I went to an escape room today with my friends, the theme was Creepy Carnival and it was SO SCARY OH MY GOD.

The room was dark, we had a small flashlight and there was creepy music playing the whole time. Occasionally we’d hear weird noises like creaking doors or a clown laughing and we’d shit ourselves and huddle together and scream. After we solved a stage we’d be too scared to open the door to the next room cause we were so sure someone was going to jump out to scare us.

In one room we were trying to solve a puzzle and one of the doors suddenly slammed open and a man in a clown mask just came out to scare us I screamed so loudly like I don’t ever scream at all but I was shrieking so much my throat hurt after.

Even tho it was scary af i had so much fun and want to go again

One time i somehow got on a redit thread on will wood bc i looked him up or something and Im constantly thinking about one person I saw getting really aggressive about his fans liking him for queer reasons and they said something like "he's a cis het 30 year old man he probably doesnt know what 'so gender' means" and like ok yeah being parasocial is not good but saying that he doesnt know what "so gender" means is laughably wrong. Monster (Touchstarved MC Rewrite)

I've been really loving the songs from Epic: The Musical and decided to do a lyrics rewrite of my favourite song from the Underworld Saga, "Monster," for the Touchstarved MC, because I thought it was fitting, possibly for an MC turning to the dark side.

I did a lyrics rewrite for another song from Epic for my Alchemist!MC and his mentor a while ago, but I didn't change too many of the lyrics, so I might revisit that one in the future.

MC: How has everything been turned against us? How did suffering become so endless? How am I to finally wash this blood away? Or do I need to change?

MC: I'm surrounded by the ghosts of minds they’ve lost, Haunted by the blood and death that I have caused. What if the greatest threat we'll find is not the mist, But this?

MC: What if I'm the monster? What if I'm in the wrong? What if I'm the Soulless that's been lurking in the Fog? These hands of mine had killed them. What if I must bear the guilt? What if after this curse goes away, I’ll remain a monster, still? What if I'm the monster…

MC: Does the temple bear the guilt when they kill? Do their deaths keep the priests up in the night? Or do they take and tame in the name of faith, And believe they have served their gods right?

MC: When a childhood friend makes a promise and then Stabs the back of the one they swore to save, Did they learn to be colder when they got older, And now they can save themselves the pain?

MC: When an exiled mage builds a child a cage, Does she fear all the lines that she must cross? Or she commands respect, keeps her feelings in check To find answers regardless of the cost.

was talking to a friend who hates musicals and had a moment where i suddenly understood why the majority of people who say they hate musicals probably hate them. she was saying how the songs take you out of the story because you're not really listening to the lyrics. and i was just so confused??????????????? because i always listen to the lyrics???? like okay sure i might not pick up on every word or line on a first listen but i'm definitely paying attention to them bc that's the story???????? like telling the story through music is what a musical is????? if you're only listening to the dialogue in between and mentally checking out when a song starts of course you won't like it you're missing 75% of the plot?????????????? and it was just one of those moments where i was like i know we all consume media and literature differently but jfc do we really consume media and literature differently

Leo's one-on-one fight scene was awesome!!
