After winning the Fleur Special Award, MANKAI Company decides to put on a performance to show their gratitude and return their thanks to their fans.

At Tsuzuru’s suggestion, the contents of the performance were decided to be spin-offs of the MANKAI Performance.

The dwellers of A12, the STARS treasure hunters, the ANIMS space pirates, and the Space Police and ARC investigators… In order to focus on thinking of content for their spin-offs, the troupes each go to a training camp at a place that’s associated with their respective groups.

with my phantom hourglass replay, there are two things i noticed;

a possible theme you could glean from the game is action vs inaction, and i think it's especially prevalent before you even leave mercay the first time, with oshus frequently urging link to not go after the ghost ship, then to just wait until the broken bridge is fixed, and seems reluctant at every turn while link and ciela are more than eager to go and do something about this problem, and the people of mercay in general talking about things and their problems but never seeming to act on their fears or desires, as well as the mention that due to the ghost ship, very very few people are still sailing around, while linebeck is one of the only people we see in the game actively going after the ghost ship and still sailing around. i might make a longer post just talking more about the action vs inaction in phantom hourglass but i just noticed it a bit and thought it was a bit of an interesting sort of theme you could find in the game.

linebeck moves so fucking much. i think he moves more than any npc in the rest of the game. not just in his intro cutscene where he is very animated, just in how much he moves when just standing in his little idle post, it's damn near distracting when the camera is focused on him, he moves a lot. i don't think i've really acknowledged how much he moves, and it really gives the impression that he's antsy or eager to get going, both of which fit him pretty well with how he acts.

@ao3org better figure out what the fuck is going on with my graphics in my stories over at AO3. The goddamn links to the graphics for everything except Satisfying Afterburn Chapters 1 through 6.1 are broken (UVC, Deleted Scenes, Afterburn 6.1, 7.1, 7.2). It has nothing to do with Dropbox, if I can see the graphics for only part of Afterburn. It's been a few days and no answer, and yes, I did climb into my laptop and try to fix UVC, but when I tried to insert a new header, the graphic link being inserted still showed up broken (I tried in both Rich Text and HTML mode).

What the fuck up, AO3. Why are the links showing as broken to me? It's obvs not my devices either if I can see this stuff on both phone and laptop. The dividers for UVC are kind of important. 💀 Don't make me publish it in whole here, because I will.

Toying around with people other than the twins in WtST (poking at the Broken AU variant, specifically).

I think that Iris would be upset with Emmet, at least at first. She's only eight when he disappears, but that's plenty old enough to be hurt by an absence and to start pinning blame for the aftershocks.

She sees how hurt Ingo is and has seen him in some of his lowest moments, and has seen the pain and worry of Drayden and Elesa, and her question of "Why?" turns accusatory after a while.

Why did he leave? Why is he still gone? Why hasn't he come back?

How could he just disappear and leave them like this?

She's glad to see him back, of course, and that anger dies down when she gets an explanation -- it's hard to be mad at someone for leaving when Arceus plucked him up with no warning and chucked him to an ancient version of another region entirely, after all.

But in the interim? She's sad and angry, both. It's got her all knotted up inside, and some days she can't even think of him because she gets so upset she doesn't even know which she is.

Just... chucking things at the wall. Kids are complex little beans, and interesting to write for.

It’s quite a busy time in my life (I dropped out of university last January, had some aptitude tests between February and June, and started my training at a big cargo airline in late August), and I hadn’t had the time to put more stuff out which is hanging around in my drafts for months, some even almost finished and only in desperate need for some proofreading. But I want to get back into writing, at least during the weekend, as long as I have those free.
