Also hey if you follow me and like read my fics uhhhh my computer decided to just not find its hard drive and I can't get it to the repair shop until I'm not at risk at eating shit on the way down the hill. So uhhh brief hiatus on those

this is officially worse than when i had e.coli i can definitely say that now

#emeto n illness etc its pretty gnarly and i dont have a filter so read at your own risk #its been 3 fucking days of barely sleeping and having that sleep interrupted by severe abdominal pain and vomiting #and then during the day i feel almost normal again! and then right before i go to bed the pain comes back and then im just up all night #this is the fourth day of work ive fucking missed this week and i literally want to jump off a cliff #this is worse than my ulcers its worse than e.coli and i havent slept since i woke up at 11:30pm. and its 8am.#ive been shaking and vomiting all night and im soo so tired. i need this to stop. the pain definitely got to like an 8 last night #and all i could do was lay on the couch and just writhe and whine because i literally cannot keep anything down!!#not even my.sleep meds that i unsuccessfully tried to take twice and threw them up both times #my whole body is pins and needles from fevers or chills or sleep deprivation i dont rly know or care #this is the first time in 8+ hrs ive been able to look at my phone without the nausea worsening tenfold so im dropping all of this #and if you think all of this feels bad physically! wait till you hear how it feels emotionally and mentally!

I slept rly deeply last night even tho it took me a while to get to sleep but I think that was bc I had acid reflux and I'd been playing videogames too late not anything else.... still only got 6 hrs but doing pretty okay all things considered 😚

#and not feeling sick this morning so im sticking w the higher dose for one more day. my heart rate does feel a little uncomfortably fast #but its tolerable. just gonna make notes of how it goes through the day and ill submit my review form to my dr this evening #and hopefully she'll give me the green light to drop back down instead of continuing to titrate up #this is making me think of those heartrate fetishists... do u think i could make money selling tachycardic heart recordings online #i do wanna try to exercise this morning while i have energy. might take the bike out it looks like a gorgeously sunny day #maybe ill try to map my cycle route to work so i can consider cycling there instead of taking the bus in a couple weeks..#i cant atm thp cuz they have scaffolding up and its blocked off the bike racks sadly 😔#i think making myself eat + drink as much as i can has helped control the nausea too. just need a lot of fuel to process meds properly ig #and a lot of sleep.. its a bit stressful to think abt how rigid im going to have to be abt my daily routines if i want to stay medicated #but to be honest i have a pretty rock solid sleep/meal routine already bc its the only way i can function with the hours i work #so like. i dont rly need to worry too much. i think i reacted badly the first couple days bc my base anxiety was high #and then bc that feeling was heightened by meds -> made me not eat/sleep properly -> knock on sickness the next day #but yeah still the side effects arent very nice and i dont wanna take the risk of it exacerbating every difficult emotion i deal with #but fingers crossed bc 30 worked rly nice for me and i had barely any side effects so hopefully i can settle w that long term 🤞#we will see....#ANYWAY. sorry for making the same post over and over the last couple days. talking abt it on here has helped me feel a lot calmer #i dont wanna bother ppl irl w every thought and physical symptom i experience hourly. but this is my blog i can do what i want #hope everyone else has a nice sunday <3 #.diaries

I have the second of the worst exams ever tomorrow and I SHould be studying and making more notes for it rn, but instead I can barely focus bcs my brain's being squeezed into a pulp in my head with the migraine that's been inching on me since yesterday's evening. I hate it here ;_;

#personal #vent #Im wavering between trying to push through #and just going to bed for an hour or two #hoping that'd help enough so I can study in the evening #like - I can't even force myself to read anything rn #and I even printed some papers to at least not have to look at my monitor #but still all our notes are in a doc and some papers I only have photos of so #ughhhhh I dont know #I have moments when I feel mostly fine but then the headache/oversensitivity skyrockets and I can barely think #this is awful #if not for the anxiety nipping at my chest Id say fuck it and just rely on the notes we compiled as a group for tomorrow #its not like I'll have enough time to properly answer all those exam questions which is beyond ridiculous on its own #hope is I'll get the ones where I Do remember smth from the classes or have some of my own ideas/thoughts the prof apparently wants to read #does she really tho? no idea but I might just go fuck it and write whatever #ugh anyway I think Im gonna go lay down #and try to sort through/make more notes later in the evening #worst case scenario I'll have to retake the exam in a few weeks and risk dropping out oh well #it is what it is I guess
