early 1960’s, more likely in the 1950’s.
Usha isnt even the Silent Generation, she is a member of the Greatest Generation.
Her grandchildren including Lisa would have likely been born in the 1970’s and would be a Generation X.
Lisa could be a millennial if Usha and Lisa’s mother had children later in life but given the time period they lived in, I don’t think that’s likely.
Lisa is probably at least 45 and likely has children of her own. Usha could be a great-grandmother and even a great-great-grandmother.
I am not sure where I was going with this I just wanted to establish that Usha’s granddaughter Usha is Gen X and could be the same age as Paula.
#dropout#dimesion 20#never stop blowing up#nsbu#rekha shankar#usha rao#technology#generation x#Lisa and Paula could be the same age
