#also I'm about to make the TSP blog so!! look out for that
Text
I'm too scared to shove myself into the TSP space immediately so Y'know What. Time to make an unbearable amount of fanart for my favorite TSP artists, post it, and THEN post my own content. Because I think that'll work well.

Are you someone who knows Ana quite intimately? Do you and Ana struggle to find something to eat that is low calorie and not fattening? Do you just want something tasty you can enjoy a few bites of before putting it away again? Do you need a safe meal you can have in front of others?
Well, this might be the blog for you.
Hi, I'm Anabelle and I love to cook, but I don't love to eat. I'm getting the recipes you need to make sure the people in your life don't notice how close you and Ana are right now. Sometimes your family is going to force you to eat, but here's the thing, if YOU say "I can eat, but I really want this specific thing..." they'll be so glad you're eating they won't bat an eyelash at your low calorie meal.
Please note that these meals are low in calories and are easily halved if you feel it's too much food at once. I'll explain at the end how the best ways to lessen the fat content and calories. These recipes all have salt to help maintain your water balance for all that water you drink, proteins to help maintain muscle instead of it going with the fat, and sugars to help maintain your blood sugar so that you don't pass out when fasting or on your low calorie days.
Also, this is obviously portioned for people with ana. Increase the portions if cooking for others. You can message me and I'll help you portion it out.
Alright. Let's get started.
Meal 1: shrimp and egg patty
You need
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1/4 tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tbsp of oyster sauce(optional)
1/16 cup of cold water
2 ounces of uncooked shrimp, deveined and shelled
1/8 cup of bean sprouts
I/2 green onion
2 large egg whites
Boil your broth, oyster sauce if you choose it, and soy sauce. Add cold water.you can add 1/2 tbsp of corn starch if you want the mixture to thicken and be a sauce for the eggs but you can just use it as a light flavoring without the corn starch.
In another pan, heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and then cladding your shrimp, onion, bean sprouts.
Whisk eggs in a bowl with 1/2 tsp of soy sauce. Add into your shrimp mixture until eggs and scrambled around.
Top with green onions, and serve with a bit of the broth mixture you made earlier for a topic sauce. If you didnt add corn starch I suggest dropping a spoon full over your eggs for flavor.
Now two eggs is a whole lot for us folks with ana. Cut your meal in half and you'll be in less than 100 calories. One egg mixture with a tbsp of sauce should run you about 90-100 calories. You can even save the rest for another day! Leftovers in your fridge makes it look like you're trying to eat more so your family will be excited. And if you're like me, you know you won't eat leftovers anyway, so you can ditch it after a day or two and claim you ate it.
If you eat it all, there isn't a huge reason to panic either because two patties with 1/4 cup of your starched up sauce is only 150 calories, and that's IF you use a full 1/4 cup. For all purposes, 1 tbsp is enough. You're not gunna be licking your plate.
Anyway, I hope you like this recipe and I hope it helps some of yall out. I have collected alot of recipes over the last year that are very low calorie, easily accessible, and delicious. Just because I'm not eating 2000 calories a day like a fat ass doesn't mean I can't have something tasty at least once a day(especially to please the family so they think I'm eating right.)
Let me know if you try it and if you like it. If you have any recipe requests let me know! If you have a favorite safe food that you want to spice up without sacrificing that beautiful thin figure.
I'll continue to post meals that I'm using!

Alright folks, I'm back from haitus
It was a good break and a productive one in its own right. I have some news, so please read carefully.
First, me writing headcanons now has an end date. I'm stopping writing requests on September 15th. The blog will still be here as an archive, it's not going anywhere. But I'm not going to write headcanons for TSP anymore. This is for a few reasons: I'm moving away to do college full time. Moving will take time away from writing. Also, the whole college thing. I can't run a blog like this and be a full time student at the same time. It ain't happening. Some people are capable of that, but I'm not one of them.
I'm also choosing this date because there are new things I want to move on to. TSP will forever be in my heart as one of the most special and unique games I've ever played. And as something that special to me, I don't want to end up resenting it by producing content 24/7. I've seen people start resenting what they're writing for so often here, and it's heartbreaking. I don't want that to happen to me.
I want to look back on this summer and time I spent with fondness, in a kind of golden haze. For me, I want to end on a strong high note, not gradually putter out and fade away. This community is by far one of the best fandoms I've ever been in. You all deserve wonderful things. And I want to end my time in this community on good terms.
Secondly, because this project now has an end date, I'm opening the inbox back up. I'm changing the rules of the game. Consider it a free for all. Whatever gets written gets written, and whatever doesn't, doesn't. Keep in mind, writing will be slower than normal as I prepare to move and am juggling several personal projects as well.
So without further ado:
I write for the narrator from the stanley parable. I can write platonic or romantic things, either for 'you' (the reader) or someone else.
I'm doing these for fun, and I don't guarantee to write to everything that's sent in.
I don't write NSFW, or extreme gore/violence.
I can write for certain things on the spectrum, and certain mental illnesses, but not others.
I can write about autism. I can also write about depression and anxiety both as their own illnesses and as parts of symptoms that are for a bigger problem.
I can't write for DID or schizophrenia.
I can write about s*icide, but not directly. (some anon sent an ask like, "how would the narrator react to the reader successfully committing s*icide" and uh... No. I'm not writing about grief and pain so directly. (He would be devastated. We all would be.)) Ideation is fine for me to write, as are thoughts about it, but the direct act successfully done is off the table.
I don't write yandere stuff, but I can write about an obsessed narrator, because that's very canonical.
I can't write for the narrator reacting to you playing certain games. I have a hard time writing something that doesn't end up as (narrator: "huh. neat.")
Angst is fine to write for, but for my sake, there needs to be a reason for it. Reader and narrator can have tortured pasts, I do write about abuse. But they can't/shouldn't be torturing each other without an exceptionally good reason. "For fun." doesn't meet this criteria. I don't want either of you getting hurt/gen
Most other things are fair game, but these rules may change as issues arise.
If you aren't certain, just ask. The worst you'll get is a no, or no response.
If you don't specify whether you want something platonic or romantic, I usually choose to make it platonic.
Also a small side note, I apologize if something you sent in wasn't written for. Some prompts are harder than others, some prompts I don't write to because of the above rules. I give every prompt I receive a fair chance before giving up on it.
And feel free to ask personal questions as well. I'm sure some of you are curious about the person behind the posts. No guarantee about answering those either though.
(I love you all very much.)

hey i just wanted to say that you've had a positive impact on so many people and that's incredibly important
Like, but your choice to write gerry with your personal experiences? Incredibly brave, and it inspired me to write characters with my own experiences, while I'm able to have a look at someone else's life. I get to understand what it's like to be a different kind of person! It's great!!
Also, the fandom metas that you write/share?? Such a gamechanger to the way I write now. When I first started writing it was chockfull of mis-characterisations that I look back on now and just,,, wince at. I haven't had time to rewrite my drafts lately but I'm actually really looking forward to it! Because now I'm writing characters that feel authentic and real that make mistakes but aren't like,,,, Fandom Archetype No.69 lmao. And I can also apply these skills in original writing to, so thank you so much!!
I like,,,, check your blog daily. Not in an obsessive way, and I hope I'd doesn't come across like that, but like a typical American dad checks the newspaper. Either for some big brain take or a cheer me up or a good old cathartic cry about tsp (man,,,, the impact that fic has in me to this day,,,,,) or just a reminder that the g in gerry stands for gender, anything really!!! And I'm not upset if there's nothing new bc i can just scroll thru your blog and read old stuff!! It's great!!!
Anyway I just broke into your inbox and wrote you a whole ass essay without wiping my feet in the doormat, but I just wanted to say you've had a huge impact on me, and I'll forever be grateful!! Hope you have a nice day!!!
crumples under the weight of the love i feel,,, thank you, anon, this was incredibly kind of you to send to me.
for the few things i gave gerry that i deal with (DID and EDS, namely,) i actually don’t have a lot in common with him overall! that’s probably what’s so compelling to me about writing him, like. emphasizing the inherent differences there even if i can pepper in some experiences that i think make sense for his story as it’s given to us in canon. projection in moderation is definitely a useful tool to help make simple things more organic, and to understand yourself better, so i hope you have a lot of fun with it! and learn where to draw lines, too.
don’t beat yourself up for past mischaracterization, either! we’ve all been there. i know i’m really passionate about certain takes of mine but not all of them are actually me saying “rargh i’m right you’re wrong do it like this or else blaaargh.” if a bunch of people are pointing out something actually harmful, then yeah, pay attention to that, but make sure you’re still having fun! it’s nice to see you’re excited to revamp some of your old stuff, i hope it’s a rewarding experience for you, whatever you end up doing with it :’-)
american dad jhkdfh i am honored to be a column in your newspaper! (cries with you about TSP,,, owww i can’t believe so many people still have feelings about that one augh) YES the g in gerry DOES stand for gender! damn right!
i think things will start looking up soon, i mean, they have to eventually! this did put a smile on my face when i first read it, thank you again for taking the time to send me this. good luck with all of your stuff!!!!

mini cardamom pear + raspberry pies | finding my style
Tumblr media
When I first began this food stuff a few years ago I had a different perspective. I just wanted to share what I was baking/cooking.
I didn't know what food styling was or anything about food blogging (I still don't). Then, my style was moody and rustic or as I say homey. I started to try out different things to "fit in" and I eventually started changing my photos and although I liked them and was happy with them they didn't feel like me. Yet, I continued because the people liked it. I think this is where I lost the most important thing about this whole ordeal. It is for me, not for others.
There's been a lot of trial and error and feeling uninspired I think that stems from not being myself. I read something very inspiring earlier today and it really hit home and matched my sentiments for this post you can read it here.
From now on, I'll just be me.
“You are unique. You have different talents and abilities. You don’t have to always follow in the footsteps of others. And most important, you should always remind yourself that you don't have to do what everyone else is doing and have a responsibility to develop the talents you have been given.” - Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
Tumblr media
On to sweeter things, I baked mini pies for pi-day which go figure isn’t actually about pie. I went the mini route as I was also testing yet another pie crust. Plus, mini things are adorable. This pie crust is gluten free and it still needs tweaking. The dough was smooth and rolled out beautifully but the baked textured wasn't what I was looking for and was a little too crisp.  so I'm thinking it needs moisture, perhaps more butter, or some almond meal. I'm not exactly sure at this point but they were cute so I decided to post. you can just use your fav pie crust recipe.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There is a recipe for the filling, though. It's one of my favorite flavor combinations. Pears and raspberries work perfectly together, because while the raspberries cook down into a jam, the pears soften but maintain their shape and they meld into sweet, tart cardamom scented deliciousness.
Tumblr media
The lattice on these drove me nuts! I think because they were smaller it confused me for just a bit but after a few tries, I got it. I saw a hack on Pinterest after the fact where you make one giant lattice and then cut out the rounds but I'm pretty sure I would've left the kitchen trying to do that.  Anyway, eat lots if pie today and try to keep warm during this winter storm. xo
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ingredients
1 large pear or two small ones
2/3c raspberries
1/4c +1/4 tsp cardamom, plus more for sprinkling
1/2 tsp vanilla
preparation
peel and chop the pears,  give them a squeeze of lemon juice. put them in a bowl and stir together with the raspberries, vanilla and cardamom sugar.
to assemble, cut out 4 rounds the size of your pan. press them inside, add in your filling place in the fridge. cut out the tops of the pie or if making lattice cut your strips. take pies out of the fridge and complete your design, brush with eggwash and sprinkle with more sugar. place them in the freezer for about 5 mins while you heat up the oven to 400 F. bake the pies for 10 mins at 400F then lower the temp to 350 and bake for 15-20 mins more until golden. allow pies to cool before digging in. I added a dollop of labneh which I am obsessed with.

Do you know any tma fans that are also poc to follow? I'm poc (korean) and tired of the kind of racist takes the tma community consistently has, but I still like tma and want to interact with the fan content as well. Hope this isn't a rude ask, feel free to ignore if it is. also your tsp work??? super rad, amazing, *chef's kiss* I love it so much
it’s not rude! i will do my best under the cut here quick (so i can edit/add more later!)
sadly, i do not know too many/near enough bloggers of colour in this sphere and it makes me grimace emoji. i follow a fair amount of jewish users but i don’t know if they’re POC, etc., and i am probably missing some of my own mutuals but i’m a little brainfoggy right now and my entire blogroll has just fallen right out of my head so i’m SURE i’m forgetting people (and for that i’m so super sorry!)
the only people i can think of that i actually know/have spoken to at least once are:
equalseleventhirds; amazing meta! fantastic! showstopping!
prentissed; they’ve kind of stepped back from the fandom in general/you were likely already following! great art, incredible fic, fantastic takes
ehlihr; some of the most drop dead gorgeous art i have ever seen in my Life hello PLEASE
fabaesuaves; some of the softest art of all TIIIIME very love (also on twit, linked below)
coralreefskim; INCREDIBLE ART wonderful person!
but i also asked my server and i was given:
doodleinks (twit below)
lazyleafeon/whattheghosthuntuk
6oys (“has SOME but in general they do podcast art”)
sevinite (twit also below)
apparently you’d have more luck finding artists/fans of colour on twitter but i don’t go there so :-( this list is from ashley archivistbottles!
https://twitter.com/shoebashinu
https://twitter.com/GangCane
https://twitter.com/sevenite_twt
https://twitter.com/doodleinks
https://twitter.com/camofrogadier

https://twitter.com/tazatouilles
https://twitter.com/EyesUp_Orion
https://twitter.com/physicslesbian
https://twitter.com/fabaesuaves
https://twitter.com/panberries
https://twitter.com/DrifterSoda

ashley said: “i usually follow artists of color if thye drew magnus stuff even if they arent super like active in fandom so thats why my list is so small (that and some of them are friends who have varied interests) literally if u follow these people they will almost certainly lead you to more creators of color”
which is very promising!
any Fans Of Colour who see this and wanna reply here so that anon can check out your blogs, please do! i’d also kind of. like to know JFHDKJ and put more poc on my own dash, too.
EDIT: URLs given in the replies!
heliicon
wildfandom
prentissed changed to anatomyhouse! and is a general horror blog now
radiantmists
gerardsimp
strangerends
also ashley made a clarification about the message after the twit list:
“oh i feel like my mesage out of context makes little sense that twit list is people who i see posting about mag maybe daily? or at least frequently, i ALSO have more who have made one or two fanarts of mag and may mention it but are no means Magnus Blogs/Twitters that have the possible takes you are looking for (specifically for magnus) “
