Simply put, even if Ozen watched where she was going, there was no way some unfortunate bumps weren't going to happen with that giant coat and her super tall height. Which meant that was exactly what happened as she brushed past a man in the streets. It wasn't that she wasn't watching her way, but this particular street happened to be pretty narrow and orienting herself to the light and her limbs above ground... well, she wasn't quite used to it just yet.

The most normal thing you could do? Apologize with an excuse me and move on, but working up the effort to apologize wasn't her style, so she just kept moving.

Though, as she passed him, his shabby appearance was unexpected. So on streets this clean in a town this peaceful, there were still people who still couldn't afford to take care of themselves. He was only a little shorter than her, but still, it was probably easier for him to get out of the way.

O1. THE PERSONALITY OF A SUNSET BEAUTY.

sunsets were the warmest thing to exist. it was a beautiful way to end the day with orange hues with the reddest of the sun. every single sunset was magical, no matter what. and if there was a way to describe sunset in a person, it would be you.

you were a warm girl with a pinch of sentiment. your sentiment was a beautiful one, seemingly the calmest of the ocean. it's in between two personalities, having neither and both to signify who you really were.

it was during sunset, a calm evening, that the purple hues of the night were mixing together with the orange hues of the day. you were on your usual routine to walk home from school.

your eyes glanced to the side, seeing someone unusual just right beside you. a tiny smile surfaced at the sight of your new classmate who walked not far from you.

“hello. bakugo katsuki, right?”

the said male glanced to the side, his face twisting into a scowl that was listed down in your mind that you shouldn't poke at his skin too much.

if it weren't for the sun setting, bakugo would've thought you were a doll, a masterpiece, carved by the hands of the angels. no matter how much of a scowl his face scrunched into, bakugo couldn't hide the fact that he thinks you're very pretty. you were like a bonus added to the beauty of the sunset.

yet bakugo radiated a fierce and closed off energy. his red topaz eyes and the glare he gave you was enough to let you know he belonged to the chaotic volcanoes instead of the smooth ocean.

"a man of few words... nice," you complimented, bakugo’s eyes still glued onto your form.

for some reason, he couldn't find himself to say anything. he was just letting you talk with such gentleness that your voice was to die for.

such a calm aura you radiated that it even drew someone with a fiery personality to kiss the fronts of the coldest wall just so his flames could cease a little.

O2. THOSE EYES THAT DO NOT LIE.

whatever fate has decided for bakugo, he could never avoid you. wherever he was, you seemed to pop out or just be around him, making small conversations.

was it because he finally met you that you seemed more noticeable? even if you're in the same class as him, he never really noticed you until that sunset. was it your nonchalant persona that itched at the back of his mind? whatever the reason, he was very much bothered.

it was a partner team activity today, and fate set it so you could be his partner. how agitating it is for you when your partner said he could finish up the task without your help. you know he could do it by himself, he's capable without anyone's help.

but when something came your way and hit you head, it was almost as if bakugo's body moved on its own to pick your falling body into his own arms. you're bleeding at the side of your head, right eye seemingly having trouble focusing.

“shit shit shit,” bakugo curses under his breath. not because he's going to lose this team activity against another team, but because he's concerned about you.

“hey hey, look at me. what the fuck. don't you dare pass out on me.”

he's here lightly hitting your cheeks to keep you conscious as his other free hand moves to remove any strands of hair that sticks to the bloodstained side of your face.

“i’ll be fine, bakugo. you need to pass this activity,” you held his hands to keep him from touching your face.

bakugo looks into your eyes, looking for any confirmation if you're trying to be funny or not. but there was none. your eyes held so much sincerity. it was like they were screaming to bakugo to finish up the task aizawa gave them just for him to get a point or two.

“hell fucking no. i’m not finishing this shit without you.”

and he really didn't complete it. if you're failing this, so is he.

O3. SOOTHING VOICE EQUIVALENT TO SUNSETS.

it was evening, and bakugo katsuki decided to take the route that was far longer to get home, having an odd craving to bask in the sunset hues.

the setting sun illuminated its golden hues onto bakugo, giving him a warm glow that was so much calmer than the volcanoes he has bathed in.

if there was a way bakugo eases himself, it is to take longer walks home. all just so he could reflect on the day he had in school. today, he had to deal with more of the students in UA who declared their rivalry with him. to him, he is the best. he has no need for rivalry.

of course, he scored at the top of everything before entering the hero academy, that's something that kept him at the top of the class.

regardless, he couldn't shrug off the feeling that his classmates are just as equal as he is, which he despised. he hated the feeling so much he didn't even notice the footsteps that came up beside him, matching his pace.

“you're portraying an angry person's face,” you broke him out of his trance, your head slightly tilting in an attempt to study bakugo's facial expressions better.

“so what if i am?” he retorts, rolling his eyes in annoyance at your words.

you nodded at his response, closing your eyes softly to breathe in the evening air. evening airs were to die for, how it always smelled and felt so different from morning and night airs.

"calm down, bakugo. being angry isn't a nice thing. i don't know what you're angry about, but it will be alright. it will be fine."

oddly enough, it worked. your voice worked. your words worked. the comfort worked. your effort to walk beside him works. your presence and everything else worked.

those feelings of wrath of his classmates and their abilities came to a halt.

you only kept going on, eating away more of his negative emotions towards others. it was hypnotizing, how you managed to sooth and calm him down without even doing any therapy but just with giving him advice in this warm setting, he managed to feel calm again.

bakugo katsuki wanted to listen to you talk all day and night.

O4. WHEN THE SMILE IS SO CONTAGIOUS.

weekends were the only time where you could rest without any troubles attaching themselves onto your skin. yet you still chose to spend your sunday at a mall, in an arcade where a new video game debuted.

as a proud and dedicated horror fan, you had to try it out. you wanted to see if it had the scares of a piercing horror movie or a lenient chill.

so far so good.

the game was quite interesting— the lore especially, and the audio sounds with it's detailed screams and sound effects of pure hell.

completely drowning into the game, you lost track of time. it could have been a few hours or so, but you didn't know. until you finished the game and all its levels, you leaned back on your chair and spun around and around in victory.

a familiar presence was beside you, so you stopped and took a look at who it belonged to.

it was none other than the blond-haired boy.

he was playing the same horror video game as just did, completely indulging himself into the lore.

you wondered, had he been here all this time while you were obsessing over finishing the game? rin was on the last level, so you knew he didn't just sit down to start it.

you waited and watched until he defeated the final beast of the game, before letting out a glorious sigh of relief. you kept on waiting, until he glanced beside him.

"yo!" you held a hand up as he kept on staring at you, before he shot up from his seat. "how the... why are you here?!"

"to play the horror game. it seems i've been beside you the whole time," nodding, you looked at his screen. "just two points below me. sick."

he felt his eyes twitched at your statement and rushed over to see your score, an irk mark on his forehead.

never has anyone ever beat bakugo in a horror game before. it was a shock that you out of everyone would beat him in said game genre.

"never knew you like horror games," he shook his head in disappointment.

"always did," you stood up from your seat and stretched your body from the soreness of sitting so long. "are you busy for the rest of the day?"

bakugo raised a brow, confused at your question, "no, why?"

you slightly smirked and took his hands in yours, pulling him away from the horror video games section. "let's have fun together!"

a light hue of red painted his cheeks, going along with whenever you want to take him.

the both of you tried out various games together, either winning or losing against each other in fields the both of you were good and bad in.

for the first time of knowing you all of bakugo’s life, he saw the most magical sight to ever behold before his eyes. it was like an art piece that was painted by the hands of god.

you were smiling widely.

a hidden side of yours unknown by many. a simple gesture such as that could pull out despair from someone's life. it could save one from darkness, giving them the light they needed.

shivers ran down his spine when you were smiling, then laughed at the fun you were having. unconsciously, the boy felt his own lips curving upward at the unknown feeling you gave him.

it was fun playing games with you and trying out different things with you. today was the most fun he ever had. he couldn't believe that he was smiling at all. it was like a magnetic attraction from your smile that made him smile too.

your laughter and little giggles gave him butterflies that he never knew lived in his stomach, it was all to die for.

he wished you would smile more often, so much that it gave him a positive motivation.

O5. A TOUCH OF THE WARM HEART.

god forbid bakugo katsuki ever show weakness and vulnerabilities to the world. it tears down his soul when you're there to see it all.

though he tries to drive you away from this sorrowful madness he feels, your arms reach out to embrace him, even if it felt like they were exploding away.

just like that, it was like the lava in his volcanic world had been melted away by the waters of your oceanic world. calamity ceased the moment you took him in your arms, holding you close.

it's so pathetic to bakugo honestly. he wanted to push you away so badly, but in this state where he crumbles, he simply sinks into your arms. he's so helpless that the only thing he could do was let it all out in your embrace where he feels safest.

you're the only one that he'd let see in such a pathetic state, the only one where he'll feel comfortable with.

all because he simply has fallen in love with you. slowly, with each aspect of you that adds beauty to the process. bakugo katsuki realises that he wants to remain in your embrace for an eternity, never letting you out of his reach.
