Note: I will admit I approached it differently than I have with the other's ideal types. As people can grow at any age, the heroes have solidified their identity, and while personal growth will happen, I don't believe it would be as dramatic as it is when I write for students.

I will be adding Hawks sometime in the future, but I need to finish the latest seasons so that I can avoid spoilers in my research. Would you all be interested if I did either demon slayer or love languages next? should I do a Haikyuu part 2? 

Aizawa:

Aizawa needs someone who's driven. Now one initial assumption would be to push Aizawa forward but I honestly believe that Aizawa is already highly motivated himself so it'll be a relief to him on a personal level. Aizawa isn't a softy-worded man, I honestly think he'll need someone who can roll with it. I don't think he'd care about appearances like Best Jeanest, or even All Might, (after showing how he resents All Might). I think he could genuinely wind up with someone who's silly, a cutie, or a cat lover, I don't think those would be dealbreakers, but they cannot be helpless. As He's said to Deku, I don't think He'd be at peace with someone who's a liability in battle. that said, I think Aizawa would be a great partner.

Fatgum:

I think Fatgum would enjoy a partner with a lot of integrity. Fatgum always strives to do what he finds just and has a very difficult time waiting for long drawn-out plans. I don't think he'd enjoy someone who stubbornly procrastinates, but he'd love to help motivate them. I think he sees potential in his partner, not only as a hero but as a wonderful person. I honestly don't think it would matter to him if they struggled with illness or any disabilities, I don't even think he'd care if his partner was quirkless. Overall I think he's on the level of Mirio in positivity and I think He'd be a wonderful partner.

All Might:

This one was hard for me, but I think All Might would admire someone who's emotionally mature. Hear me out, All Might has worked his entire life to be the pillar of hope to the people. I think he would enjoy someone grounded and sweet. That pressure must get to him, and I think after he retires he'll find someone who really believes that he's just as special in small-might form. I think he'd crave mutual safety and someone to listen to, someone he doesn't have to smile for. If he found that in a partner, I think He'd be the happiest person in the world.

He doesn't exactly hype you up or anything but if Keigo realises you're a little nervous about the sudden change then he'll definitely have a small conversation with you where he basically tells you that you look good with both short and long hair and that you should own your new look.

Keigo's compliments centre more around trying to make you feel confident rather than trying to make you feel pretty.

If you're partners then he might even shower you in kisses and offer to help you style your new hair (tries to convince you to style it like his sometimes).

Aizawa Shouta

Aizawa knows what it's like to have people comment about your appearance since he's always kept his hair long (and someone always seems to have a problem with that).

When he first sees that you cut your hair short, his first concern is ensuring you like your new look and didn't cut your hair impulsively.

Once he establishes that Aizawa will tell you that as long as you're happy with your new hair then you shouldn't let anyone else's opinions get to you.

He's also one of the few people who realise how this change can impact you emotionally as well (since people generally tend to go through such drastic changes when they want to move on from their previous stage in life).

He'll sit you down and ask if something happened, etc. but won't pry too much unless the two of you are close.

If you changed your hair because you always wanted to do it/fjust felt like you needed a change then Aizawa won't really say much.

But if it's because you're trying to start a new phase in life he'll encourage you to pursue whatever goal you have your mind set on while also reminding you not to lose yourself along the way.

He's worked with impulsive teenagers long enough to know the starting signs of someone going through a phase and completely changing themself but then regretting it later and Aizawa would never want you to go through something like that.

It's why he just tries to ensure this new change of yours is more positive than the result of an existential life crisis.

Nanami Kento

Doesn't really react much.

This isn't because Nanami doesn't care but more because he knows you're probably overwhelmed with everyone in your life going on and on about their opinions of your sudden change and he doesn't want to add to that.

It's why he'll wait until the two of you have a moment to yourselves and just quietly tell you that you look good with your new hair.

He also tells you that your new hairstyle doesn't change his opinion of you, just as it shouldn't change your opinion of yourself.

I have this idea...

That one day Aizawa appeared in the teacher's lounge sporting a black eye and a brocken collarbone. His arm tucked in his own capture weapon, he explained that Recovery Girl wanted him to have more sleep before she heals him.

As Aizawa pours himself a glass of water and take his pill, other teachers prey on Present Mic to get more informations. He won't budge.

Aizawa made him promise not to tell, and Yamada has the intent to use his secret as leverage for later... You never know when you are going to need a favor from Eraser Head!

The truth is Recovery Girl is outraged by the way he hurt himself and is now pestering him about his lifestyle. "You cannot go on patrol every night with a day job ! Naps and coffee are not a substitute for proper sleep !"

Hizashi laughed so much his ears are still ringing... One could expect more support from the love of one's life.

Other heros don't dare ask the terrible Eraser Head what happened, they know how reckless he can be in battle.

They should never know that he was simply too sleepy coming back from a patrol, so he tripped and fell in the stairs. The next step would me Midnight calling him "grandma" and urging him to be careful not to slip in the showers...

Qu'un jour Aizawa est apparu dans la salle des profs avec un oeil au beurre noir et une clavicule cassée. Son bras calé dans sa propre bande de capture, il a expliqué que Recovery Girl refusait de le soigner tant qu'il n'aurait pas dormi.

Alors qu'il se sert un verre d'eau pour prendre un médicament, les autres profs se précipitent sur Present Mic pour gratter plyus d'informations. Il refuse de céder.

Aizawa lui a fait promettre de ne rien dire, et Yamada a bien l'intention de garder le secret pour s'en servir plus tard… On ne sait jamais quand on aura besoin d'une faveur d'Eraserhead !

La vérité, c'est que Recovery Girl est parfaitement outrée par la façon dont il s'est blessé et à présent elle le harcèle au sujet de son mode de vie. "Tu ne peut pas patrouiller toutes les nuits alors que tu as aussi un emploi de jour ! Les siestes et le café ne sont pas des substituts à une vraie nuit de sommeil !"

Hizashi a rit aux larmes, ses oreilles sonnent encore… On pourrait s'attendre à un peu plus de soutien de la part de l'amour de sa vie.

Les autres héros n'osent pas demander au Terrible Eraserhead ce qui est arrivé, ils savent combien il peut être brutal durant la bataille.

Ils ne doivent surtout jamais apprendre qu'il est simplement rentré trop fatigué d'une patrouille, a trébuché, et est tombé dans l'escalier. La prochaine étape serait que Midnight l'appelle "grand-mère" et l'enjoigne de faire atention à ne pas glisser dans la douche…
