puffy sometimes grows a beard because sheep genetics and niki thinks its very cute albiet a bit scratchy

niki gets seasick sometimes but she has a hell of a voice for shanties and loves the view (her girlfriend working on the deck in just a t shirt because its hot out)

puffy has a very high alcohol tolerance because shes a pirate whilst niki has a very low tolerance because she hasnt built it up yet

niki will drunkenly switch to german sometimes and puffy only knows a few words (shes learning) and gets very confused

ANYWAY im rambling now

nikis birthday is today (august 6th and no not the ccs) and she didnt expect anyone to show up except puffy and maybe jack but puffy made SURE many people showed up (quackity and wilbur are banned from her birthday party this year after the 2020 fiasco)

the syndicate came, all with different presents, some of phils crows have picked up shiny things for niki and put those things on the presents table

clingyduo, jack, fundy, and hbomb show up as well

they all play games like jackbox and amongus and then niki opens her gifts and everyone has an amazing time

puffy gifts niki some weighted blankets to make sleeping easier, but the biggest gift comes in the form of a new cottage right above her city in the flower fields, so she can always retreat to the cave and work on the city, but she always has a home aboveground as well, niki absolutely adores it and when she feels ready, theres a huge kitchen space for her to start baking

puffy moves in later :)

it also came insured (aka if anyone fucked with it they would take all 3 canon lives, they gave a side eye to tommy who just whistled and acted like he didnt notice it)

puffy constantly gives forehead kisses because niki is small, niki will sometimes grab a horn, pull her down, and get her back with a kiss on the cheek in return

they are both huge blushers they will turn tomato red at any affection ever

niki stays up sometimes to make sure puffy gets to sleep okay (paranoia makes it hard) but when puffy wakes up she will stay up for a few mins to make sure niki is sleeping okay (night terror having gfs <\3)

niki snores very loud and talks in her sleep and puffy thinks is so silly

i think that cwilbur would probably keep her name because she looked up like name meanings and shit and was like hoooolllyyy shit my name is cool as fuck actually. i do also like the idea of her having a name based off of one of wilburs songs though. i admittedly misremembered vienna as sienna but i think both are cute so either of those also work as names for her

cwilbur to me is very like. obviously she knows about trans people her son is trans (i also like to see cclingy as trans but ctommy would have not transitioned yet and ctubbo just doesnt think to tell anyone if they dont think its necessary) and shes very proud of him! but shes also like. well at least fundy enjoys being a man because i sure dont this is miserable and everyone within a 5 mile radius immediately raises an eyebrow. i think being in pogtopia fucked her up about it because she started seeing people as being Afraid of her and for a reason she couldnt place being a Big Scary Crazy Man hurt in more ways than one but she was spiralling too hard to really analyze those feelings

and then in limbo all she Has is her own thoughts. and she comes back and shes manic and she considers telling everyone but but but but. tommy is looking at her with a shocked expression and tubbo isnt even talking and the new kid is trying to shield tubbo from her and suddenly all the feelings from pogtopia start rushing back and shes like oh. not enough to stop the mania but enough to sting hard enough, like a pin that she puts in the thought itself for another time

i thought the utah reveal was very funny. i also wish wilbur got to talk to more people, and i think that itd be interesting for him to talk to ghostboo whos like god i was SO scared for people to know this "real me", the me that everyone would be scared of, but now that i dont care about any of that anymore im free!! and wilbur would also talk to like. idk various others including more genuine convos with eret and with all of it eventually shes able to get to a calm resolution of. i need to be somewhere else when things are good enough that i can leave

and cdream dies (<-fully talking in terms of my rewrite now) and wilbur makes sure tommy is okay and everything and Then something similar to the utah reveal but like. slightly less mentally ill happens. wilbur is still sorta vague and tommy gets panicked and pissed thinking wilburs about to commit suicide again and wilburs like oh god no i just. i need to be somewhere else to change without everyones eyes on me. i dont like this me i think theres something deep inside me thats broken and im trying to repair it but i cant repair it if im This me. and tommy talks about how its all just One wilbur, just going through changes like everyone else but tommy and the people who matter love wilbur, no matter what kind of wilbur hes being, because hes still himself and thats the person they love, no general or president or ghost from the past, just wilbur. whoever he wants that person to be yada yada

and it sort of Clicks for wilbur in a sense. oh, this is all just one me, and im in charge. and people stick by me because im me no matter how much i change. and i think i know what changes i need to make (around this point is like. i think this would trigger the acceptance of ghostbur in a sense. i have complicated feelings about the ghosts but just know he and wilbur would truly be the same person through and through now). but i still need to go away for a bit. just a little. and tommy trusts her and she leaves for a bit and takes hrt and takes a while just to know that she likes the changes and when she does know she likes the changes she decides ok. this is who i want to be. this is Me. and comes back eventually to heal with everyone else too

misc hcs: i think she would actually prefer relying on hrt and breast forms to full top surgery. also dont think hed care about bottom surgery. she would still like her big coats and sweaters but she'd also wear skirts more often. maybe not dresses though unless its a formal event. also think she would grow out her hair a bit but not that much. in general like.. she doesnt change That much. shes still wilbur soot. but shes happier now and she looks more comfortable, like this is the self that she wants to be. i think she would feel like whatever broke inside her was slowly being patched back together

this posts gonna be very different from what ive usually posted (as in not undertale or homestuck), bear with me. its also a kind of long but not super long minecraft rant,

normally i enjoy phoenixsc videos but honestly his latest video just kinda...spilled some stuff over for me. specifically when he and fundy were talking about the armadillo and said "wolves arent useful so why did people vote for them"

and like...can we. as a minecraft community. PLEASE stop saying that because the answers RIGHT there. wolf armor. people voted for armadillo for the wolf armor so that wolves can start to BE useful. genuinely how can people say that and still be blind to it. (plus its a cute mob which honestly is all the reason some people need, and thats fine)

quick opinion: NONE of the mobs in last years vote were really "useful" which is fine. penguins speeding up boats is fun in niche scenarios but not widely useful. increased block reach is actually way less requested or necessary than people claim, itd also only really show up in niche situations realistically. wolf armor, though, sure, not a lot of people use wolves for combat, and its not gonna convince people, but out of all 3 options, wolf armor has actually been a long requested feature (not super loudly but still been around) and really does feel like a long time coming. its STILL only good in the niche situations people bring their wolves to combat, but to me it was that long time coming aspect that sold me on them (i wouldve been fine with any of them winning though. yes even penguins.)

as for the shark thing, yes i agree mojang absolutely has a weird double standard with realism, and thats a good point of criticism when not being hostile about it but with fireflies i still think what happened with them is they were way too built around frogs to be added without the interaction. maybe they were entities that depended on frogs to keep the count in check, maybe mojang wanted to give them a new use and havent thought of anything, but either way i dont think theyre gone forever, mojang just needed to reconsider what theyre there for and are waiting for a good thematic opportunity (extra disclaimer that i dont know this for sure, im only speculating)

idk just in general ive been fed up with minecraft negativity for years, and i hate seeing a youtuber i normally enjoy end up causing that to overflow just a little bit more. i could make an entire separate rant post about people unfairly treating glowsquids, theres videos that talk about the "mojang is lazy" stuff far better than i ever could, etc etc

but just...can we love this game again. please. can people stop claiming to love this game only to immediately turn around and tear the game to shreds at the earliest opportunity. the game is still fun (even if i dont play it nearly as often as id like) but discussion about the game outside of friend groups seems to NEVER be enjoyable anymore and that sucks.

"minecraft is dying" and its loud parts of the community thats causing it, not mojang. thats the best way i can sum up my thoughts on all of this.

🖍️- what hobbies or activities make you think of your kin? 💙🐶: baking! also making bracelets, since we all had lil matching bracelets i made for us :D 🧪🎰: arcades. anything to do with them. i would work the casino on occasion but i mostly worked the arcade bc despite being like thousands of years old i was still a juvenile by slime standards and quackity preferred not to have minors working in the casino if he could help it. and either way my closest friends were fundy and purpled and they were also minors and that way we all got to hang out more :D we would get up to so much silly business while on the clock 🪶🧿: i would do a lot of like hands on, repetitive tasks like organizing things and crafting and enchanting and potion making and whatnot to keep me grounded (bc fun fact being a ghost makes it surprisingly easy to dissociate esp when thats something you already struggle with.) obviously i cant do a lot of those things now irl but like. sometimes little tasks like that remind me of this tl. esp if they fit that pretty romanticized dark academia aesthetic. like i got a wax seal kit for christmas and tried it out and. definitely very phantombur 🔮✨: i very much had a hyperfix/spin/what have you in magic as starlight and now sometimes when i watch clips/episodes of mlp that im not in where they're doing magic ill be like "why did they do it like that, they could have used this spell, and done that in this way, and-" i also instinctively like only ever call the mane six by like nicknames/petnames and im pretty sure its bc of this tl ⚖️🍒: deep diving into certain tags/communities on tumblr. all the trolls were very active on tumblr, that was how we met and talked and everything, and it just makes me nostalgic

❤️ - what's your favorite memory from this kin? 💙🐶: i mean our movie nights where we'd all cuddle on the couch were pretty nice. rlly any of our cute sappy domestic moments could take this spot. but one more distinct memory that jumps to mind is you comforting me after svsr and finishing making the cookies that i tried to stress bake and then getting to share them with u :D 🧪🎰: im torn between a few options that go from less to more sappy. first option is just the shenanigans we'd get up to in las nevadas. mostly me, purpled, and fundy, but sometimes foolish and very rarely even quackity would join in. we invented a card game using a gigantic combined deck of playing cards, uno cards, pokemon cards, etc and had a huge ever changing 3 ring binder with all the rules of the game written out in it. i wish i could remember all the rules but it was so much fun. option two: in hindsight it was definitely bc he got tired of me constantly asking him questions, but q told me that whenever i had a question i should remember it and save it for later and then once a week while we were doing chores and stuff id get to ask him all my questions. a lot of the time it was just silly stuff, but sometimes we'd get real deep. final option, just a tiny little snapshot, but one time q was making like some sort of apple dessert and he was cutting up little apple slices and purpled and fundy and i were all sitting on the opposite side of the counter begging for appy slices and scraps and he'd occasionally throw them to us and at one point fundy caught one in his mouth and we all got so hyped and quackity got all proud of him and called him like some sort of a sweet name in spanish that i do not remember and it was just a rlly nice moment. 🪶🧿: strawberry picking with tommy. i was barely even doing any of the work, i just sat and watched him and chatted with him for a while. it just really sticks out in my head. it was such a nice day out, and i just always loved to see him so happy and excited. i really saw myself in him, he was like the person i never got to be. i never would have told him any of that, and when he realized i wasn't helping we play argued for a while, as siblings do. but still. love that guy 🔮✨: traveling with trixie on her lil traveling magic caravan. sometimes we got on each others nerves bc it was very close quarters but it was also a lot of fun. sometimes for hours it'd just be the two of us with nothing but each other's company and time to kill. we'd have the most silly and pointless conversation, scream-sing, and have an insanely deep 2am thoughts sort of conversation all in the span of an hour. like a sleepover on steroids ⚖️🍒: i think probably just hanging out on the meteor. it was a long ass time but we had a lot of fun. it was rlly cool to finally see some of the beta kids in person! i dont have a whole lot of like solid memories from this tl so i couldnt pinpoint one moment but that whole experience was real fun.

✖️ - what details about this kin, if any, are really different from canon? 💙🐶: this one was generally fairly canon compliant aside from the fact that the sides were all in a polycule (aside from roman and remus dating each other ofc.) little bits of it that align more with fanon than explicit canon as well, but generally not too far off. 🧪🎰: i think not super contradictory to canon, just with a lot of details filled in? i honestly forget a lot of the exact details of canon bc like i watched it a while ago and i probably missed a few streams and things just get muddy between canon and kin memories. but i feel like the friendship between me, purp, and fundy was a lot less focused on if it was really featured at all. also my whole "post canon" storyline that i know happened but try not to think abt bc i know it has a bunch of noncanon characters and if i let myself remember them i will miss them and be sad. oh also i remember a fuckton of info abt like slime biology and culture and whatnot that doesnt go against canon (and in fact sometimes lines up shockingly well) but also wasnt explicitly shown. 🪶🧿: origins is already pretty freeform, but my tl had even less of like a "storyline" or any big plot events and was pretty much just us all hanging out. also the server resets i think were canon? bc i feel like i have memories of buildings/the world from both s1 and s3. i think i was like involved in the reset and then purposefully wiped my memory of it. which would explain why i cant remember jack shit abt it. no clue tho. once again mostly just a lot of added details that arent strictly contradictory to canon. 🔮✨: i was for sure dating trixie and twilight, queerplatonic with sunburst, and maybe queerplatonic with sunset? i was possibly also in some sort of non platonic relationship w the rest of the mane six. idk man those horses got around. also my backstory was a bit different. or like. if i had the same backstory in canon i did a real shit job explaining it. my whole thing with cutie marks was a bit deeper than just "oh no my friend got their cutie mark before me im so sad im gonna go invent communism D:" growing up my mom saw me starting to get an interest in magic and was all like "no dont waste your time with that, that stuffs all frivilous, how would you ever be successful and make a living like that, etc etc" sorta like how ppl are abt ppl who wanna go into art as a career sometimes. and like hearing that and spending all that time trying to get myself to like and be happy in something else and find a better, "normal" passion that my mom would approve of and then turning around and seeing sunburst getting to pursue it and getting his cutie mark for it fucking sucked. and like knowing that if i had been allowed and encouraged to explore my magic from that age i could have been even better at it. not to say i was justified i definitely still went too far but like. still ⚖️🍒: the trolls and the kids were. swapped? like we still had the same personalities and relationships and everything but basically the humans lived on alternia and the trolls lived on earth, with that same sort of societal structure and everything, and the kids played the original session that made earth. and it was neat idk im sure theres more i could name but ive run out of brain juices

c!Tommy : I finally succombed to the tommyinnit charm after his exile 😩 and his death … and wilbur abondonning him ….+the kid’s been through way too much too to keep disliking him + he did mature in someway, it was really nice to see that + I still want to punch him sometime tho + and that him and eryn a childhood friends is so cute

c!Tubbo : I dont know guys + Tubbo has been really confusing to me the whoollee time xD + but I like him ( and pity him..) + It did go throouughht a looottt + I love that he has a child + I dont like that he have to take care of him alone now !;( + I get it that he is still mourning ranboo and is traumatised with what happenned to micheal but  I dont know killing aimsey was really uncool

Tell us about wedding planning

Lea: Everyone says that planning their wedding was one of the most stressful times, and whilst it might have been a time of elevated stress levels as we put our heads together to plan it, it was a time I will always cherish. Being engaged allowed us the time to further develop our relationship and carve out the path that we’d walk as a married couple, our rules allowed us to hold hands after we got engaged so it was great to have that closeness whenever we’d be taking a walk somewhere or just sitting next to each other. Since both our families have many friends from all over, we mailed out almost 500 invites, and even then we expected about 700 to show up. We had a cake and punch reception, so we focused on getting enough finger food to keep our guests filled whilst they fellowshipped at the reception. Mrs.Collins as well as Claire, Danielle, and even Elaine were such great help as we got everything on paper for the wedding, they were great at suggesting musicians as well as people they knew that could get us great deals for everything we needed. Finding my dress was the first thing on my mind, a friend suggested that we head to this shop that was a 4 hour drive from where we lived. They had great deals on wedding dresses that you’d usually find in a big city, and as an answer to many prayers I ended up finding my dream dress on the first try! It was originally an A-line dress with lace sleeves as well as the upper part of the dress being lace, so to make it more modest I simply sewed some lining into the top half of the dress, that made it work for my modesty standards as well as the weather as spring in New Hampton is quite cold still.

Branden: Since we’d just gotten over the hectic planning that came with my brother’s wedding, my parents were ready to jump back in with a more experienced mindset this time round. It does help that traditionally the bride’s family is in charge of the wedding planning, but my mother and sisters wanted to be available to help with whatever they could. We had it so that her father performed the ceremony, whilst mine did the charge, it was so great getting to have both sets of parents involved with the ceremony. We decided to write our own vows that we’d day to each other on stage, so whenever we had free time we’d get together and write them. When I was planning to propose, my father and I took a look at some houses in the wider area that I could afford. The advantage of living in the country is that housing is much cheaper than if we were in a larger metropolitan area, we found a nice house that was in my price range and wouldn’t need that much work before we moved in. In the lead up to the wedding we spent time furnishing the house and getting it nice and decorated so that it would be ready to live in after we came back from the honeymoon.

Tell us about the ceremony & reception

Lea: The morning of the wedding was definitely a rush, my bridal party slept over so we could all head to the church to get ready together. We aimed to get the children mostly ready before getting ourselves ready so as to reduce the chances of them soiling their clothes before the ceremony started, then we focused on getting ourselves ready. We chose to have a first look before the ceremony as I wanted that to be a moment that we had just for ourselves, we had one final prayer before we headed inside so that things could start. In the lead up to the ceremony time seemed to slow down and everything seemed like it was happening in slow motion, watching the bridesmaids and groomsmen head out followed by the flower girls and ring bearers. I really did cherish those last moments with my dad before we walked down the aisle, we giggled at the fond memories that we’d mentioned the night before when I sat with him and my mother reminiscing at the dining table. Though they’d raised my sisters and I for marriage and children (or other alternatives should the Lord decide necessary), there were tears shed as we sat at the table for the last family dinner before I moved out. The ceremony itself went so quickly yet time seemed to slow down when it came time to say our personal vows and our first kiss at the altar was definitely a highlight for me I have to say! I’d been getting to know Casandra as she courted, got engaged, and eventually married Allan that I asked her to be in my bridal party. She shared with me the steep learning curve that came with getting married and moving out but told me it was definitely worth it, she and Allan were really enjoying marriage to one another and she was visibly pregnant with their first child when it came time for Branden and I to get married. After leaving the sanctuary it felt like we were walking on a cloud, we cut the cake and fellowshipped with our friends and family during the reception and left a few hours later. We did loop back to have a private goodbye to our family before leaving on our honeymoon, we managed to snag a great deal on a wonderful resort just outside Oasis Springs. It was smart of us to go before it truly heated up in the summer so we could enjoy nice weather.

Branden: My family and I travelled into New Hampton a few days prior so we could help with the set up as well as prepare for the wedding rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner. This was new to us as when Allan married Casandra, her family chose to use Newcrest Baptist as the venue meaning that we didn’t have to travel. Packing and preparing for the trip took thrice as long as the trip itself as my mother and sisters had to make sure that they had everything that would be needed for the wedding weekend. We were hosted by a generous member of the Wilkinses church family, with the evening before the wedding after the rehearsal dinner being a time of prayer with my parents. The morning of the wedding we headed to the church after breakfast to do the final touches to the decor and get everything ready for the ceremony, being men we finished a lot faster than the girls did, especially since they had all the children to get ready. After being ready we headed out into the main part of the church to greet guests coming in and fellowship with them a bit before getting the queue for the ceremony to start. The nervousness started to build as the music started and the wedding party slowly came down the aisle, but once Lea and her dad came through the sanctuary time seemed to slow down. Getting to read out the vows to one another that we’d written ourselves seemed to bond us in a way I didn’t even know was possible. Our first kiss as husband and wife felt like the Lord was blessing us for our sacrifices in our courtship, and it felt great to be a unit as we fellowshipped around the reception hall before heading off to Oasis Springs for our honeymoon. The tickets to Oasis Springs were a gift from a member of Lea’s church, and it was great as Lea had never been to that part of the country before.

What advice would you give young couples after 34 years of marriage?

Branden: Choose your life partner wisely, they’re the person that you should be leaning on when times get tough and the first person you should call to celebrate with. Pick someone who loves the Lord with all their heart and would not hesitate to serve him with everything they’ve got. Agree on your convictions and beliefs early so there are no surprises a few years down the line, make sure you both agree on the important things - how you worship, modesty, children, schooling etc. She’s been my rock ever since we’ve met and has been a great encourager, she’s helped me be the best leader for our family and we’re now able to sit back and fully appreciate in the great blessings the Lord has given us, our grandchildren take up our time now and we’re so happy that we’re in this season of life together.

Lea: Take the time to work on the foundation of your relationship, while it may not seem necessary in the honeymoon phase, when the trials and tribulations of life hit is when you will thank the Lord for your husband. To young ladies I’d say to be your husband’s biggest and loudest cheerleader, he’s got a big responsibility being the head of the household so it’s imperative that you make it as easy as possible. When infertility hit us in the first few years of our marriage it affected us in ways we didn’t anticipate, we were able to weather that storm and many others because we made an effort to be a team and to trust in the Lord.

With just Sapnap left, you had been scared, but he assured you that the right thing to do was split up to try and find Quackity and Karl. And, well, you found Quackity, but when He found Karl.... something else had taken over, and suddenly Kinoko Kingdom was more important than finding you and quackity again. But thats fine. You and Quackity had been together in the begining, so what did you need from the other two? Las Nevadas could fill the void they left,,, and it did, until they happened to come knocking, right as you were finally moving on.

"It's gone, (y/n) it's all gone," You said with disbelief, staring over the barren, ashy place that had once been L'manburg and El Rapids, "We couldn't stop him."

Sapnap took in a shaky breath, wrapping an arm around your shoulders, "We were never could have. Even if the supplies weren't destroyed."

The remaining people had already cleared out, but you had only now come to see the damage, having been forced away from the battle by your fiancées.

"I could have helped." You fell to your knees, still staring at the wreckage.

Sapnap could only sigh at the broken look on your face. You had lost the only home you'd ever known, but what had he lost? Well, for one thing, Karl.

Karl was still no where to be found, and now it seemed that Quackity had disappeared.

He fiddled with the purple band that circled one of his fingers, "Look- we- we need to find Quackity and Karl. Q looked pretty bad the last time I saw him, and Karl-"

Resolutely you nodded, dragging yourself to stand, "Karl is Karl. He'll be happy that his statue missed being blown up. I think its Q we should be worried about. This place- El Rapids- that was everything to him."

"Well- how about you go find Quackity, and I go find Karl. We're bound to find them eventually if we split up." He offered.

You studied the look on his face, "You're covering for him. What's going on?"

Sapnap only shook his head.

Crossing your arms you turned toward the hill, and what was left of the prime path, "Quackity has the deed to some land. North of Spawn. Meet us there once you kind K, alright?"

"Okay." He said softly, leaning over to press a soft kiss on your cheek.

"Be safe." You advised, already starting away.

It didn't take you very long to track down your Fiancé, in all the time you'd known him (much longer than you'd known the others), he hadn't changed too much.

So, when you made your way through the twisted paths near Pogtopia, he was up on the ridge, sitting on the rock that had for so long, doubled as a bench.

"It's good to see you're safe." You hugged your arms to your body, trying to keep your voice from shaking.

As soon as you were sitting next to him, he was leaning on you, "He destroyed everything- all that work- El Rapids-"

"I know." You wrapped your arms around him, finally letting your own tears fall, "I know."

"What are we gonna do? I just wanted a place for us- I just- I wanted to make a place for us- all we asked for was recognition- and now the only place that saw was recognizing us is gone."

It had taken a while for Quackity to stop talking about everything that had been destroyed. Even then he kept asking, "But- Just wanted to make a place for you guys, how are we gonna do that now?"

"We can still make a place," You assured him, even as you yourself were unsure, "We'll make our own little country. So far out where no one will be able to blow it up."

He seemed to take to the idea quickly, and that night, as the two of you sat together in the camp that had been made within the caverns of Pogtopia, he talked feverently of the country you two would make.

He talked of buildings, of businesses, and of wedding venues. The plans he made up that night, they were almost enough to make you forget about what had happened to your home.

"What about that land north of spawn?" You suggested, letting your head rest back on his shoulder.

Quackity thought about it for a moment, "I mean- its just some desert, but I think we could make it work."

"Good, I told Sap to meet us there once he found Karl."

He nodded, "We'll head up there, and start getting everything ready, and then when they're ready they can come up."

~~ This was how three months came to pass, with the busyness of planning the new city, the beginning of construction, the meetings with Sam to plan for the new economic system that the new country would spread through the lands.

Yet you still felt off. It had been that long and Karl and Sapnap had never returned, something must have gone horribly, horribly wrong. It nagged at you, constantly, Drove you sick with anxiety somedays.

"(y/n)."

You looked up from the designs for the next casino you had been going over, "Sam! I didn't know you were visiting today! What can I do for you?"

"Uhhh, I wasn't planning on it, you better come out here- it's Quackity, we had been discussing- some things. I don't know what happened but when he passed back through-" The creeper hybrid trailed off.

You quickly stood, rushing passed him and through the hall to the courtyard where Sam had left him, gasping for breath and tugging at his hair.

In an instant you were kneeling beside him, "Breath baby, breath."

"They- he- George- Kinoko- Sap- left- on purpose-" He blubbered.

"Hey, Q," You took his hands as gently as you could, "look at me. Breath, breath with me. Come on, breath."

Slowly, he began to calm down, and by the time Sam was long gone he slowly began to explain what happened.

"I was heading back from talking with Sam, I saw George outside the prison. He kept talking about something- about- Kinoko Kingdom..." He sighed.

"Kinoko- what?" You asked, confused.

He let his head drop into his hands, "Karl and Sapnap.... started another country- called Kinoko Kingdom... they didn't even wait for us."

You felt your heart drop, if you hadn't been holding his hands yours would've been shaking, "What-"

Quackity could only nod shakily as he pulled you into his arms.

"I told him to come back here- I told- why didn't they-" You muttered absently.

The only noise in the courtyard was from the fountains, and the small sniffles from the two of you.

You were still in a state of semi-shock and sadness when you felt his arms tighten around you.

"We don't need them anyway. Las Nevada's can prosper without them."

~~ "Purpled? You want to get him in on this?" Quackity frowned.

You shrugged, "He's a mercenary, he could be of some help around here."

Your fiancé studied your face for a moment, "No, that's not it. Why do you really want him here?"

"Look, he's-" You sighed, "The kids been through a lot. He doesn't really have anything anymore, he needs somewhere, someone at least. We owe that too him at least."

After a moment, he nodded, "I haven't spoken to him since I paid him for his help with that egg mess. He- didn't seem to like me being around."

"I'll try to find him, he'd talk to me, I'm sure of it." You stood up from your seat at the table.

"You're going now?" He asked, following you across to the coat room.

You nodded, tugging on your boots, "If I want to make it through to the Greater SMP before it gets dark. I'll see if Eret will let me stay the night, then I'll head out again."

"Be careful." Quackity advised once you were ready.

You pecked at his lips, "I always am."

The journey to the Greater SMP went quickly, and after a nights stay in Eret's castle, you had made your way to the UFO, disappointed to find it seemingly abandoned.

"How the hell am I supposed to find him if the one place he ever seems to be is empty." You muttered, glancing around the base of the UFO.

You shrugged off your knapsack, dropping it to the side, followed by the sword that had been at your hip, and then you began to climb.

Even the inside of the UFO was completely empty, devoid of any chests, crafting tables, or furnaces.

"What the hell are you doing here?"

You jumped, turning to find Purpled, in full netherite, sword gripped tight in his hand.

"I- We've been looking for you." You fumbled for an explanation, holding up your hands in a sort of surrender.

He scoffed, "I already did a job for you people, I'm busy now."

"Not for a job Purpled!" You couldn't help but exclaim, "Some people actually try to find you for more than just that."

"Then what do you want?" He snapped.

"Did Q tell you about Nevadas?"

Purpled frowned, "Yeah, he mentioned it."

"Well, I think you should join. Come in on the project."

"Why the hell would I do that?"

You sighed, "Look, Purpled, you- everyone here, in this smp, they don't care, they don't bother to know you. You- you don't really have a place here-"

"You think I don't know that?" Purpled's grip on his sword tightened.

"So, If you come with us, join Las Nevadas, you can have a place- have people who care. You need people, Purpled."

"I don't Need anyone." He insisted.

You sighed, "Someday your going to have to see that that's not true. Please consider joining Las Nevadas, no one here cares, but we do."

"That's not true," He said bitterly, "You just need me to do another god damned job."

With a shake of your head you turned, preparing for the climb back down, "Purpled, this smp isn't kind to children, but I think it's been the most unfair to you. Out here your being forgotten, but you might not be if you join us."

At the base of the UFO you were surprised to find a strange, slimly looking boy digging through your bag.

"Hey!" You yelled, "Don't touch that! It's not yours!"

He looked up and froze, realizing he'd been caught.

You snatched your things away from him, quickly unsheathing your sword, "Who are you?"

"Uhhhh, I'm a meat person- same as you!" He offered.

"You- you're- uh-" You sputtered for a moment confused, "Why were you touching my things?"

"Uhhhhh, Dap me up!" He said avoiding the question.

You stared at him for a moment, "I don't have time for this."

As you started back toward the prime path you heard him call, "Nice to meet you (y/n) from Las Nevadas!"

"How do you know my name?" You demanded, whirling around.

"Oh, I know a lot of things." He laughed, "I see lots 'a stuff."

You frowned, "Uh huh. I'm gonna- walk away now."

~~ A week had passed, and there was still no signs of Purpled, nor Fundy or Foolish, (both of whom Quackity had gone to speak to whilst you were away), coming to Las Nevadas.

You were sure that Purpled would come around eventually, but had no faith that anyone else would join Las Nevadas, until you had heard a strange noise in the night.

It had been a cross between a clang and a yell, and then almost like something being dragged.

You had been going over some of the contracts you had been preparing for if anyone ever did show up when you'd heard it, and your fiancé seem to be gone from his own office, and your bedroom even, so quickly you armed yourself with your sword before hurrying out after the noise.

The streets of Las Nevadas were still partially lit by street lamps as you hurried along, it didn't take you long to find your fiancé, just outside of city limits, pacing In front of a strange looking hole.

"What the hell are you doing?" You hissed.

"Hey! It's (y/n) from Las Nevadas!"

You jumped at the voice, turning to see that no, the hole wasn't green, that the same slime boy from before was sitting in it.

"You! What are you doing here?!" You exclaimed.

"Quackity from Las Nevadas put me in this hole!" He said cheerfully.

Quackity grabbed your shoulder, turning you away from Slime and the hole, "You know him?"

"He was trying to look through my stuff after I talked to Purpled," You explained, glancing back over at the hole, "Said he sees just about everything, uhh, as far as I can tell, he's like the hybrids- but- weirder."

"Nope! I'm just a totally goopless guy! I'm bones and stuff!" He called from the hole.

"Oh god we have crazy people here." Quackity muttered scrubbing a hand over his face.

You moved to crouch next to the hole, "What- uh- What are you doing here buddy?"

"Oh I'm just oozing around. Dap me up!"

Confused, you complied, nervously laughing as he grinned at the handshake.

"I found him spying in the restaurant." Quackity sighed.

"What's spying?" The boy in the hole asked, "I just listen."

"Yeah well tell me exactly what you heard or I'll ill you right now!" Quackity threatened, pulling out his sword.

He hummed, "Well, I saw you, and I saw (y/n) from Las Nevadas. And there was a green guy, and a purple guy. I know of a Red guy, dead guy but he's not dead anymore-"

Your breath hitched, "Dead guy?"

"Yeah, looked real ashy- maybe even ...sooty?..." He confirmed.

Quackity glanced back at you, "And he's not dead anymore?"

"No. He's weird now. Got gray hair instead of grey skin. Used to run a country- got blown up though."

"How much have you seen man?" You asked, incredulous.

He shrugged, "I mean, I move slow but I've seen a lot. Lately a lot of conversations about taking advantage of the ever so fragile human psyche through gambling."

"Holy shit." you muttered.

Quackity glared up into the night sky, almost looking for an answer.

Shifting closer too look at the boy you frowned, "What's all that green stuff?"

"Oh- those are just- my totally normal- human parts! I'm a person!" He grinned.

You sighed, "Uhh, look, what's your name? Like how I'm (y/n) from Las Nevadas, who are you?"

"Oh, I'm goop from the ground!" He smiled for a moment before realizing his mistake, "I mean- I'm a meat person!"

Quackity still seemed to be praying to the sky, not paying any attention.

"Goop from the ground," You muttered, slowly connecting the dots, "Well, uhh, goop, how bout I give you a regular person name?"

"A person name? Oh boy!" He laughed.

You thought for a moment longer, "How about- Charlie?"

Charlie grinned, somehow even wider than before, "Woah! I have a real human name! Like any other regular human meat person!"

"Yep, you do." You chuckled.

"And, to be clear, I definitely am one of those, and not a piece of goop, that's slowly come to the surface, hiding as a person!"

As you continued to talk with Charlie, Quackity seemed to come to a realization, "He's like an accidental spy!"

And, when you helped him out of the hole Quackity was quick to say, "Well, this- this- was- was uh a formal greeting! Yeah that's what we call them!"

"Wow!" Charlie mused.

The walk back to Las Nevadas was quiet, until Charlie turned to you, "(y/n) from Las Nevadas, if I'm Charlie- where- where?"

You smiled, "Do you want to be Charlie from Las Nevadas?"

By the end of the same week, after having gotten Charlie fully on board, and slight agreement from Foolish, word finally came from Purpled.

You'd been working on the next phase of the whole Nevadas Project when Charlie rushed in, "(y/n) from Las Nevadas! There's someone here!"

You frowned, "Who?"

"Purpled from UFO!" He practically yelled.

Standing, you tucked your papers away, "That's perfect Charlie, thank you. Do you want to come with to help show him around?"

He nodded, following you out of your office.

Outside, you found Purpled, along with his dog, looking up at the casino in awe.

"Purpled! You came!" You called cheerfully.

The boy turned, a strange expression you couldn't read on his face, "What? No 'I told you so'? No 'I knew you'd come around eventually'?"

You shrugged, "I'm just glad you finally came."

He sighed, "It's not like they needed me anywhere else."

You put a hand on his shoulder, "That's alright, We need you here."

"They- I went to tell Ponk I was leaving," Purpled sounded too broken, too tired, "He said he was too busy to talk to me."

Before you could say anything, he continued, "I had a house, near L'Manhole. I- I uh blew it up, to see what would happen," His shoulders began to shake, ever so slightly, as he finished in a whisper, "No one even noticed."

In one quick move you wrapped an arm around his shoulder and pulled him into a hug, "It's okay Kid, it'll be okay now."

That was how your fiancé found you, standing outside the main casino, a teen all but sobbing into your shirt, Charlie looking on confused.

And so, the time passed, Las Nevadas grew, and you and your new little family did along with it.

Quackity found it funny, really, your ability to bring people onto your side be connecting with them emotionally, and as he put it, all but adopting them.

Charlie still took up a room in the apartments you and Quackity staid in above the offices. Purpled would come over when things around the country weren't so busy, and you'd talk for hours, Foolish joining in some of the time.

Fundy, on his first night in the city, had broken down to you, the same as Purpled, but you'd helped him put himself together. Though Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo didn't have official places in Las Nevadas, it seemed a chunk of their time was spent there.

Yep, that was your new strange family. You, Your fiancé and the kids but not really young enough to still be kids you accidently adopted.

Now, you reflected on this quietly, from the top of the needle.

"You okay?" Quackity asked softly, looking over at you.

You chuckled softly, "Can you believe that it's been two years?"

"No, can you?"

You shook your head, "You know, I've been thinking. A long time ago, you told me we were better off with out Karl and Sapnap."

He watched silently, as you pulled the other two rings that you had kept, holding them up by the chain they were strung on.

"Maybe- you were right- and maybe it's finally time to get married. Just us. We didn't need them to get here, we won't need them for anything else."

A small smile slipped onto Quackity's lips, "Would you marry me?"

"You already know the answer to that." You chuckled.

"So it's a yes?"

"Obviously." You scoffed.

"When should we have the ceremony then?" He asked.

"Right now," You mused, "We opened that wedding hall for a reason, right? We could get married proper, right now. It's already decorated the way Tubbo originally planed."

He laughed, "Let's do it tomorrow that way we have time to get like, notices out and shit."

You smiled, "Of course."

The sun had begun to set during this discussion, and you looked out over the peaceful landscape with a soft sigh, yes, this, this was home.

And even as you heard Charlie tripping and crashing his way up the stairs, the thought still filled your head.

"Quackity and (y/n) from Las Nevadas!" He exclaimed, "Purpled from Las Nevadas found some people by the border!"

In an instant, both you and Quackity were standing, "What were they doing?"

"Looking around, real weird like. Fundy From Las Nevadas said they might be here to attack us! I hope they aren't."

You followed Quackity past him and back down from the tower, drawing your sword as Charlie called out where he had left Purpled and the mystery people.

What you found was not what you expected.

Purpled stood, sword drawn and pointed at the men you least expected to see now.

Karl looked scared, tucked back behind Sapnap who was moving to draw his own sword.

Not another move!" You barked, moving to stand in line with Purpled.

Karl's face light up upon seeing you, "(y/n)! Quackity! I missed you!"

"Did you?" Quackity spit.

"Sapnap drop your sword." You commanded, not paying attention to the strange look on their faces, no one, and I mean no, pulled a sword on your family.

He frowned, "Wh- (y/n) don't be like that. I get it- but- why..."

"What are your intentions? Why have you come here?" You asked.

"We wanted to find you!" Karl said, "We missed you (y/n)."

"Uhh, that's (y/n) from Las Nevadas to you." Charlie said.

Quackity sighed, grabbing Charlie by the collar and pulling him back, "Sorry- he's been learning sass and sarcasm lately."

"Still, what are you doing here?" You pushed.

"We wanted to find you! You've been gone so long, we thought we'd go looking." Sapnap explained.

"We've been gone?" You scoffed, "You were the ones who disappeared."

Karl moved forward, grabbing your left hand, and Quackity's right, "We just wanted to come back, to finally get married."

You pulled away, slowly sheathing your sword, "You can't be serious?"

"What do you mean?" Karl asked, the smile just beginning to drip off his face.

"You fucking left us- We were just trying to make a place for the four of us to be safe and you left us! And now you want back? Out of the blue?" Your voice steadily grew louder, "You cannot show up here after abandoning us like that!"

Quackity gently took your hand, murmuring, "(y/n)..."

"No. They don't get to do this!" You turned to him, watching his face change upon seeing the mix of anger and sadness in your eyes.

"W- We'll talk about this tomorrow, away from the kids," He asserted, for once not earning any protest about age from Purpled or Fundy, "Charlie, you think you can take these guys on a tour of the place?"

He nodded eagerly, "This way this way!"

As Sapnap, Karl, Purpled and FUndy began to trudge after him, Quackity turned to you, "(y/n)?"

You just shook your head, pulling your hand out of his and starting away.

~~ Purpled had followed the tour party quietly, taking a page from Charlie's book and watching, observing everything.

He had seen the pain in your face at the suggestion of marriage, and the anger in Quackity's just upon seeing them.

So, he followed the men warily, watching the way Karl exclaimed about how he had built an Effile tower just like the one in the city in Manberg, and the way that Sapnap mentioned fondly how the décor at the wedding hall matched the ones you two had always spoken about.

Hearing it nearly drove him mad. Did they not realize that it had all been for them? That dreams of them arriving were the only thing that had ruled Your and Quackity's minds?

When Charlie had directed the group, which by now included some of the other tourists, past one of the bars, he stopped.

Inside, Quackity was slumped at the bar, a bottle of whiskey in hand.

"Drinking away your problems won't solve them." Purpled sighed, pulling the bottle away from him.

Once he had wrangled Quackity into the bedroom, Purpled headed back out, finding Fundy at the base of the Needle, "They up there?"

"Yeah," The hybrid sighed, "Quackity?"

"Got drunk. He's- painfully coherent though." He winced.

Fundy ran a hand through his hair, "It's hard to believe one of the nicest people around is the one to fuck them up like this."

"Makes perfect sense to me," Purpled said as they began to make their way toward the stairs, "My first night here- I was having a hard time, because- the whole server acted like I didn't exist. (y/n) told me about how Sapnap and Karl had abandoned them."

"Did it seem this bad though?" Fundy asked.

"No- but that was before they turned up again talking about marriage."

By now they had reached the top of the tower, and Purpled could see where you sat by the ledge, feet dangling over. Quietly, they both sat down on either side of you.

"How's Q?" You asked quietly after a moment.

"Drunk, but back at your apartment, well supplied with water." Purpled reported.

You nodded, "And K and- Karl and Sapnap?"

"Waaay to blissfully ignorant." Fundy said.

Quiet held you three in silence for a moment, until at last Purpled sighed, asking, almost bitterly, "So- are you gonna marry them? You were going to once."

"Even if I did it wouldn't change anything here." You mumbled.

"Sapnap was talking about how cool it would be to come back and visit from Kinoko after the honeymoon." Fundy admitted.

Before you could say anything Purpled drew one of his knees to his chest, "I- don't- it feels like they'd be taking you away from us- I like it the way it is. Things are nice, and they're just fucking it up."

Fundy nodded, "As much as I hate to say it, he's right. If you people all get married nothing will be the same. I kind of liked having parental figures, I don't want them messing that up."

"They won't." You promised softly.

By god, if you hadn't already made up your mind, their words would've swayed you.

They followed you tiredly, Charlie joining the mini procession at one intersection, telling you that Sapnap and Karl had gone to get a hotel room.

At the apartment, Quackity was sitting on the couch, already seeming more sober than Purpled had told you. When you sat next to him, his arms were quick to wrap around you, holding you like a lifeline.

Charlie took his place on the other side of the couch, Purpled curled up in the armchair, and Fundy dug around until he found one of the old projectors he'd left there, queuing up a movie.

"Hey, just like on Nightmare's days!" Charlie laughed, referring to the infamous 16th, where, just about every month it seemed you, Fundy, Quackity and sometime Purpled would have nightmares of the Manburg Pogtopia war, and everyone would congregate in the living room to watch one of Fundy's movies.

"Sure as hell feels like one." Quackity muttered.

And so you watched the movie, though your thoughts drifted, thinking of how you would deal with your reappearing ex-fiancés.

As you thought, you created a mini script in your head. Exactly what you would say came you.

"You didn't need us then, and we don't need you now."

Yes, you thought, leaning more into Quackity's side, thats what you'd say, after you talked about your new family.

You heard Clay running to your room from the kitchen. He knocks on your door and you let a out a soft 'come in.' "Did you see the announcment for the MCC?" "I did, I'm pretty excited!" you say enthusiastically.

You weren't as skilled as Clay but you were excited nonetheless.

It was finally November 8. You were just sitting on your desk staring at your monitor. 'What if I mess up? What if we lose? What if-' All these thoughts were racing your mind. You started bouncing your leg, something you do when you get nervous, and you bit your lip.

Clay was walking past your room when he saw your nervous state. He walked up to you, kneeled beside you, and started rubbing your back. "Are you alright? Do you want some water?"

"I don't want any water" you were still bouncing your leg, but the speed had decreased. "Well, are you alright? You look nervous" "I'm fine, just nervous 'cause this is my first time playing in the MCC and all that" his face softens. "You'll do great! I promise." You look at him and smile.

He kisses your cheek before he gets up and walks to the door and he send you a smile before closing the door behind him.

You boot up Minecraft and sighed, "I hope I do do great."

You were on the last game and you were praying that it wasn't Build Mart and it was gonna be Sands of Time. If you get Sands of Time, you might be able to get into top 3, maybe even first place. Red Rabbits was currently on 5th place. You were having fun but you were still stressed about it.

You and your team were about to vote until you got dunked by the team beside you. You look over to the side to see Orange Ocelots, which consisted of Tommy, Smajor, Wisp, and Quackity. They were all crouching and jumping. Tommy joins the call for a few seconds, "Fuck you bitch!" he says in a sing-song voice. You all burst into laughter. But it wasn't long 'till you looked back to your screen and it read 'Sands of Time.'

"Look guys it's Sands of Time! We might still win this." Niki says excitedly.

"Dose anyone got any sand? I need it." You were currently watching the timer while the others were getting sand for you.

"Yeah I have some. Here." Fundy hands you 7 sand. "Thanks" "How many do you have now?" he starts running back into one of the tunnels he went into before. "Uhmm I have 9 sand." "Okay great"

You were now collecting sand because the one that Fundy gave you earlier ran out. You were running around trying to get sand and heard Niki in the call, "Y/n, help me please I just died." So you ran over to her, freed her from the tomb, and continued getting more sand.

Clay spoke, "Hey how much time we got left?" You glance back at the timer and it read '20.' "Oh shit it's at 20-"

You ran back to the timer to place sand. When you got to the timer, it went down to 10. You placed all the sand you had left and it went back up to 50. "It's at 50 now, we're good."

You just finished Sands of Time and were waiting for the other teams to finish. You were just talking about the earlier games and random things before all the teams finished.

When the scores were counted again, you ended up in 4th place. Not too bad, but could've done better. You and your team were super proud since it was your first time playing.

Green Gaurdians and Purple Pandas were now dueling it out. All the teams were screaming and betting who would win.

You were screaming and cheering but you saw Clay going on mute. You didn't want to be nosy but you were curious on whet he was doing. "Hey guys I just have something real quick." You muted yourself and got up.

Right when you grabbed onto your door knob, Clay opens the door before you. You let out a yelp while he flinches.

"What the hell?" "Sorry, I just wanted to check up on you." he says nonchalantly and giggles.

"So how are you doing? Are you feeling better now than earlier?" "Yeah. I still feel like we couldv'e done better." you said in a lighthearted manner to hide the fact that you were disappointed. But Clay knew you too well.

He smiles and cups your face with both of his hands. "It's okay. Even if you're a little disappointed, you still did good considering it's your first time playing." You remove his hands from your face and hold them. "Thank you, I really needed that." You give him a peck on his cheek then to his lips. "Let's go back, they're probably wondering where we are."

When you got back, they were still fighting, but Green Gaurdians was in the lead. After a few minutes, they came out victorious.

Hot take: slapping the word ‘ghost’ into or onto all the dead dsmp characters can make their names clunky as fuck, hard to pronounce and look like shit. It worked for Ghostbur and Glatt but Ghostinnit and Ghostbo or Tughost? (Ghostbo isnt even tubbos characters name on the Bear smp you had one job) They sound like shit ngl. Whats next Ghostnoblade? Phantommy | a nice transition between the two words using pre-existing letters in it. Fandom please adopt this one its so good from a narrative perspective.

Toast | Oddly works for Tubbos ghost? Ghost doesnt have an a in it but it sounds cool.

Phundy | its still pronounced the same but this came to me in a prophetic vision and it feels like something stupid cc!Fundy would do so he doesnt have to deal with ‘ghost names’.

Tommyspirit | I just think its funny. Spirit has the similar ‘init’ writing at the end making them sorta work as similar sounding words. It also has the same thingy you do when you clap for each bit. Spi-rit, In-it. It works.

Tubboo | some creepy shippers would use this probably as a scapegoat but it sounds so funky if you forget about them. Only downside is people on the outsidewould think the whole fandom is shipping Ranboo and Tubbo. Cute name otherwise!

Nihaboo | same issues as Tubboo but this name is so sweet.

The Wraith | dudes, if Sam dies in his ‘Warden’ persona or his ghost just haunts and protects the prison? Mwuah, perfect name for Sam. People like to separate Sam and The Warden but I love the thought of this part of him he cant get rid of, that’s hurt people he loves because he follows the rules, sticking after death. I cant phrase stuff properly but I love it.

I’ve had a couple of pokemon au ideas for a while so might as well share here!

Wilbur with a Sandslash. Just because. Also an Absol.

Dream with a Reuniclus bc of the face and the colors.

Tubbo with an Espurr bc both are small and cute but terrifying.

Philza should have at least a Staraptor and a Corviknight. Also a Dusknoir to symbolize his connection with Death (Mumza) since Dusknoir guides souls to the afterlife.

Sapnap with a Magmar. Self explanatory.

Fundy with a Vulpix and Mienshao.

Ranboo with an Umbreon is a nice idea.

Quackity with a Golduck, Porigon 2 and Ludicolo. All of them look like ducks to me.

Skeppy with a Carbink and a Barbaracle.

Sam with a Watchog, Conkeldurr and a Garchomp. Sort of like an “intimidating warden vibes”.

Puffy with an Ampharos, Perrserker and Milktank.

Eret should have a Togekiss and a Latias and Foolish should have a Latios to symbolize their connection (Eternal Duo).

Purpled should have a Toxicroak and Mightyena (for mercenary work).

I see Ponk with a Tropius to kinda symbolize the lemon trees. Also a Weavile bc Ponk likes to steal a lot.

Antfrost with a Pyroar. (Velvet would also have a Pyroar)

Schlatt with a Persian bc he gives off Giovanni vibes. Also a Tauros or Bouffalant.

Punz with a Lycanrock (day) and Ninjask.

• YEAHH PONK TROPIUS AND WEAVILE! i dont have many ideas for ponk's team so i'll need help with that! i really like tropius for some reason so im happy to include one

• antfrost & velvet matching pyroars that's cute yes, just give antfrost a lot of the cat themed pokemon (maybe some bugs also since the ant part, maybe durant)

• yeah definitely schlatt persian & bouffalant, also gave him a dubwool, galvantula (fragrance man- spider), obstagoon, and maybe honchkrow
