OKAY YES anon you are so right.

Loki (asis! Loki in particular) would absolutely do the diet change with you. It wouldn't even be too hard for him - it's established that Loki is the cook of the family, so he just starts making meals that you can eat/that ups your vitamin intake. Loki's indulgence comes in the form of his sweet tooth (as we saw MANY times throughout the fic, lol) and that's not something you would have to give up entirely.

The only thing I can see him having some trouble giving up is wine. Don't get me wrong - he would never drink it in front of you. But you're more than aware that when he goes out to meet Jane, he's probably having a glass or two with his meal. But he's convinced you don't know, and you just let him think that.

Also, I feel like doing something as easy as adjusting eating habits for the benefit of your wife who is pregnant with your child would come naturally to Loki, but the fact that Thor failed so horribly at doing the diet with Jane would just spur Loki on even more. One more thing he can one up his brother in AND something that makes your life a little bit easier? Oh yeah, Loki is all in.

I have to say, all the platonic relationships you listed out on your form really called to my heart (like the sakura trio, detective boys, mouri family unit, etc etc)! awww thank you! my theme is actually pre-coded and the original maker is in my pinned post but i did choose the colors based off of kaeya's palette and that was definitely an endeavor :P in the end i'm happy with how it turned out since i've always been a fan of lighter/pastel blue colors that make me feel like i'm inside of a snowflake hehe. and it makes me so happy to hear you like my chara banners!!! i'm definitely going to redo them and change the alternative titles at the bottom to each guy's constellation though to make things simpler :P and to answer your question: no, not at all actually i was just messing around in canva and picking and choosing things until i liked what i saw! :) diluc's was the very first one i made and probably the one i like the most (the pink theme was very unexpected but not unwelcome, everyone could use a little pink in their lives :>) eheughuegehh i'm so flattered you think i have an eye for design though hehe thank u <333

I Am Definitely In Love | Sebastian Stan x Reader

| Summary: You are Sebastian's secret not so secret girlfriend that everyone is always asking about, especially on Sebastian's live-steams.

A/N: I'm slowly getting back into the hang of posting again (wrote this a while ago, but I think I got this idea from tik tok maybe?). Also, this is me posting fics I wasn't too happy with but didn't want to waste the writing hehe... Enjoy!

Today, Sebastian was on a spontaneous live stream, something he would randomly do when he felt like it. His fans especially love his live streams and often ask about his girlfriend, knowing full well that he has a girlfriend; that question never shies away from the conversation. He set his phone up on the coffee table, so he didn't have to hold it.

Sebastian is going through all the comments saying hello to people in different countries. Scrolling through, he notices frequent comments like "where is your girlfriend?" Or "Can we see your girlfriend" and also "how is she?" All the while reading them out loud as he is on the live stream. You quietly chuckle to yourself as you're scooped up on the couch in front of him snuggled in one of his oversized hoodies watching the T.V. "I don't know actually, I should ask, shouldn't I?" He winks to the camera.

He looks up to you as your focus is on the T.V and your favourite series "How are you today, my love?" He asks; your focus on the T.V stops, and you carefully turn your head to him, both of you smiling at each other. He awaits your response as you make a serious face trying to give a genuine answer. He loved that about you; you thought a lot about things, and when you thought a lot, you gave the most meaningful answers.

However, today you smiled back at him, giving him two thumbs up with your hands before turning back to watch your show. You didn't want to reveal your voice as you knew some people would notice who you were, so that was your short answer.

He chuckled at you before looking back to the live "ah huh… well, she gave me two thumbs up, so I am assuming that she is super good" he looks back to you as you nod agreeably. He laughs before scolding back through the comments, "HE IS SO IN LOVE"… "awe oh my gosh, I hope they last forever"… "look at the way he smiles when he is with her" the comments continued, which made Sebastian blush more "thank you guys for all the kind comments" he laughed "I'm sure she appreciates them as well". He leans back into his chair, talking more and interacting with the fans.

An hour later, he is finishing his live stream…

He looks up to see you softly sleeping on the couch, snuggled in his hoodie with your face covered. He looked back to his phone, beginning to whisper, "alright guys, well that's the end of today's live.. I'll see you all next week. Thank you for joining me", stopping the live stream and closing Instagram, he quickly opens up the camera app. He takes a few photos of you snuggled before shoving his phone into the back of his pocket.

Sebastian wraps his arms around you, kissing you all over your face softly, "cmon baby, let's head to bed" your eyes slowly flutter open, smiling as you wrap your arms around his neck. He picks you up, carrying you like a koala "alright if that's how we're going to sleep", he laughs softly, walking the pair of you to your bed. He lays you down softly, taking his shirt off.

He hops in behind you. You unconsciously take the oversized warm jumper off, throwing it to the floor. He wraps his arms back around you, pulling you closer to his chest before kissing your cheek "goodnight, love", he smiled, pulling the blanket over the pair of you. "Night night", you chuckled before falling back to sleep in his arms, holding them in yours.

my friend you have struck a delicate nerve because I HAVE ALL THE SAME QUESTIONS. my no. 1 irritation from season 2 is that none of this was addressed at all. like i understand you can’t spotlight every character and that i’m very biased since he’s my fave, but many people noticed that his story was just written off and that’s so frustrating

i don’t have answers but i have thoughts:

doesn’t jj owe money to barry: yeah he definitely still owes the 25k...rip. i think barry still doesn’t know that it was jj in particular, just the pogues in general who stole it, so i assume that’s why he was ready to show up to the chateau fully armed and kill them. after that night i think he was too busy dealing with his psycho boyfriend to think about it

what about restitution: yeah... i got no idea. like what about the court hearing they mentioned? especially because of all the shit the pogues did to help john b escape and the fact that jj was already on probation from the other felonies he committed, you’d think he’d be in way more trouble. the only time it was briefly mentioned was by luke who said “i got your restitution hanging over me” ... so maybe it’s just luke who’s responsible? maybe why he’s in jail? again, very weird that it’s not addressed

where does he live now: clearly not with luke anymore thank god. jj kinda threw me off in episode 6 when he said he has nowhere to live because in my head the chateau would be his home. maybe it was just rudy improv tho. the chateau is where we see him in episode 1 while he’s grieving (which also wasn’t explored much) so he must’ve stayed there for the time, but it would make me sad to think he doesn’t view it as his own home. i must’ve read too many fics. and i would’ve loved it if he went to live with pope :( i used to be so excited for that possibility. because seriously, did jj just go off on his own after that season 1 finale? who tf let him? ugh

his clothes look nicer: ok yeah who gave him his nice fall jacket? that nice pair of jeans? jj in jeans!! i get it’s a show and you can’t think about this stuff too deeply but i do wanna know everything about this boy haha, like his nice clean t-shirts, are they all from random jobs he’s done? they tend to have some sort of kildare logo on it. maybe he bought them himself or stole them or i even read a fic once where the school would donate clothes to poor kids like him. my favorite headcanon is that they were a gift so that’s what i usually go with. i like imagining that the pogues get each other little presents for birthdays, christmas, etc. ... one thing i really missed this season was the cutoff tank tops tho

why is luke in jail: honestly wtf how can they not explain that?! also did jj know? because clearly he seemed very surprised seeing him there. where was child services? if the mom is gone and the dad in jail, don’t you try to contact the literal child? i am so confused. idk much about american law, could it be the unpaid restitution money? i feel like that’s not enough to get locked up for. maybe they caught him with drugs or he did something else, but it really bugs me that we don’t know and probably never will

how did luke react to the phantom: same thing, i can’t believe they didn’t show that! it was a big deal! when he jumped jj at the chateau he briefly mentioned that he can’t use the phantom since jj basically sunk it, but wouldn’t he be a little more angry about that? i’m sure he was ~not happy~ but the writers really gave us nothing to further go off on. we don’t even know if luke had any contact with jj after it all happened

jj’s size: ooooof rudy got so buff for season 2 and it’s making me feel all sorts of tingly things hehe. he just gets hotter every day. i didn’t even really notice at first until i saw all these comments under the clips netflix posted

but yeah he seems to have put on some weight and his muscles are popping and his shoulders are so broad and i would respectfully like him to crush me. does it make any actual sense for jj to not be frail and famished as a poor and neglected 16 year old with alcohol problems? not really. but uh, i did not complain

who tf takes care of him: going off of that- another GREAT QUESTION 😩 again i was really hoping for some jj x heyward family interaction but the writers hate me. and again, where tf is child services now? and how did they just completely stop trying to get john b when he was released from jail? i guess that’s a whole other question. i like to think that jj was living by himself at the chateau and that pope and kie would regularly check on him and bring him clothes and food and stuff. they acted a bit like his parents in the beginning haha and i like that dynamic. and they drove him to school in kie’s car. i just want someone to baby this precious boy and treat him well is that too much to ask 😭

A Friendly Visit

Varian and Selena made it back to the bakery carrying the ingredients they needed. Rapunzel Walked in holding some kind of wood and a cover over it, She walks over to Selena.

“Selena I have something for you” Rapunzel said with a smile.

She pulled off the sheet and it was a sign Rapunzel made and painted herself for Selena and her family. Selena was In shock, the sign was so beautiful, it had a bunch of different colors and different designs and there was a crown drawn in the middle and the name was inside the crown it said La Corona Bakery, Selena loved the name Rapunzel gave the bakery.

“Wow, Rapunzel this is AMAZING!!! I love it!!” Selena said existed.

“Aww, I’m glad you like it, I named it La Corona bakery or as they told me The Crown Bakery in English” Rapunzel answered with a smile.

Selena smiled, she was so happy to have amazing friends, she definitely could not have done it without them.

“Well, I think we made great progress today, We can finish tomorrow if you want?” Rapunzel asked Selena.

“Yes, your right princess, we can finish this tomorrow I know you all are tired from helping me today..it’s not your guys duty to help me..but I really do appreciate it this means a lot to my family and to me.” Selena said with a bit of sadness I her voice.

“Selena are you ok?, What’s wrong?” Rapunzel asked.

“It’s just no one has ever showed us this much kindness to me or my family like you guys have, and being a very simple girl from a small kingdom..I just don’t feel like I’ve proven that I or we deserve your friendship” Selena said with a sad tone.

“Hey Selena, you don’t have to prove yourself to anyone, we help you because we want to, that’s what friends do, you and your family are wonderful people, we love you Selena, and your more than just a friend your family.. Don’t ever forget that” Rapunzel said pulling her into a hug.

Selena didn’t know what to say, She never had any real friends like she has here in Corona, or any other family other than her parents.

“Th-Thank you Rapunzel, to be honest your like a big sister I never had” Selena said returning the hug.

“Aww Selena, Thank you, your like a little sister I never had” Rapunzel said with a smile.

Rapunzel and Eugene were headed back to the castle, “Selena I’m going back to the castle with Eugene, do you want to come?” Rapunzel asked.

“Yeah in a little bit, I just want to walk around the town for awhile then I’ll be over there soon” Selena answered with a smile.

“Ok, I’ll let your parents know, and your room will be ready as well, don’t stay out to late” Rapunzel said waving goodbye.

“I won’t” Selena answered waving goodbye.

Varian and Selena were the only ones left In the bakery, Varian wanted to go to the market to get some traveling supplies, for the trip he was planning, that he hasn’t told his dad yet or even told him about the journal, but it’s better to be prepared he thought to himself. Varian thought it be a good idea to invite Slena with him since she was going to walk around anyway and he can ask her the questions Eugene told him to ask or he would never hear the end of it with Eugene.

“Uhh..Selena, I was going to go to the market to buy some traveling supplies for my upcoming trip, since your going to walk around would you like to join me?” Varian asked putting his hand behind his head.

Selena pondered for awhile, she forgot that Varian did say he was going on a trip to finish his moms work. She just had to get used to the fact that he wasn’t going to be there, even though she really wanted to open the bakery here In Corona to be around him, but that wasn’t going to happen, so she thought it be best to stop having this silly crush on him and enjoy the time she has with him now. “Sure it’s always better to walk with a friend, thanks Varian” Selena answered with a smile.

“Hehe yeah” Varian answered.

They left the bakery and made their way to the market, Varian was going to his favorite store where he bought all his alchemy supplies and maybe he would even buy a new outfit. Varian saw his chance to ask Selena the questions Eugene told him to ask. Varian thought he start off with an easy question.

“Selena, what is your favorite thing to do?” Varian asked Selena.

“Well I actually love to read books about adventure, mostly because I would want to go on adventures myself like Rapunzel did, but my most favorite thing is just spending time with my family.” Selena answered.

“Wow, your really close to your family, that’s nice not a lot of people want to be with their family’s all the time” Varian stated.

“Yes, but for us family is everything, because when thing fades or goes away your family will be the only one standing with you no matter what” Selena answered with a comforting smile.

“I know what you mean” Varian answered.

Selena didn’t know what Varian meant by that but she knew that Varian didn’t like talking about his past so she wasn’t going to push him to talk about it. Varian tried to change the conversation and just asked his last questions.

“Selena, what are your thoughts about Relationships? And are you interested in someone?” Varian asked sheepishly trying to hide his nervousness.

Selena stayed quiet, she wanted to know why Varian would ask the same question she asked him, “maybe he knows I have a crush on him”, “I probably wasn’t good at hiding my feelings,” Selena thought to herself. Selena took a deep breath she felt her stomach turn.

“I think relationships are nice, I actually would like to have a relationship with someone I know, he’s nice, smart, kind, and a really great friend” Selena answered trying to hide her nervousness.

“ uhh...hehe...that’s great to know, it is someone I know?” Varian asked nervously

“Maybe, he’s really close though” Selena said nervously looking at Varian.

Varian didn’t know what to say, he was flattered that Selena liked him, but he just didn’t feel the same way about Selena he liked her as a best friend not as a crush, but if he were to actually have a relationship with her and it didn’t work out, it be so weird they would loose their friendship and he didn’t want that. Varian had to find a way to tell Selena that he likes her as a friend only, but without hurting her feelings.

“Why is this so hard” varian thought to himself.

Varian thought it be best to tell her later, he didn’t want to make it weird, so he changed the subject.

“Look we’re here” Varian said pointing to the store

“Cool, so this is where you buy all your Alchemy stuff” Selena said.

“Yeah, they know me pretty well here,hehe” Varian said sheepishly.

They walked around the store, Varian already knew what he wanted, he grabbed viles, alchemy balls, potions, cylinders, Ect. He put everything In a box and was ready to pay when Selena stopped him.

“Hey, why don’t you get a new outfit, I mean if your going on an adventure might as well dress for it right?” Selena asked Varian.

“Ehh, I guess your right” Varian answered with a smile.

Varian looked through all the clothes they had to offer for a young boy, he didn’t see anything he liked, then Selena stepped in.

“Hey what about this Varian?” Selena asked him.

She pulled out a blue/green mixed colored shirt with half long sleeves, then she grabbed navy blue colored pant, and a orange bandana. Selena showed the outfit to Varian to see what he though.

“So what do you think?” Selena asked him

Varian gave it a look, he wasn’t much of a person that liked people picking out what he would ware not since he was a toddler, but he liked the colors and the styles Selena picked out.

“Wow, I like it” Varian answered.

“Yeah, I thought the colors would look good on you, and it would make you look your age” Selena said to Varian trying not to giggle.

“Hey, what do you mean by that?” Varian answered offensively.

“Well, you do look like your 14, when your actually 18” Selena said still trying not to laugh.

Varian didn’t say anything, he hated to admit it but Selena was right, everyone treated him like a kid, his dad, Eugene, Rapunzel, Cassandra. “Ugh curse this baby face...but your right” Varian answered admitting defeat.

Selena just smiled, “now all your missing are shoes, and maybe gloves” Selena stated to Varian.

Varian looked around and saw some black boots with gray straps, then he saw some black gloves that he always were to protect his hands from his chemical solutions. “Well, These black boots would go good with the outfit and these gloves would look good and protect my hands” Varian answered.

Selena agreed with Varian. They put the outfit into the box of things they were going to buy, once Varian was done paying he grabbed the box and they left the store. It was Sunset by the time they were done, Selena thought it be best if she went back to the castle so her parents wouldn’t worry about her.

“Well I better be headed back to the castle, I don’t what my parents to get worried” Selena said to Varian.

“Thank you for inviting me to walk with you, I’ll see you tomorrow?” Selena asked with a smile.

“Yeah, i have to head back too, I had a good time...I’ll see you tomorrow” Varian answered sheepishly.

“Ok, bye Varian!” Selena said waving bye and headed towards the castle.

Varian waved back, while He made his way back to his house, he kept thinking to himself if he should talk to his dad about his moms journal, his curiosity is getting the best of him, and he really wanted to know why his dad would keep this alway from him. Once he arrived he saw his dad was there sitting in the living room reading a book. “Hey Son, How was your day?” Quirin asked him.

Varian couldn’t take it anymore he had to ask his dad about the journal and get some answers. “It was great dad, but we have to talk” Varian said with a serious face.

“Ok, what is it son? Is everything ok?” Quirin asked with concern.

Varian pulled out the journal to show his dad.

“How did you find that?” Quirin asked Varian.

“It doesn’t matter. You’ve hid this for almost 18 years, when we’re you going to tell me about it?” Varian asked upset.

“Look son, I never meant to hide it for this long, I can explain” Quirin said with deep sigh

“Good take your time, I have all night” Varian answered. Of course he didn’t have all night because he was going to see Selena early tomorrow at the bakery, but his dad didn’t need to know that.

Quirin took a deep sigh, “Well the day you and Princess Rapunzel freed me from the amber... I lied about the contents of the letter I wrote.” Quirin explained to Varian.

“Aha! I knew it!” Varian shouted.

“While I did write I was proud of you, I also wrote about the dark kingdom and the brotherhood. As well where I hid your mothers journal. I was scared I didn’t tell about the journal because so much had happened to you then. I figured I’d give things time, but then your friend Cassandra stoke the moonstone... and you took the Royal engineer position and well....” Quirin stopped not knowing what to say next.

Varian took a min to process what his dad just told him. “Okay, but is mom alive? This journal and letter makes it seem like she’s on some sort of research trip, also who Donella?” Varian asked.

“We don’t speak of that name in this house” Quirin said sternly.

“What,Why? Mom seemed like she really cared for this women.” Varian asked.

“To much In my opinion, *sighs* might as well tell you what happened. Your mother was a brilliant alchemist, Much like yourself. She and Donella were research partners, they were strategizing ways to complete a series of trials within the seven kingdoms. Something about an Eternal library. I was supportive of course, but when she had you, she was reluctant to continue her studies once she realized she’d be away. Donella convinced your mother that a chance like this only happened once in a lifetime and said they worked too hard to get this far and call it quits. With a heavy heart, she left, leaving me with the letter and a promise of her return. But she never did. Months later Donella came back with your mothers journal, claiming that something happened to her. She didn’t tell me anything else. When the black rocks came and destroyed the dark kingdom.. our home, I fled with you to old corona. Only a small rundown village back then. We started a new life.” Quirin told him.

Quirin took a deep sigh, “To answer your first question, I don’t know. She could still be alive but trapped somewhere, even if I tried to find out, all of the research in her Journal are riddles to me. Quirin answered.

Varian stayed quiet trying to let everything his dad just told him to sink in, “I need to know more, I think mom would have wanted me to follow in her footsteps, and complete what she had been researching” Varian said with an assured tone.

Quirin knew this day was going to come it was just a matter of time. “I feared this day would come. What are you going to do now?” Quirin asked his son.

“Well I already have my stuff to leave, I just need to get notes information, Someone who knows a lot about legends. I guess I’ll have to see Xavior” Varian answered to his dad.

Varian went to his room, it was nearly time to get up, but he didn’t care he was used to not sleeping. Varian ponder everything his dad had told him, he was eager to leave, but he didn’t want to be rude to Selena. She came all this way to see him so the least he could do was hold off on the adventure till everything was settled with Selena and the bakery.

And this concludes chapter 4😊 it was longer than all the other chapters due to Quirin telling Varian the story😊 I hope you liked it and enjoyed reading it? 10. What would happen in Book 4: Air if we actually got a post-war chapter?

ooooooo this is an interesting question! okay ummm, i think it would’ve been interesting if there wasn’t like a villain like Ozai or Azula, but more of the main issue with the season is the struggle to restore the world as well as addressing the fact that it’s literally these children running the world and fixing all of the problems and as much as they may not want to, they feel like they have to. so on top of the audience seeing restoration beginning, we would also get to see these kids struggle to actually be kids and see them learn to find a balance (air, get it lol) between work and living. and i think it would be incredibly interesting if that focused a lot of Aang and how he missed 100 years of childhood and was immediately thrust into the war when he woke up.

i would also love to see more relationship develop as well as trauma addressed, specifically with Mai, Ty Lee, Azula, and Suki. Seeing different relationships play out and getting more screen time would be fantastic. and also seeing how the world reacts to this change and the world being over-- seeing the gaang (and eventually, Mai, Ty Lee, and Azula) struggle with trying to make each nation happy while also trying to show the Fire Nation how they were on the wrong side of the war. wow this got long, i didn’t realize i had so many feelings about this mjihtfguijo

16. What is your favorite trope(s) in fanfiction?

i already answered this one, but i have so many favorite fanfiction tropes! the last time, i said enemies to lovers, so this time, i’m going to say hanahaki. i love angst like. a lot. i love angst, so hanahaki is like that perfect opportunity for angst no matter what happens in the end as well as both characters involved getting to develop in relationships because there’s always someone who finds out the character has hanahaki, and my favorite is when it’s a character they don’t know really well and they become close due to knowing and develop a great friendship hehe (i’m also working on a zukka hanahaki au right now...)

18. If you were a warrior, what would be your weapon of choice?

i also already answered this one, but i am more than willing to do so once more! i would love to use a spear! i don’t think close range fighting would be my strong suit, but i don’t think distance would be either, so i think that spears are a nice middle. they give me a chance to be elusive but also get in close if i need to, which i appreciate. i’ve used sticks and stuff during dance recitals (i tap dance:D) and they always just feel so right in my hands, and i know sticks for theatrics isn’t the same as literal spears, but i think i would be most comfortable with one!

Sometimes less is more. I love his design. I love his chill. I love his love of his wife. I love how he stepped up to clean up his trash squad.

Reve

I LOVE the elves and I really wish that they would get some recognition. Did you know that Phantom Knights just calls Reve and Charla “Dorothy (reincarnated)” and “Charlotte (reincarnated)”? They’re different people!! They have NAMES. Why wouldn’t they use their names?? The elves have so much lost potential!

Anyway, Reve is also very chill. A sleepy queen. I have a LOT of headcanons about her. I also have an au where the elves stay after reincarnation and share their bodies with their hosts, and she and Dorothy are best friends and girlfriends and hang out in glamour world together and I love them.

Nebra and Nozel Silva

Listen,,, she’s so pretty,,, I’m gay,,,

But in all seriousness, she’s my favorite Silva. She’s just sort of a mean, sexy lamp in the manga/anime, but she gets slightly more character development in Phantom Knights, where you see that she’s at least an honorable knight who really cares about getting things done right and even goes above and beyond the call of duty; she’s a lot more mature than Solid, and it even seems that she’s more concerned about capabilities than status at some points (much to Solid’s surprise.) That doesn’t mean she won’t go out of her way to make trouble, which is fun. The wiki also suggests she has confidence issues which is super interesting to me. I’d like to see her grow as a character or get like... even a little bit of attention at all besides backing up Nozel and Solid and getting stabbed. I also think her magic is really cool... would love to see her actually use it sometime.

-coughcough also since she gets so little screen time i can write her how i want in my fics and as far as we know it’s canon coughcough-

There’s more to her than her pretty, pretty face!! She’s probably my #1 favorite.

1) I love powerful fictional royals in general. 2) I love to write fics where he is embarrassed and vulnerable. Silvas deserve a healthy dose of humility whenever you can give it. He is an easy target with his uptight nature and silly hair. I’d also like him to grow as a character.

I am still a simp for powerful fictional royalty, okay? Everyone love the Vermillions. There is nothing I could say here that has not already been said, except that I love writing fics where Fuegoleon gets to be embarrassing and oblivious.

Dorothy Unsworth

She’s so cute and the coolest witch. Love her chaotic energy. Love how she knows things she probably shouldn’t. Always shaking it up. Another sleepy queen. I wish I could sleep all the time and still get my work done. Also since I made her my icon on discord, I have been cheerier.

Charla

I’m so deep in headcanons for this one but see my earlier elf complaint with Reve before continuing. Okay, understand? Charlotte is awesome, but the sheer hilarity of Charla and Charlotte sharing a body is what make Charla so, so good. The LAST thing Charla did before going away forever is SNITCH on Charlotte to her crush. This elf loves drama. She would help Charlotte so, so much, but also make her life a living hell. We stan a queen who can’t mind her own business.

Alecdora Sandler

This man is hilarious. He’s a full grown man ready to throw hands with a 15 year old because William gives him attention. He fell in a hole and had to be saved. Yuno let him declare all his love for William and then obliterated him. It’s so funny. It’s what this asshole deserves. A perfect, satisfying character arc and a hilariously embarrassing personality wins him his place among my faves. I love to hate him so much. I’d like to put a picture of his stupid face in a locket to look at and give me strength in any situation. “At least I’m not this man child,” I would say. A smile would tug at my lips as a single tear ran down my face. “Thank you, Alecdora,” I would whisper, holding his image close to my heart.

My favorites tend to change around with my moods, so maybe on any other given day, you would find Charlotte Roselei, Paplo Espuma, or Kirsch Vermillion (post royal knights exam humbling) on this list. Charlotte is badass, Paplo cute, and Kirsch is funny with cool magic. Also working with Charlotte on my blog, @lawstaverse makes me fond of her, and I have some fun party boy headcanons for Kirsch and the Coral Peacocks. Mimosa Vermillion is also super duper cute. Honestly, Jien Du could even be on here for being accused of being evil and then going “let me clear things up” and then just doing the super villain laugh- also for having rainbow lights flashing around him when he fights. I can hear carameldansen playing in the distance whenever he’s doing stuff.

Fuegoleon Vermillion x Nozel Silva

This one is probably #1! They obviously care for and respect each other and a lot of Nozel’s dialogue gets... debatably romantic. I just really enjoy writing them in sort of ‘boys will be boys’ situations, where they can let their guard down around each other and their friends and be stupid and silly. I also love the idea of Fuegoleon being oblivious about how flirty he comes off. Nozel is pining but more in an annoyed way than a sad way. “No homo, bro,” says Fuegoleon, as he kisses Nozel on the lips and gives him a ring after they eat together and wrestle in the woods. Nozel rolls his eyes into the next solar system and admires his new wedding ring. Currently working on a 150k+ word slowburn bisexual disaster Fuegoleon fic with @thespiralgrimoire that involves this ship and the third on this list, along with tiny snippets of others.

Leopold Vermillion x Asta

Leo saw Asta do something cool and said “I’m done being classist. Actually I’m in love with you,” and never looked back. Every single Royal in Asta’s age group being obsessed with him is very very funny. I picture their relationship is much like Nozel and Fuegoleon’s as described above, but they’re BOTH extremely oblivious bros being romantic bros.

Fuegoleon Vermillion x Nebra Silva

Less my fave but still on here bc it’s fun. Nebra is fun, she can push Fuego out of his comfort zone, and also feel comfortable and confident with him. It’s nice. Ngl, anything that gives Nebra a chance to develop her character, whether it be in a friendly or romantic setting, is good.

Nebra is sexy. Fuegoleon is sexy. Together they are super sexy.

Reve x Dorothy Unsworth

I mentioned this briefly earlier, but they finally get someone who can share their world with them! Dorothy was so happy to have Reve in her head, and didn’t even regret being possessed at all. Also, Reve’s chill personality can balance out Dorothy’s excitable and unpredictable one! I think that them both being in dream world, with the magic power to look into each other’s minds(even more than other elf/human cohabitants) means that they can pretty easily become super duper close. They also have a space where they can physically meet. It’s kind of the best of both worlds.

Zara Ideale x Ina’s Father (did he really not get a name???)

There is no way you can convince me that Ina is not Zara and that man’s child. Look at their eyebrows. Rewatch episode 138. You’re lying to me if you tell me you don’t see it.

Nebra Silva x Zora Ideale

🤷🏽‍♀️ Punk and Prep is a fun combo, I like pitch romance, and the more info we get for Nebra, the more likely I see her willing to go vigilante and have a good time working with/ playing around with Zora. They both like to mess with people, Nebra appreciates a job well done, and Zora likes seeing people improve themselves. Nebra would def need to develop a bit for this to work, but I like to believe that would happen.

You really got me back into Pokespe after a few years of forgetting about it and ngl I teared up a bit after I saw your tumblr post. 1)  This is still Mel, I just got the genius idea to actually create an account since I use so much. Anyways, I just- wow. That is so depressing. I still can’t properly think about what happened to Y, because it’s just so much... but I’m glad she’s still the same. Sort of. Personality wise, I mean. After she’d resurrected I was afraid she was a completely different person, tainted. But this meeting with Blue made me realize that she’s still a kind girl, but come to think of it I’m not sure if that’s a good thing. She would suffer more that way, no? Or would it be worse to be a shell of the person you were? It’s a tough question. I don’t think I can answer it. As for X, I am not excitedly anticipating his meeting with Y. That’s a lot of angst right there. But I’m still hoping for a happy ending? Or at least as happy as an ending it can get. I’m sure it’s possible. Although, maybe you’ll pull another alternate ending and that’ll technically count as a “happy ending”, just that it’s not the true one, haha. Would X kill her on the spot? Would Y kill *him*? Will he still be brainwashed at that point? There are so many outcomes, so many possibilities. And I thought it was sweet, the moment with Blue and Dia. I can imagine them being great comrades. Especially since he was so physically affectionate towards her and that’s exactly what Blue needed. It’s also great that she’s made yet another connection! I can’t wait for her to be acquaintances with all her juniors! She won’t be so lonely then when she has so many friends and that’s all you can really hope for Blue :’). That and the possibility between her and Red (*wink, wink*). There were some mighty big hints in this chapter, will anything come of it? Perhaps Red is too dense for any of those things (how is it possible that a person can be so dense?). I’m more of a specialshipping person, but that ship is a mixed bag (they all are tbh), and this between Red and Blue is really sweet. Also, poor Surge lmao. Just wanted a cozy tent, but here comes three scary ass women and an unconscious squirt who kick him out into the cold. Life just isn’t fair for old Surge, is it. I sincerely hope you are doing well. 1)  Haha, those alternate lines at the end were funny, but that didn’t do much to lift my mood. Dammit, I knew I would get this reunion and I was right. How could I have thought there was any chance of a happy ending? ‘Cause there is no way this is a happy ending despite it ending without X and Y murdering each other! I honestly don’t know what I expected. A tender moment between the two? Forgiveness and peaceful moving on? Wtf? There are too many bitter feelings, and there isn’t really a way that Y can move on peacefully with the whole deterioration thing. But anyways yeah, definitely not happy. I suppose the whole “live and be happy” can be taken as a good thing, but in all honesty we all know deep down that X won’t live that way. Who would be able to move on after *that*? He loved her! She blamed him (Justifiably, but in the end it truly wasn’t his fault. I mean she was being hypocritical “I will always go after you, but I’m blaming you, because you went after me.”? He was concerned? Can anyone help it? Even if in the past it was the cause of a bigger problem?). It’s just not plausible. There’s truly something noble and amazing in moving on and living, but there are some times that dying is sort of the right thing to do? I dunno how to explain it, and it’s honestly a rare occurrence. I don’t want to romanticize suicide or dying or anything, but it’s not a cowardly thing in certain circumstances. X wouldn’t be living if he stayed alive. Anyways, that’s all I can really say besides, hot fucking damn. When I read the similarity in this fight scene and the first one between X, Y, and the Mega Hunter, I couldn’t help but remember a happier time. Well, I use happier hesitantly, ‘cause it wasn’t exactly “happy” per se, but it was certainly a *better* situation than this one. Y was still underestimating her value to X, but it still wasn’t such a hopeless situation. If only the damn boy had confessed. Maybe things wouldn’t have gone so downhill.

Dying is sort of the right thing to do? Well, human emotions are absolutely irrelevant to being right or wrong, so dying just because a lot of sh*t is happening is by no means “right”. It’s times like this I really wish I was able to put in a lot of my thoughts into my writing and stories. But I’m not a professional writer by any means, so I can’t quite cram in specific themes into the plot and story without making it far too obvious.

Poor X and Y, eh? There was never quite a happy time for them. ... Well, not in this story, anyways. According to the Legacy spoiler post, they do get a very happy ending in the good ending. So... they get to be very happy together... in another story. Hahaha.

Well, there are now 11 Destiny chapters left for you, and 3 weeks left. Do you think it’s possible to finish before I disconnect my FF.net account? I would’ve really liked to see you move on to SA afterwards (you would probably like that story a lot more too), but I simply don’t have the time for that anymore...

Yes, or at least the humble beginnings of one! I just got a laptop last week, so I’m excited to finally get my shit together.

Today, I’ve been getting together all the fic links, and I’ll also be including links to browse all posts for each individual boy. The vast majority of what I’ve written is in ficlet/drabble/HC form, aka snaccs and thots, which will prove more timely to catalog. I thought about just deleting this ask like I did with the small handful of similar ones I’d received before posting about pausing writing requests to catch up, but considering this came in just a few hours ago, it’s probably worth addressing.

Anon, I am so sorry you’re feeling crappy about not seeing your prompt(s) fulfilled. I would never want to do something to intentionally make you feel bad. 

For the most part, I answer asks in the order they are received--perhaps peppering in others out-of-order to diversify the smattering of characters/kinks/themes. I write around 2k words a day just for asks. Up until a week ago, I was plinking out every word I wrote on a phone keyboard, too.

The reason you haven’t seen your ask posted is this:

I am just a smol bean. With two opposable thumbs. And a dwindling supply of beer and coffee. I have only been on tumblr for five weeks. I am still trying to figure this whole thing out. 1. If you were an animal, what animal would you be and why?

× I'd be a cat, 100%. Cats are my love and my life, I've always wanted to be one, tbh (not in a furry type of way, but I feel like life would be easier if I was a cat, lmao). I love how cats take no shit and do whatever they want. They're very independent and individual and I'm all here for that.

2. What two anime characters or kpop idols are your type?

× Can I do both anime characters and kpop idols??

× As for anime characters, Jaeha from Akatsuki no Yona and Kirito from Sword Art Online are totally my type!!😍

× And in terms of kpop idols... omg,, how am I supposed to *only* name two?? Hmm, thinking about it, I guess not all of my biases are my "type" per se... but there's two that come to mind right now hhhh. One of them is Kevin Moon from The Boyz, he really ticks off (almost) every bullet point in my list for my "ideal type" and honestly, this list is freaking contradictory and has vvv high standards but Kevin is THAT boi, basically my imaginative ideal boyfriend personified. :') And the second one who I'd say is totally my type is Hwang Hyunjin from Stray Kids. I've always loved drawing him the most of all kpop idols and I still do tbh (but I can't fill my feed on my insta art account with JUST Hyunjin drawings,, you know,,,). His fashion!! I'm so here for it and vibe with it so well. Plus,,,idk,,, I feel like I could connect to him in some ways so ajxjsjdjjs yeah. There's just something about him and Kevin that inspires me so much, I really love these two bois.

× YES. I decided to name a few artists because I realize I've never talked about the artists whose artworks inspire me the most. They're all on Instagram, so I'll be naming their @'s

a.) @/shooky_dough: I'm probably not the only one who knows Nikki, hehe, but her art is SO amazing. She's got this really distinct style which I'd put into the category of semirealism. Her kpop fanart is soooo good and I used her tutorials to learn how to get better at sketching. If you look at the sketches I've been posting for the past few months on my insta art account, you'll notice that they're highly inspires by Nikki's art. She's definitely the artist I'm looking at most in terms of inspiration and improving on my own art.^-^

b.) @/angelganev: His art is sooo pretty. He does semirealism and I've found him by browsing through pinterest to find some art inspiration/references/tutorials. He also does drawing contests in which his followers can draw one of his work he selects in their own style and he gives a shout out to the ones he liked best. It's always interesting!!

c.) @/melmadedooks: This man can draw about ANYTHING, he's so talented. He used to draw lots of his 'dooks' and I've found him through seeing some of his works on pinterest (again, lol). I've actually redrawn two of his 'dooks' and posted them to my art account AND HE LIKED BOTH OF THEM, I WAS SO HAPPY OMG!!! He used to draw his dooks using only one coloured pencil, so I've also started experimenting with that and instead of using a graphite pencil, I used coloured pencils for my sketches and those gave off very different vibes that I really liked!!

d.) @/rezajeez: Probably *the* kpop fanartist I've been following for the longest of times. They are AMAZING!! They mainly do huge photorealistic portraits with INSANE details. It's funny actually, because their work is the complete opposite to shooky_dough's work. While Reza draws photorealism on a big surface (probably A3? maybe more??) and draws very detailed, Nikki focuses more on sketches/more semirealistic and "simplistic" art and it's usually drawn quite small, so seeing these opposites really broadens my horizon, I think^^

e.) Last but nor least, @/rossdraws: In my opinion, he's the modern day Bob Ross! His art is so freaking stunning, have you checked out his digital art landscape series?? The amount of talent this man holds in his pinky finger is more than I've got in my whole body like- OOF a huge inspiration to me!!~

4. If you could play any instrument, which would you play?

× The guitar!! I really want to learn how to play it~

5. If you could choose one anime to live in, which one would you choose and why?

× Either Ouran High School Host Club or Your Lie In April. The first one is just so much fun and I'd love hanging out with the host club members and as for the latter,,, I just really want to be here for Kousei and help him through his anxiety because I know so well how it feels like and I also wish I could sing while he plays the piano, we'd be a great duo✊🏻😔 (I'm sorry, I couldn't choose one)

7. Is there anything you would like to do but haven't because your friends/family didn't want to do it with you?

× There's actually a few things I could name... first, I really want to go bungee jumping (preferably from the Macau Tower, as it's the highest bungee jump in the world😍) but my fam and friends think I'm crazy for wanting to do this but I'm actually quite an adventurous person which probably not many people know about me, so I love doing stuff like that.✊🏻😂

× I would also really like to travel with friends... it's not that I dislike travelling with my mom and stepdad but whenever I can't take someone with me, I feel like such a child ??? idk,, never travelling (I wanted to say "without adults" but then I realized I AM an adult) on my own with friends and always tagging along with my parents kind of make me feel like I'm not independent or mature/grown-up for it. × I'd definitely put food and water in the bag, my phone, earphones, a portable solar charger with a USB cable (so that my phone won't die and I could chill for however long I want while watching kpop mv's and then also use my phone to call for someone to rescue me from this island once I start running low on resources), all the books I still want to read, my art supplies and a few sketch books, some towels that I could use to lay on or use as blankets, a pillow and my teddy bear, and obviously a toothbrush and toothpaste, a hairbrush and a few hair ties and bobby pins (you don't want long sweaty hair stuck to your skin during a hot summer ewww), some soap to wash myself and my clothes, sunscreen and also some insect spray to keep the bugs away!! (it's a big bag, okay)

I go for a white mocha or a classic chai tea latte! for boba, i’d always pick a flavor called valentine which has rose, strawberry, and white chocolate in it!

I switch it up based on season! In the spring, it’s denim skirts and pretty blouses. In the winter, I go for pastel jeans and cashmere sweaters. In fall, I do flowy pants with cardigans and leather jackets. In summer, I go for flowery dresses, maxi skirts, and short tops!

13. If given the chance, which language would you want to know fluently?

I would learn Vietnamese of French so I could speak to my grandma and relatives. It would allow me to tell them stories and comfort them when I see them!

That’s wayyyy too hard. Oh gosh. I’ll just say every song I’ve ever added to my playllist because I get bored real fast so I always have to shuffle around.

Personally, it was reading YA novels since I was young. I was obsessed with Divergent, Hunger Games, and the Mazerunner- I wanted to imagine myself in these stories. I wanted to write and combine kpop.

Harry Potter hands down! Not JK Rowling though, yikes. Anyway, I’m a hufflepuff and the world building is priceless.

18. Name a kpop idol with the best stage presence

M A R K Lee. You’ve debuted so many times, he’s cute and he’s handsome. He’s dorky when he’s not on stage but becomes really tough and determined when he is. Wow, a whole pro.

Honestly, i don’t have any super unusual ones but if I could guess probably writing idols into existing concepts inspired by books or novels. Probably because they’d never actually be a character in the book but I guess yeah. Like my jeno in divergent fic!

A dragon. It represents grace and power, it strikes surprise and fear into stories but can be tamed sometimes. I love dragons.

Honestly, I don’t think my writing is all that great so probably that. I love books too much I’m sorry-

Probably Jupiter! I’m not sure why but I like to think I’m very aware of the world and my surroundings so like the rings around Jupiter represent me being emotionally in touch at all angles?

The preside- lol I’m kidding or am I? Anyway, this is deep but people’s need to do bad things. It’s not a materialistic thing but idk, I can’t stand to see people cheat out their family or their friends because they like hurting feelings. I ain’t about that.

26. What is love to you?

I’ve never been in love before. I also don’t like to wait for “the one” to show up so I learned to find love my own way. I see love in my family, love in my friends, and love for the world around me whether it’s fleeting emotions, songs, art, amd little stuff I hold dear- I think that’s greater than romantic love. True, maybe I haven’t found the right person yet but I rather not depend on them for happiness until they show up.

27. Which plant represents you?

I’d say a evergreen pine. That’s my favorite scent and it reminds me of the woods in Vancouver or in Flagstaff. Also christmas. I’m very in touch with my memories there so I’d think I’d be a pine.

The mazerunner boys! I love the series and I adore Thomas/ Newt/ Minho because it focuses on survival and how trust/ friendship plays a role in this. There is romance but just a dash of it which is nice. I love the story plotline here.

1) Has your FO ever caught you off guard IRL, and if so, what was your reaction? (So we are looking for moments where you saw their advertising in an unexpected place, or they were mentioned by someone unexpectedly, etc? And how you reacted to that).

Yes! All the time! Sometimes it’s easy to forget just how transcendent in popular culture rocky horror actually is. SO many people know the film and so many have seen the show. The longest theatrical release in cinematic history with the biggest cult following!

Rocky horror references do often pop up in tv shows, movies and on social media in general, and while few are directly referencing frank it still makes my heart go !!! when I’m just enjoying my day and I see it.

One time I specifically remember was when I was actually doing Christmas shopping, on my own just going in all the stores and having a good time. And I went into HMV and there was an ‘essential musicals’ section right at the front and guess who was taking up the entire display 👀 and I literally said ‘oh my god’ out loud so I hope nobody heard me!

2) If someone visited your house without any prior knowledge of your FO, would they be able to work out the connection through the items you own? (In other words, how any depictions of your FO are their in your house, and would it be obvious to a complete stranger that you love them?)

I guess so? I think they’d clock that I was a fan of rocky horror but maybe not the whole f/o thing. I have a signed picture of Tim Curry as Frank in my room and I have the film on DVD which I’ve watched five billion times. I have a cast signed DVD cover too with splices of the film reel in the frame, but I haven’t decided what to do with that one yet because you can only see them when the light is shining behind them lmao. And I guess if anyone read my fanfic they’d realise too. But most people know I love rocky horror/love frank because it’s all I talk about rather than material possessions lmao.

3) For those who are creatively minded: Where do you get your muse from? Just how do you create your awesome artwork/stories, and what inspires you?

Uhh, well I’m gonna go with my fanfic for this one because it’s the only thing to do with frank that I’ve created lmao. It’s still not finished by the way, but two years in the making! And I guess I wanted to start one because I’d been reading loads and although they were very good I didn’t feel like the depiction of frank was always accurate (or the way I imagined him to be). And I’ve always wanted to be a writer of some sort and I thought I could at least practice with something I already know and like. I didn’t expect to fall in love with it however and I’m still doing it now!

And I studied Media for two years, so I was always watching films and analysing scripts and shit like that, and being exposed to all that art all the time was really inspiring to me. I wanted to be like them, and I still do. If you choose to read my fic following on from this post, lemme know and say hi!

4) Angst: Have you ever struggled with the knowledge that you and your FO might never inhabit the same world?

Y E S. Some people might already know that I was conflicted about doing this for ages because as much as I understand selfshipping doesn’t hurt anyone, I didn’t wanna start longing for something I couldn’t have and then constantly feeling deprived. I WON’T catch feelings, I WON’T.

And I guess I just,,,love frank so much. And I think about him all the time. The turning point for me was definitely seeing him on stage, and having him that close to me sort of thing. And while I know that was just an actor - a normal guy with a kick ass singing voice dressed up - like, for those two hours,,,,it was really him? You know?? And then i got SO sad and emotional in the two weeks or so afterwards because I missed it so much and then I kind of had to accept that maybe this is a real thing now huh.

I would love to know what he’s really like and ask him shit and find out if he’s been in touch with me this whole time as well. But ultimately I’d wanna know if he’s proud of me. That’s the only thing that matters really.

5) If the Fates granted you a year with your FO in whichever world you wanted, at the cost of forgetting about them once that year was over, would you take them up on the offer?

I think I would? Based on what I just said in the previous ask and because if I forgot frank existed I wouldn’t have anything to miss? Although I’d have a feeling I’d wait till next year/my 21st because I’m still dealing with a lot of shit and I’d want to get that out the way first so I could really enjoy my time with him and not have to worry about anything else.

6) On the subject of Fates: Was the meeting between you and your most prominent FO ordained by Fate, or was it something you sought out? (In other words, did you fall in love easily and quickly, or did the Universe conspire against you to make this the person you now love?)

Uhhh....I don’t know? Basically what happened was I watched the film for the first time when I was 13. Secretly. And I didn’t tell anyone. Because I’d heard of it vaguely and recognised the title and of COURSE I knew the Time Warp, but everyone around me who ever mentioned it talked as if it were a bad thing, or a bit gross and weird? So I thought it was a bad thing to be watching it, however I was still intrigued so I did. AND I WAS ALSO BATTLING WITH THE WHOLE LIKING MEN WHO LOOKED LIKE WOMEN THING (because I thought I was abnormal to be thinking that and THAT was wrong as well) so when frank came out I was like gee. Thanks for that.

It was easy for me to not talk about it and to just get on with my life as normal until I turned about 15 when I watched the live show broadcast from London to cinemas around Britain and on TV as well. And don’t tell frank but THAT got the ball rolling for me. Seeing him as a real person reacting to what people were saying and doing made it harder for me to ignore those feelings if you catch my drift. So I kind of tested the water and luckily most people were like cool beans.

But when I went to college and everyone was relieved to finally be themselves I LET IT ALL GO and it became my BRAND to be obsessed with frank. And I loved it.

Gee. Which one do you guys think this is?

7) How often, when you are out and about alone, do you imagine your FO is with you? And what is the best imagining you’ve had recently?

ALL THE TIME. Literally every day. I’m an anxious person and small things continuously set me off so imagining a tall strong intimidating looking person but who’s a softie for me is really really comforting. And it helps with my daily life because I can make a conscious effort to Be More Frank. Aka, not give a flying fuck!

My favourite imagine is hearing ab enormous crash and finding frank folded up like a human pretzel in my wardrobe n we’re both like 😳. But then I’d be like huh guess you’re staying with me now, so I take him to work with me and introduce him to everyone and maybe let him have a go at what I do like a take your kid to work day. And then I’d show him around to all my favourite places and introduce him to my friends and since they all know how obsessed I am they’d be like no waaaaaayyyyy. For some reason he’d have a loaf of his own bags already packed so I’d love to do a kind of unboxing video and see all the stuff frank would take with him if he was going on holiday. I’d teach him how to use public transport n I’d get him a phone and teach him how to use it and get set up on all the apps and I would LOVE TO SEE WHAT HE POSTS and something else I’d love to do is give him some money and be like it’s yours buy whatever you want and then unbox all the bags he comes back with.

Not much then! Hehe.

8) If you were given the ability to legally marry your FO tomorrow, IRL, would you do it? And if you would, who would you invite, and if you wouldn’t, do you think it is something you would ever do?

I don’t think I would. Neither of us are keen on the idea of being tied down to anything. I don’t need a piece of paper to prove that I love him and aside from getting to wear a pretty dress and an entire day of attention, I don’t think frank is too fussed either!

Plus he can do all that shit at home hehe.

9) What do you imagine your life be like now, if your FO had never been in it?

I don’t know how to say this without sounding horrible but I don’t think it would be hugely different. Because I was so young when I ‘met’ him I don’t think it makes a difference, because no one can guess what their life is going to be like at 13.

Something that I do think would be different is I probably would have given in to social pressures and gotten myself a bf had I not toyed with this idea. I’ve been been interested in a bf/gf relationship, and having this to sort of account for what I would otherwise be experiencing without actually having to experience it? Sign me up.

10) And a happy one: Your FO manages to make contact with you in our world and leaves you a message on a mirror/other flat surface, what does the message say, and is that surface ever washed again?

Hi darling! I’m honoured to see you’ve kept me in your thoughts for all these years - although it’s worth saying you’ve always been in mine. I know I can’t be near you all the time but I hope you can sense when I am. I know you get scared sometimes but rest assured that I am keeping an eye on you and I’d never let anything bad happen to you. It’s no secret that you’re afraid of failing or being left behind while others accomplish their dreams but I know you can do this and I think you know it too - you just need a bonk on the head sometimes. Whatever happens, I’m proud of you. I’ve always been proud of you.

But if you’re like me who’d rather hang out with my 2D husbandos (yes I have a sad layf lol), then let the eligible dads of Dream Daddy be your date!

If you tell me 2 years ago that I’m going to play and love Dream Daddy, I would probably laugh my ass off.

Released in 2017 by Game Grumps, Dream Daddy is a dating sim where you can customize your ‘dadsona’ and as the name suggests, you can date different kinds of dads. There are 7 dads in total but let’s start by making the dadsona who will date these dads.

At the start of the game, you’d be prompted to customize a dad to your liking. Think of it as the simplified version of the Create-A-Sim menu in The Sims.

So here’s my dadsona, Bae Summers.

Once you meet all the dads, it’s time to date! You have to message them on the game’s version of Facebook, the Dadbook. Each dad has 3 dates that need to be passed. Aim for S or A rank to ensure a good ending.

Craig Cahn

The main reason I got this game! After watching Kelsey from this video I had the urge to get his end!

MC’s college buddy and partner-in-crime. But when they meet again, Craig is already a responsible father of three.

Wait, there’s more.

He’s also a businessman, running a sports business. Also, he’s a health junkie. He trains every day, jogging around the neighborhood with his baby strapped on his body. To top it all, he coaches his twins’ softball team. Such a busybody.

Bae: My ultimate sexual fantasy is you. 😏😏😏

Craig’s ending, his route, heck even his kids did not disappoint! I would play his route again and again just to see his daughter River. She’s, like, the cutest kid in this game!

Seriously, though, I’m shipping MC with Craig because their bond is something. I love the whole bromance to more-than-bros going on. The confession scene at the end is sweet and cute. Too bad the game’s pretty short. I would have liked to see more of these two.

That third date, though. 🤩

Another reason to love Craig’s route is that, unlike the other dads, he has none of those minigames. So you can just safely play through this route without worries of a failed date.

(There’s a mini-game where Craig invites you to do the treadmill. But in my game, it didn’t appear on his route. Rather, he invites you when you are in another dad’s route.)

Mat Sella

Mat is the owner of the coffee shop in the neighborhood. He loves music, coffee, and his daughter Carmensita.

After ogling at Craig, I’m not sure I’d like Mat. But there’s a certain charm to his awkward personality. Like how he looks flustered when meeting people, which, at first glance, is totally unlike him.

Bae is so thirsty I kennot. 😂

But Matt’s really sweet and thoughtful to everyone. Contrary to his belief that he doesn’t like crowds, he’s rather good at taking care of people. It’s nice to see him complimenting MC’s personality. Together, they look like cute awkward teens and that’s…adorable.

The last date and the scenes leading up to the ending are so sweet. I loved how they get so flirty with each other. Mat is just giggling and flirting with the MC. That’s the happiest I’ve seen him in the game.

Brian Harding

Brian is MC’s rival dad. From the first time Brian and MC meet, this dad keeps on one-upping our MC. So for the rest of the route, they work through their rivalry thing.

Hence, this route contains the most nerve-wracking minigames! Brian invites the MC in different activities such as playing golf and fishing. And since, MC is competitive as ever, you as the player have to win them all!

So if you’re planning to get all of Steam’s achievements, I can only wish you luck. I admire you for having the patience I can never have. Because you’ll need a lot of it to finish Brian’s minigames, especially the golf part.

As for Brian and MC as a couple, I find it hard to see any chemistry between them because of their constant rivalry. But once I realized what Brian is doing, I found it cute. It’s nice to see them sort out their differences in the end.

Also, his daughter, Daisy, is a bit of an uptight at first. She keeps on correcting Amanda’s jokes which had me rolling my eyes a lot of times. But Amanda’s really chill so she teaches Daisy to be a bit more laid-back. Then, the two of them makes an adorable pair of siblings.

Robert Small

Robert looks wild and gruff, someone giving off a dangerous vibe.

MC’s first encounter with him is when he and Amanda visit Mat’s coffee shop. There, Robert checks out MC, staring darkly from the corners of the shop. I admit, he gives off a creepy vibe on that scene.

If MC decides to go out at night, he’ll go to a pub where he’ll be properly introduced to Robert.

Anyway, the other characters call Robert as an enigma. He’s such a mystery to everyone due to the cryptic way he speaks. You can never EVER get a straight answer from him. I can’t help but roll my eyes every time he speaks like that…

One of those rare moments that get him to speak what he really thinks.

…I guess I really am no good with people like him because it feels like he’s belittling other people with the way he speaks.

Surprisingly, I loved the ending. Robert did have some baggage. But I think he has the most realistic ending. I appreciated his no kiss-and-tell personality because at least he’s really clear with what he wanted in his relationship with MC.

Another surprising part of this route is Mary. It is already weird to have her hitting on MC on his first night in the neighborhood. Being friends with Robert, she is not someone to be messed with.

But Mary’s actually a really good friend. She doesn’t look like it, but she cares for Robert. And I appreciate her for that.

Damien Bloodmarch

When I watch Let’s Plays of the game, whenever players meet Damien, they’ll all have the same reaction — “Vampire Dad? No way!” But whenever I scrolled through the comments, everyone says that Damien is just misunderstood.

Those mixed reactions are really intriguing.

Damien dresses and acts like a Goth and has a love for the Victorian Era. Because of this, he gives off a standoff-ish vibe.

Damien is a sweet and romantic guy. Underneath his classy look lies a cute cinnamon roll. He proves that you can’t judge a book by its cover.  His route is like watching a slow and old-school romance unfold. Like, how he prefers handwritten letters (with seals!) over Dadbook messaging.

And I loved how everyone could tell that they’re sooo in love with each other to the point of teasing them. I even love the part where Amanda saw them kissing in front of their door because that’s like a reversal of their position as dad and daughter.

Also, he’s a fudanshi. 😏

  He has a collection of SasuNaru fic? 😏

Hugo Vega

Hugo is Amanda’s teacher. Being a person of authority, he’s pretty uptight.

Hugo is, well, nerdy. Other than teaching middle and high schoolers, he writes scholarly stuff and he’s very knowledgable with high brow lit.

He’s knowledgable. Period.

But he has another hobby: wrestling. He’s got a room of wrestling things. And it goes without saying that he knows a lot about it, a huge fanboy. That and those teach-me-wrestling-moves had me 😏.

Thing is, I enjoyed Hugo and his son, Ernest moments more in Damien’s route. Unlike Damien’s son, Ernest didn’t really show his appreciation for Hugo in his dad’s route. Meanwhile, in Damien’s, due to certain events, the relationship between Hugo and Ernest have a big leap. They have a more familial atmosphere around them in the end.

Or maybe, Ernest is busy on other things…

Joseph Christiansen

I have mixed feelings about this dad.

Joseph freaking Christiansen is a youth minister at the church. He’s the husband of Mary and father to the freakishly looking kids, Chris, Christian, Christie, and Chrish.

My initial reaction when I meet him and his family: YOU’RE TELLING ME YOU CAN DATE HIM!?

Just look at their names. I feel like I’m committing a sin.

Also, he spends most of his route being extra sticky to MC, like being sweet and clingy. I could definitely picture him staring longingly to MC, giving off mixed signals.

It’s uncomfortable knowing Joseph is married to Mary. She’s not the nicest neighbor. But after playing Robert and Damien’s routes where she is a good friend, she’s grown on me.

AND NOW I’M SNATCHING HER HUSBAND.

You’re being such a good friend MC. 🙄

So other than the names and his wife’s existence, Joseph intrigues me in the previous routes. During Amanda’s graduation party where MC talks to each character, Joseph asks MC to hang out with him anytime he’s free. He’s not telling MC that in a casual way. It’s more of like this:

… which is like silently pleading MC to notice him.

When MC did, he so brilliantly dumped him.

Which brings me to another reason why this route brings me discomfort.

Joseph’s best end is in the opposite direction with the other dads. After flirting around, he’d tell you that he’ll go back to his wife. And that’s perfectly okay. That’s a good thing, mending a broken family.

But it feels like MC is subjected to a needless embarrassment and rejection for someone who’s only stringing him along. He’s just a rebound, a one-night stand.

I couldn’t help but compare Joseph with Robert, because of their internal issues and how they treat MC. Thanks to this, I ended up liking Robert more, mainly because he’s very clear with what he wants and puts a distance from MC as he fixes his life.

Now I kind of regretting leaving Joseph for last since it taints a charming game. It’s like Joseph lives in a different world, far from the sweet worlds of the other dads.

Craig is the love of my life in this game. Though I loved everyone, in all fairness. I just especially loved him. Even MC agrees,

For my favorite in the game – Craig > Damien = Mat > Robert = Hugo > Brian > Joseph. Or it can actually be Craig = Damien = Mat = Robert = Hugo >Brian >>> Joseph.

Everyone is farrrr better than Joseph. lol
