What do you think about Damian's anger at Jon in Chazam? Do you think his anger is fair or is it a bit exaggerated? Do you think it's a passing anger or something that could take a while?

PS: nothing to do with it, but I would love to see a Superpersons: Valentine's Day special with the two idiots having some kind of double date with their partners 😅 lol.

I think Damian is fifteen years old and more people need to remember that. I work with 15 year olds, that is very much how they act when confronted with rough emotional situations. In a lot of ways, I think fandom kind of adultifies Damian and crucifies him for expressing emotional difficulties or not being right all the time, because like, I feel a lot of his earlier comics refused to let him be wrong or face tangible consequences, while simultaneously being treated like demons spawn, so it kind of feels like Fandom doesnt want Damian to have flaws lest we go back to the Dark Days of Damian being demonized for breathing. One of the big things that bothered me about Tomasi's B&R was how Bruce is just unable to properly discipline his kid while simultaneously often being too harsh, and yet upheld as a perfect parent for a 'difficult kid' like Damian. (One of the things I appreciate about PKJ's current B&R run is his allowance to let Bruce be blatantly unreasonable).

More than that, his reaction made a lot of sense to me. Damian has worked so, so fucking hard to become a different person to who he was during the Super Sons era. Jon wanting to 'go back' probably WOULD feel like a slap in the face. They have both lost so much and become different and oftentimes better people as a result of the growth its forced them to undertake. Pre-Laz tourney Damian would've probably reacted differently, but this isn't pre-laz damian, now is it?

A touch I really liked was Damian alluding to how Jon needs to solve the issue, and Jay immediately bringing it home. I think Damian and Jay should interact, I feel they'd be on the same wavelength (and that wavelength is autism).

Another thing is like. Fandom likes to portray Damian as resenting the age up, as wanting to go back, when... That is never been the case and literally would never have been. OK JAY BACKSTORY

So initially, jays mom like wiped out a bunch of superheroes, like when jay was really young (he cant remember it) and shortly after, what very little heroes were left or heroes who were only “super” because of the gear they had, an order was created, to try and take her down

His entire life he was raised by his evil ass mom, mainly manipulating him inot thinking humans were bad (they are generally human but with so much magic into their system that they really arent anymore i guess, similar to like a vampire or a werewolf or something). Its not that jay didnt believe his mother but more of he knew something was wrong with what she was doing, how she was going about things

His mother was a wanted criminal for years, and she was mainly destructive or whatever because her husband died idk-

Im making this up as i go, her husband died from too much magic intake? Like he couldnt handle it, but jays mother blamed humanity because “they were the ones holding him back from his potential” 

Jay barely knew his father, so its not like he had a super connection to him

Now while he was growing up, he didnt actually see his mother attack superheros, mainly took her anger out on civilian, even then she didnt like kill them or anything. So he didnt see his mother as a bad person….. UNTIL 

A new superhero actually DID show up, or merely, one that was “taken down” and came back, and maybe or maybe not jays mother wanted him to kill whoever it was and hes like “uh NO????” she does it herself and jay immediately wants out of this, but he doesnt exactly have a choice, so he starts disobeying her for like a year, and then…

Another superhero shows up, a young one, a new one, a vulnerable one. Im not exactly sure how kylo and jay interact and stuff at first because i guess its the “beginning” not the backstory idk sooooooo save that for later!!!

Anyway well i guess kylos next which is complicated man

Gah you’ve heard about this, one of a bunch of orphans actually survived some mutation and that was kylo, who initially wasnt even given a name, kylos name shows up later

So because theres a “superhero shortage” the order decided instead of waiting, to just make more, no matter how, they just needed strong enough heroes to take down any threats, including jays mom, and yes i know i need a name for her

Now remember when i talked about kylo having “siblings” yeah so there are others, just none of the orphans, “failed attempts” before kylo, too much of the mutation so they're not really “usable” and they science people are trying their hardest to make them “work” they also dont see them as real people!!! Hahahaha

Anyway kylo was kinda like raised like this, usually isolated from the other attempts because she was “perfect” and it was mainly two scientists taking care of kylo, they were new, and didn’t have much experience in the field, kylo was their first “assignment” and btw idk they’re a couple, and when kylo turned 10 they both suggested before kylo going out and “being a superhero” that she should like interact with real people, she looked human enough, and she could blend in, and learn like basic empathy from other people/kids

The order approved this and those are basically kylos adoptive parents.

BUT not before wiping all of kylos memory!!! Hahah they’ve tested it out before, and decide to use it on kylo, to not mess with anything, and the memory just doesnt “go away” its like a polaroid camera and rolls of memories spills out, and they keep it safe, locked away

So kylo spends like 3 years homeschooled, and realizes that shes “different” than others (kylos parents didnt really explain anything to them (they werent allowed)). So she comes up with a dumb constume like all heros and decides to make good use out of it

This all leads up to the actual beginning of the story which is like i dont even know where to start but like i can tell you that kylo and jay team up, obviously jay has more experience with his abilities and is like the main person to take down his mother, but kylo definitely helps

The order “meets” kylo and lets her stay obviously, and jay… well they’re wary of him, and make him stay in the building (where the order resides) to keep an eye on him, and this is basically where jay stays until like hes 18

Jays “indenity” is quickly released to the public, an requirement from the order, and jay tries to do whatever they say to make him seem trustworthy (because he is, my poor boy), all while, kylo is instructed to not tell ANYONE who they are, and kylo follows the rules at first, but over the years she likes to challenge them alot.

Jay and kylo quickly become friends and trust eachother obviously uh uh, yeah, theirs other villains of course, and kylo and jay become friends even while civilians but kylo is told to “not get so close” but they try anyway bruh idk

A lot of things happen and ill probably draw some stuff out or talk about it because man theres so much up in this noggin and it yearns to be free

On a totally opposite end of the spectrum from the role swap-

Imagine if after the Promise chapter things flipped. If after that argument The Operator- out of pure animalistic type curiosity- said “ooh lemme stick my fingers in this sauce here” and left Alex alone to latch onto Jay. Its already discovered how it can push and twist and manipulate one person, but what about a completely separate person? Will the results be the same? Different? Will it be easier or harder?

So it latches onto Jay, and Alex experiences a flat out withdrawal from that thing’s influence, followed by the most gut wrenching clarity. Realizing how crazy he went, how he killed his friends to “save” them when it never would have mattered. So two weeks pass, and all he can think about is Jay- talking to him again and telling him everything, being honest and actually fucking admitting that he cares about him, that he wants to make good on his promise and do things right.

But Jay doesn’t answer. Jay is the one who drops off the planet and goes MIA, and Alex has a horrible, sinking suspicion he knows why. He hopes that Jay just finally got sick of him- he HOPES thats all it is- but deep down there’s this creeping suspicion that its not a coincidence. That he passed his own torment on to Jay like some twisted fucking disease-

He finds out he’s right, later on. When he starts working together with Tim(he’s desperate to find Jay, to fix things, even if that means groveling for Tim’s help-), when they start having run ins with Jay where he won’t see reason, where he argues every point they make and tries to convince Alex that everyone has to die, to help him(and wow, did he sound that crazy too? probably, yikes-)

And in the end Alex makes one last desperate attempt. He meets Jay somewhere alone, tries to convince him to come with him, tells him that he loves him-

But Jay doesn’t believe him. He tells Alex as much(“i love you but i can’t trust you- you said it yourself, why would you ever love somebody like me?”) and Alex wants to cry when Jay throws his own awful words back at him, things he never meant to say-

But what destroys him is when Jay takes the gun that he stole from Alex months ago, puts it to his own head and pulls the trigger with a bang right in front of him.

Or is it different because the Operator isn't in his head the same way it's in Alex's? is just being near it enough? Like second hand smoke?

Mod Carrie, Uni, Doom or any other mods, do you perhaps have anything to say about the Kisswas comic? (Personally Caroom feels forced there + another crit blog pointed out how Uni said wrong things, so I just wanted to know what you think /gen)

i just finished reading the kissmas and what the shit throughout this entire comic uni pressures carrie into inviting over doom (who remember) was an abuser to carrie and carrie abused him back (vomit bucket scene) and carrie being uncomfortable for the entire comic is framed as them being jealous and trying to isolate uni from being polyamorous and at one point uni goes "Why is it ok for you To be with other people like Jay or Kiki but I'm not allowed to be with Doom?" but the polyamory isnt the fucking issue the issue was (by the comics logic of metaphors) doom being an abuser and uni is a bitch throughout this entire thing calling carrie jealous telling doom that 'carrie just need to get over herself' and appearantly forgot to mention that this kissmas party only had carrie and doom the most troublesome pair and then when she starts fucking flirting and hugging carries abuser and carries upset uni acts all fucking surprised and in the end it all works out for this fucking 'precious cinnamon roll bun' uni even tho she made both her partners uncomfortable mocked carrie and then the comic ends with a fucking kiss between carrie and doom with the bs 'oh ive always cared for and like you' bitch does throwing vomit on your crush scream 'i love you take me away in a fucking bridal carry and make out with me sloppy style then fuck me in bed' cuz it sure as shit doesnt scream that to me and over all it felt really rushed for the relationship going straight from hate to kissing and blaming it all on carrie for being a jealous witch - uni

This fits to Heeseung cause he had to watch TXT, ppl he trained with debut and then started again with i-land, that to with the chance that he still might not debut thru this survival show.

Literally he's had to begin again but finding the members became the people he believed he could begin again with.

Not just that, in the song there's a big emphasis on Blondies previous partner *cough Jake gynaecologist cough* being the worst and how this new person is the opposite.

To me Heeseung is the new person to each member.

He was the legendary trainee but he showed everyone thru the show how much of a wonderful guy he was.

His dynamics with each member is just so sweet and heartwarming. He's everyone's safe space and I love that for him 😭😭😭.

The media and gp wouldn't wait a second to turn on the group and he knows it's a delicate line of being loved rn but then being torn down just as viciously.

But he knows that no matter how delicate the situation is, he's got the members and engenes on his side.

He's already got the accolades of being one of the best 4th gen dancers or atleast he could get to that level.

He may be the maknae but he has shown so much maturity and growth in only the last 2 years of the group.

For being a teenager, he is savage and still hilarious but that doesn't stop him from overanalyzing and being critical of himself.

In those moments the members are there to let him know it's okay to make mistakes. They all still love him. The fandom still loves him.

The staff and members let him do whatever he wants and that is how it should be.

Though he acts like a troll, he cares in the most basic ways and goes out of his way to show his love for the members.

His dynamics with the members vary but they all love him so much and he loves them just as much.

His self confidence is through the roof as it should be and he deserves the praise he gets.

Hed be the type to fight but then immediately make up cause he doesn't want anyone angry at him or to be angry at anyone himself.

best take i've seen on wildbrain era jay is that he woobified himself and i think there's a rlly good case to be made for that tbh

like first of all we know he's an attention whore. this has been a thing since day one. he already has a history of adapting himself to be more like what he thinks others want from him

we first see this most clearly in s1 with his affection for nya; he puts on a front and tries to play the cool guy, even at the detriment to his health (i.e getting turned into a snake) and he only unlocks his true potential when nya accepts him for who he is after he drops the act

and then we have his response to zane's death in s3 being to start a tv career, where he's. obviously putting on a show to get people's attention it's kind of what you do at that job.

notably jay is also. self conscious of this trait? how he will forbid anyone from talking abt his tv career ever

he doesnt just want attention he's additionally vry afraid of disappointing people and s12 confirms he like. developed abandonment issues after s6.

like in s12 what allows him to reach out to unagami is bonding over how he was abandoned, too, and a solid (checks watch) six seasons after skybound we know being abandoned still rattles him (never change, ninjago) he's vry vry afraid of it happening again and being alone

as a result he appears vry afraid to upset others and be isolated which we see in several ways.

for upsetting others i'd point to his s13 interactions with the munce queen. like, her affection makes him obviously uncomfortable, yet he's not directly saying anything against it, bcuz he sees no way to turn her down without upsetting her. he only puts up minimum effort to defend nya who is, ykno, his fiancee. in the end, nya defeating the munce queen in a duel redirects the munce queen's ire at nya and preserves her good opinion of jay.

for being afraid of being alone i'd actually point at the league of jay in s12. once jay is isolated from his friends, he not only immediatly befriends scott, but also gains a large following. superstar rockin jay is a front similar to his tv show host days (when he was similarly isolated from his friends, albeit for different reasons). it's a lot of superficial attention that keeps him from feeling bad, and seeking that out was one of the first things he did in the game.

notably, the league of jay practically vanishes after jay reunites with the ninja, cuz he doesnt need them anymore now that his friends are back. he was using them as a replacement until they went and got him. kinda reminds me of the replacement ninja in s6. he didnt believe he could go against the sky pirates alone (fair tbh) so he gathered literal replacements for his friends. love how he knows echo zane exists but doesnt try to get him cuz jay doesnt need echo zane outside the replacement ninjas. fucker.

in s12 we also see him try to show off a lot, which happens in previous seasons too (looking at his attempts to woo nya by twisting himself again, in both s1 and s6), so here we see him try for adoration again.

all around jay is a social chameleon, and always has been. he constantly puts on various fronts for various people, be it for crowds or just his friends.

(both jay n nya lack a lot of emotional honesty which makes for fun disaster tbh. like either both of them r putting on acts and they both hate the other for it or it's oh my god the people putting on fronts are showing their true faces around each other like that brief bit of skybound in the lighthouse where they geniuenly reconcile and open up before [redacted] happens and i want to chew glass)

generally i think it's interesting how he's the brand of comedic relief perfectly aware that they're the comedic relief.

pre-s6 he's already self-conscious of his upbringing what with being poor n all (interalized classism mayhaps) and after s6 he's additionally self-conscious abt being abandoned cuz it feeds the thought that he can just not be good enough and that people can and have left him for it. again pointing at s12 finale how it eats jay up that he's never gonna know why he was abandoned and vry much doesn't want unagami to end up the same way

the whole you're adopted reveal brings what i think his greatest fear from the abstract to the real. he was already afraid of being left behind, and now he knows he already has been, so what's stopping it from happening again? ergo, do whatever you can to stay in everyone's good graces.

in short i do think it's a possible watsonian explanation for wildbrain era jay that he intentionally woobifies himself out of fear his friends will grow tired of him and ditch him. yeah.

When Ash Island is forced to participate as a producer for the latest season of Show Me the Money, he knows it won't be easy. But when his partner is you, a rising producer from H1GHR, maybe it won't be as bad as he thought.

As you stand before the door to the waiting room, heart thudding loudly in your chest, you think back to when the KIFF boys were in your studio eating cake a week ago.

“What am I supposed to do?” you slap Rohan’s arm vigorously as you panic. “How am I supposed to act around him?” The rest of the boys had already left, allowing you to freak out in relative privacy.

You’ve been an avid fan of Ash Island since his days on High School Rapper 2. Once he started releasing music, your infatuation with him only increased. When Jay informed you that you’d be working with him for the entire season of Show Me the Money, your brain immediately worked itself into a frenzy. On one hand, you were excited to meet someone whose music you loved. On the other, how were you expected to function properly next to him with the entire world watching through a camera?

“Okay, first thing you need to do,” Rohan starts, “is stop hitting me! You may be weak, but if you hit me enough it starts to sting okay? And second, just be normal? Act how you usually do.” He makes it sound so easy, as if you won’t die on the spot the moment the two of you make eye contact.

“That is under the assumption that I am able to think with him sitting next to me. And alright, let’s say I am actually capable of saying more than two words in his presence, what if he doesn’t like me? What if he thinks I’m weird or annoying?” You’ll be crushed if this person that you’ve admired for so long decides he doesnt like you.

“Then he’d be a good judge of character?” You hit Rohan even harder. “Ow! Relax, I was just kidding. Look, I’ve known the guy for a couple years now, and he has no right to call someone else weird. Plus, he’s one of the chillest guys I know. You’ll be fine. From what I’ve seen recently, the only time you need to be worried is when the cameras are on.”

“What do you mean?”

While you stood outside the door, Ash is inside, staring nervously at the production crew setting up the cameras. Unlike you, he is not nervous about the two of you meeting. He’s worked with countless artists, featured on so many songs, he is used to interacting with people he didn’t know. What actually scares him is having to be a functioning human being in front of all these cameras.

He’s never done a such a big production like this, never seen so many cameras all pointed at him, capturing his every move. Thinking about all the eyes that will be watching him through that lens gives him anxiety. Normally, he’d be drinking right now to take off a bit of the edge. However, he doesn't think that would help with this cold bad boy image he is already starting to have. On top of being a jerk, the public will then think he was an alcoholic.

Just when he thinks he'll burst from nerves, you decide to walk through the door, a welcome distraction from all the thoughts running through his head.

The first thing you see as you walk in is the production crew. All you are filming today are some short interviews to introduce the producer teams. They’ll be airing it as a teaser for the new season. You bow your head in greeting to the staff as you head to your seat. And that’s when you see him.

The two of you make eye contact, both looking up at the same time. And then you freeze; your brain short-circuits and for a second, all you can do is stare. Ash Island, the guy whose songs take up a good chunk of your playlist, is sitting there, right in front of you.

You break out of your stupor when you hear his voice. “Hey, what’s up?” he says casually. And you realize you’re being incredibly rude to someone who is older and a senior in the industry.

“Hello! I’m Saf. I’m a producer for H1GHR Music,” you introduce yourself officially.  

He chuckles a bit. “Yeah, I know. We’ve seen each other at the H1GHR-Ambition parties.”

“Right,” you say nervously. And you guys had met before, but you didn’t think he’d remember. He was always across the room or on the opposite end of the table, so you two never really interacted. In fact, this is the first time you’ve heard his voice, and not through a song on your phone.  

“So did you want to sit down?” he asks. You’ve just been standing in front of him for a while.

“Oh no, I just remembered him drunk-dialing me last night to wish me luck on the show.” You laughed, making a comment about how dumb Rohan was sometimes. And that’s how the rest of your conversation went until you started shooting, sharing dumb stories about your mutual friend.

The two are seated side-by-side in front of the camera. Ash Island is looking quite stiff and uncomfortable, while Saf has an easy smile on her face.

After a glance at Ash Island, Saf begins her introduction with a bow.

Saf: Hello, everyone. My name is Saf, I’m a producer for H1GHR Music.

Following her lead, it seems Ash Island takes his first breath since the camera started rolling.

Ash Island: Hi, guys. I’m Ash Island from Ambition Musik.

Did you two know each other before the show?

Saf: Well, of course I don’t think there’s anyone interested in Korean hip hop right now that doesn’t know Ash Island. But we’ve also seen each other in passing at events and parties and such. This is my first time really talking to him though.

As she talks, Ash Island appears to loosen up just the slightest. He directs his gaze to Saf when he speaks.

Ash Island: [to Saf] You… can just call me Ash.

Saf looks at him in surprise, her cheeks just the slightest shade darker, undetectable to most.

“WHY DID THEY EDIT IT LIKE THAT?” Rohan’s obnoxious laughter in the background is only furthering your agitation.

“Come on,” Rohan lets out between spurts of laughter. “That had nothing to do with the editing. Don’t tell me that wasn’t exactly how it felt when he looked at you.”

Unable to refute his claim, all you say is “Whatever.”

“Did they have to put in the romantic background music and CGI cherry blossoms though?” you complain.

Ignoring your best friend’s following fit of laughter, you begrudgingly hit play once again.

“You can just call me Ash,” Changmo repeats in a sickeningly sweet voice.

“What are you guys talking about?” Ash asks, only slightly annoyed that his labelmates had interrupted his studio time. He wasn’t making much progress today anyway.

“Did you not watch the Show Me previews last night?” Hash Swan asks.

“No, I thought I’d avoid the embarrassment of seeing myself on national TV,” Ash replies. He was there when it happened, he didn’t need reminders of how awkward he was on camera.

“Alright, you have to watch this,” Leellamarz says, pulling up the reposted video on Youtube.

You guys are the youngest producer team in the history of the show. Do you feel pressured by this fact?

Saf: [to Ash] Do you want me to answer this one?

He looks at her and nods wordlessly. She smiles at him in return before addressing the camera.

Saf: Of course, working next to such big names and artists can be quite intimidating. But I think as long as we put out work that we can be proud of, I will be satisfied.

Saf: But I would appreciate it if the viewers would look kindly upon us as it is our first time on this show. I’m kind of a wimp; I think I’d be pretty hurt if I saw we were receiving hate comments.

Saf’s smile indicates she’s only joking, and the production team can be heard laughing behind camera.

Ash: I doubt anyone in their right mind would send you hate.

Saf: Why not?

Ash: All you do is sit and smile and release music. What could anyone possibly say about you?

Saf: …I’ll take that as a compliment.

Ash: It was one.

“I hope you know that if you break her heart,” Changmo starts, “I’m petitioning to kick you out of the company. I am NOT risking losing an invite to AOMG-H1GHR parties because of you.”

Ash rolls his eyes. “Thanks for the vote of confidence, dude. Glad to know you have so much faith in me. But also, chill out. I haven’t even done anything yet.”

“Yet? So you are planning on making a move?” Hash Swan questions. Ash sighs. Why are these guys reading so much into everything he says?

“No, I am not making a move, I barely know her,” Ash refutes. “She’s just a producer that I will be working with for the next couple months.” That day was the first time he’d ever talked to you. There is no reason to get excited about anything just yet, even if he does think you have a nice smile.

“Come on, Ash. She’s not just a producer,” Leellamarz points out. Ash is a bit wary of where he’s going with this-

“She’s a very cute producer.” -and rightfully so. Ash really can’t catch a break with these guys. They all burst out laughing, and Changmo gives Leella a high-five.

“Whatever,” Ash mutters. “Why the sudden interest in my love life anyway?”

“Wow, you’re not even gonna try and deny that you think she’s cute?” Hash asks. This guy is way too observant.

“I have eyes. How am I supposed to not think she’s cute?” Ash says bluntly.

“You know, contrary to what you may believe, not everybody has to find her cute,” Changmo says, mostly just to tease him. “Maybe she’s just not my type,” he shrugs.

“Yeah, that’s because she’s actually nice,” Ash retorts. “And we all know that isn’t your type.”

“That’s never been your type either, Ash, so why the sudden change of heart?” Leella asks.

“Maybe I’m looking for a change of pace,” Ash says with a noncommittal shrug. This is all hypothetical anyway. It’s not like he’s planning on asking you out or anything. He just thinks you’re cute, there is no reason for the guys to make such a big deal out of it.

“Yeah, well be careful. You’re going to make some very scary people mad if you mess around with her,” Changmo warns.

“Please, the H1GHR guys are like literally the nicest guys on the planet. I think I’m safe,” Ash says.

“That’s not who I’d be worried about if I were you.”

The character in general: listen im a newcomer to njpw! im not a newcomer to wrestling, i've been a fan for 2 decades and some years. and now im showing my age here. :) but im very new to new japan pro wrestling and the characters and overall promotion. i gotta say... wow its exciting and wow do i think jay white is the bees knees! especially the way you write him. the switchblade is an interesting fellow. he's intense and rude and a menace to his opponents. i gotta say, he's my favorite. my!!! absolute favorite!!! in njpw!!! besides okada. okada was my #1, but... jay white the knife pervert easily defeated him there, thanks to your help.

... i am pleasantly surprised at how soft and encouraging and overall doting he is towards virote. i expected him to just be possessive and sweet in that way. boi was i proven wrong!!! you really added some layers and flavor to jay white by making him this wildly kind towards virote and letting him have a family, marriage, etc. theyre so sweet together, it’s absolutely insane. we havent shipped them for long but i think it's really incredible what we've built. and this is where we get to the next topic...

okay sorry it took so long for me to write and post this, but im home now and in the silence to be able to gather my thoughts and the peace to be able to write them down. a lot of this is me working through my own thoughts as i write it so im sorry its so long, but im still a little bit confused on how to feel about this, largely, i think, due to shock.

i had no clue about almost any of the stuff julie did or said to people. i knew of the miles thing to some extent (i didnt know why miles was uncomfortable with him, i only knew about the aftereffects) and i knew about the vague story surrounding why maddy, jay and marina didnt like him, although i had never actually spoken to them before.

my initial reaction to the callout was to get defensive, because that was someone i considered my friend and although somewhere i think i knew or had some inkling that he was like this, i chalked it up to mistakes and people jealous of his popularity because i wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. but the more i read the callout (i never finished it, partially because i had to take screencaps of the posts and painstakingly slowly read through them because the nature of my work makes it very difficult to focus on things for more than a few seconds at a time and partially because by the time i stopped, i had already made my decision regarding him) the more i realized that defending his actions isnt something i can, should, or would do.

and regarding the “sc/hool sho/oter” post, i live in america. in fact, i lived about 5-15 minutes away from where one of these sc/hool sho/otings happened (i lived for several years in roseburg, oregon, and the sh/ooting at u.c.c. happened a year or two after i moved to where i live now). i knew people who went there. i knew one person who died. the day it happened i broke down in the middle of marching band because i had no idea whether or not the friends i knew for three years were alive or dead and that fucking terrified me. and when it happened, i told julie over discord (because i was working when i heard about it) that i did not condone his actions or words and that it was wrong of him to say, but (and i still stand by this), it is not the place of anyone who was not even indirectly affected by a shooting to decide whether or not someone is worthy of redemption. no, julie should not have reblogged that post and while it is totally fine for you to be uncomfortable to interact with him because of it, i think only people who have been directly affected by sc/hool shoo/tings have the right to decide if he is worthy of forgiveness - for that. the rest of it is a different matter.

a few months ago i actually went through this with someone else. i wrote a callout post for daisy, a mercy blog in the overwatch fandom who deleted shortly after i wrote it. (if any of you want to see that callout, let me know and ill send it to you. i will admit here and now that there was something i shouldnt have added in there, but it was added with good intentions, but regardless, daisy’s callout really has nothing to do with the situation with julie and nothing to do with what is happening now. shes gone. im just making a connection to this situation.) it was a very similar situation; manipulation, hypocrisy, turning people against others, saving face and caring more about reputation than anything else. and while i was absolutely terrified of daisy’s situation happening again, where i get really really close with someone and then find out they manipulated the fuck out of me, i was also scared to lose friends, and i think thats a big part of why i wanted so badly to match or whatever, because i really really really wanted a place to belong, where i felt special and unique and yet part of a group and in the end that really fucked me over and made me blind to what was happening. i defended him (albeit not for long, ive only spoken to him for a few months now) for things i shouldnt have defended him for because i was terrified of losing people and im so sorry about that.

as for the callout itself: i will say that i do think there are two sides to every story. im not saying julie is a victim in this or that he is to be sympathized with, because at the end of the day, he hurt a lot of people and its good that the word was spread before more people got hurt. i dont agree that it is “a cis persons responsibility to make sure people know they are cis” because that kind of mindset will only lead to a witch hunt, but im not going to make a fuss about this because i know some other genderqueer people are more uncomfortable about cis people than i am and at the end of the day that is a personal opinion. i think some of the callout was worded with bias which probably, in some situations, did slightly twist the truth, ONLY because it is a callout and it is really difficult not to twist the truth in them even when they are written as formally as possible, HOWEVER while most of the time i disregard callouts (because a lot of them are written entirely based on personal bias because someone doesnt like someone else rather than on an actual need for people to be warned), this one was written very eloquently and very well. as someone who has been on that side of things, im really really proud of the people who contributed to it, especially those that werent afraid of giving their names out, because that is a really really hard thing to do, especially when its for someone really popular. i remember when i wrote one for daisy, i was almost sick to my stomach with the anxiety, and really pleasantly surprised when it was received much better than i expected. i am really proud of you guys, and thank you for letting me and everyone else know the truth of what happened.

however, that callout was not an attack, nor was it intended to be, and by people sending julie hate, youre just making the situation worse. i believe, in my personal opinion, that the best thing to do is to block and move on. we can come together as a community, and while julies actions wont go away, hopefully we can heal and understand from them. and i really want to thank manny for that post, because similarly to daisy, it is the people closest to the person in question who are left most in the dark. as julies friend, i had no idea about almost anything that was there and honestly, im glad now that i do. thank you for understanding that the people who associated with him are not always aware of what he did.

anyway this is really disorganized and im sorry, thats just my thoughts on the matter (as much as i can think anyway), and i hope it makes some sort of sense. i will be hardblocking julie on all of my blogs and changing the urls to both my izuku blog and my ouma blog and my icon for this blog. if you choose to continue to interact with julie, thats on you and i wont reprimand you, block you or unfollow you for it. please do not associate me with him anymore, though, add me to any groups anywhere with him, or tag me and him in the same posts.

and, as i said before, because i really want to get this point across, if you are uncomfortable with me because i interacted with him so much and so intimately and wish to hard or softblock or unfollow me, that is perfectly fine and i understand completely. i only ask if you softblock me that you let me know so that i dont accidentally follow you again, because i dont want to make anyone uncomfortable with my presence.

Boku no hero academia kiss headcanons

So i kinda looked for something like this and didnt find it so i decided to do it myself

Boys: Midoriya Izuku: the shy type, he usually doesnt go for deep kisses much but he would give all types of butterfly kisses all along the day and then heavily blush after each time, sometimes hed go for deep loving kisses that seem to give all the love he holds just for the perso hes holding, he will make them feel like theyre the world in his hands he loves to cup faces but also just loves to stare into the other persons eyes. Bakugou katsuki: we all know whats coming next, he never half asses anything and when he kisses he fucking kisses theyre brains out, he would usually start it pretty agressive but he takes as much as he gives trying to get everything he can out of it. He is passionate and can be sweet in the way that he tries to make the other person feel like they just bore witness to the best kiss of existence and were on the recieving end of it. We all know hes into biting and all that agressive lip sucking and leaving marks so that people can bear witness to what he did and how great he is at it. Todoroki shouto: well that kid is plain akwardd we all know it, i mean i love it when ppl make him out to be mysterious and cool but he just doesnt know how to socialize. But luckily kissing doesnt require much thinking, he probably doesnt know when its correct to kiss someone so he probably will just wait for someone to kiss him and then hoo boi he sure is a fast learner, thing is since he knows so little about social interaction he will try to adapt to whoever hes kissing making sure to know what they like and make them exited… so yeah on top of that hes pretty. Kaminari Denki: he is playfull!! he will make whoever it is laught or crack a smile and then kiss it off theyre mouth, he will nuzzle theyre nose and neck and give exagerated ‘mwah’ after kissing them on the lips. And when he kisses deeply, he will put his arms around theyre neck or waist and pull them against him. He can accidentally zip the other person sometimes if that happens he will say sorry a dozen times after but he will go back to kissing them softly. Kirishima eijiro: sweet babe sweet child that i love. Okay anyway he is /exited/ he is kissing someone he likes!!! How can u not be exited about that!!! He will kiss and hold them close or lift them up and carry them around make them turn and dance around and then fall but thats fine!! U can still kiss on the floor, and he has some sweet teeth to nip on lips, neck and all that i mean cmon he still knows how to use his weapons. But he would never hurt them!!! Ever!! Because he is precious and too good for this world and im gonna cry Iida tenya: cant break rules!!!! Boi!!! Nah but cant kiss him without warning because he will combust and the engine will probably break down. He will be adamant about tons of things before like to tell them if he does anything wrong, a safeword, going throught sex ed…. okay at that point theyd have to shout ‘hoLY MOthER oF PINeapLES’ but yeah after that, he is akward for a long while but slowly the tension will drain out of him he will relax and seriously kiss back, he will hold theyre face or hands (nothing indecent in public!!-cue word public-). Sero hanta: dude always here for them memes and sassy comments, he’ll lean over to whoever and smirk right before kissing them deep and meaningfully and then going back to his business like nothing happened. He is a lil shit and he will drive them crazy acting all innocent and cocky until they kiss him to prove a point and he’ll lean back out and go ‘do u know da way??’ Mashirao ojiro: he looks pretty plain and we tend to forget hes there but i still like him i mean cmon he passed the exam sorely on his fighting skills plus an extra limb i mean u cant tell me hes not fucking ripped. But ya anyway he believes himself to be ordinary and nothing special but he will make whoever it is with him feel special and cherished ( i know loads of characters r like this but let me try this out) hes all about the small gestures and sweet smiles and kissing where they got wounds. When he kisses its sweet and long not many bold moves more little things like brushing hair or massaging the neck making the other person pratically pliant against him and thatll be when he gets the big guns out. He is a GOOD GUY AND DESERVES ATENTION. I’m glad I was able to sit out of the immunity challenge this week. However I am still feeling our tribe of 6 is actually 4 because I don’t see much interaction from Suzy or Charlie.

At this point I am preparing for tribal council. Jay announced the scores for the challenge and our tribe was down by 30+ points and in last place. An actual alliance (our alliance name) decided to vote David off if we go to tribal again because of his problematic behavior and mean comment to GiGi that he totally didn't say lmaoo. The challenge is basically up I'm ready to forfeit and go right to tribal.

So Suzy and Charlie do not seem to be contributing at all. This is fine I  guess since it just puts a bigger target on their backs as a result. I am just tired of these useless tribe members. Maybe it'd be better to go to tribal in order to vote them off so that they cannot turn on fellow Tuai members later since they wouldn't have that strong of a connection with us.

Flint just complimented me on my good work in the challenges. It seems that my challenge performance is being noticed. While this ensures that I will be safe in the majority of pre-merge, it will just paint a target on my back during the merge. Plus, I know I will be no good in these individual immunity challenges so let's see how this goes

"Now that we are down one tribe member, it is essential to win this next challenge. Though this does mean that if we were to go to tribal council, Charlie would be the one to leave. We still have that safety blanket, but I am just nervous about what happens after Charlie is voted out. We need to do everything in our power to prevent that situation from happening.

I should have seen the One World twist coming since Jay seems to like it. Either way, the Tuai Quad Alliance LLC has decided that I should be one of the representatives out of the two. This will definitely make me seem like the leader of the tribe now. I just have to watch my back and see what happens. If they are going to perceive me like that, I might was well become it. I am trying to establish ties with a fair amount of people while we are in the One World. For one, I want to become friends with both Raul and Kathleen. They said they wanted to work with me earlier so hopefully they plan to keep that promise. I also want to see how much I can trust Bradley. I did give him the advantage so maybe I have an ally there. I've also talked to Lysandre a bit and think he's alright. Let's hope I can establish myself socially in this game!

I must say that people are coming to me like bees to pollen. They all want to talk to me which makes the most sense since they all want to be social. Though some are better at it than others. I've been getting really good vibes from Lysandre, Kathleen, Apollo, and Marie. In that order. They just seem like good people. Also, Marie is 13!? Shook! I did gather some intel though from these people. Apparently, on Mea, David is at the bottom for being a rude-ass and being abrasive. That means if I am on a tribe with David, he will definitely be a target which might help later down the line. Marie is also very upfront and blunt. She asked me immediately "Who is on the bottom of your tribe?" Like girl. Be subtle. I'm not giving info out that easily so I just said no one even though it is clearly Charlie. Everyone on Mea though has mentioned this "bitch" who's on the bottom for being rude. It's David. I'm just so shook that they all are giving out this information that easily. It didn't take long for Marie to start spilling everything to me. She could be valuable as a rat later down the line so long as I don't tell her too much. Though she has said that her tribe really likes me for some reason. I am definitely rising as a leader for the game and will have a target on my back. Though it's great to finally have social ties that could carry me to merge.

This one world twist was cute until I came to the conclusion that I was playing the game with someone I had blocked and deleted and never wanted to play with ever again. I can see right through his alias and I literally want to will my idol off and quit. And I was really liking his alias until I started seeing connections and speech pattern.. yeah this is really ugly.

Cassie is just spilling all to me. She has an advantage that allows her to see how many alliance chats someone from the other tribe is rocking. That is such a useful tool. Especially late into pre-merge right before merge. I think it'll be really cool to fool her into using it. I hope she doesn't use it on me if we are ever on different tribes. Now, at least, I know that Cassie is loyal to me since hse is sharing all these details. Apollo is getting antsy that no one from his tribe will be a leader. I'm trying to convince it'll be fine, but he's not having it. He jsut has to trust me and then we can move on from there.

So Marie is actually Marie that's nice to know even though she wasn't supposed to do that ajdjdjsjs. And that impacts the game drastically because people are going to put their trust in her more now that they know she isn't a returnee. It is even having this round effects because she is about to be a leader. Deny the affects if yiu wabt but they definetely exist.

So, here's the thing. I love the vibe with my tribe and the alliance of Tuai Quad. I believe in them, but I know it could be a good idea to keep my options open and form new alliances too. A tri-leader alliance? Oh yeah. Only time will tell what I do with the information I get.

To follow up, I have been positioning myself with people socially very well. It seems that everyone wants to be my friend and that everyone likes me. It will definitely be hard betraying them, but it has to be done. I need to put myself in the least risk out of everyone here in order to make it to the end. I feel I have done that. If people are going to be inactive now, then they must be the next on the chopping block. I hope everything goes well from here. Especially since I have connections on all three tribes. It should keep me safe in case of a swap

"It seems my socializing has paid off! Firstly, I was chosen as leader for one of the new tribes. I got to choose people for my new tribe that I would be making. I definitely saw this coming, so it was good that I was able to choose them myself. I feel confident with my new tribe. Everyone, except Boris, I have talked to at least once so that'll help. I think I have picked people that enable me to have power over everyone else if I play my cards right. How I see it: I have aligned with Joey, Lysandre, and Rual. I have talked a bit with Zest, and Boris I am just getting to now. I have talked extensively with Apollo. He and I have bonded really well. Perhaps that will keep me safe for the time being. Mainly why I picked the people I did is to have easy boots earlier on (Zest and Boris) and to have people I'm already aligned with be with me (Joey, Raul, and Lysandre). I definitely do think I have picked a good tribe though.

Secondly, my socializing has paid off in terms of immunity. I definitely saw myself having a bunch of connections, but I didn't know it amounted to being the most popular. I think, socially, I have positioned myself well. Now I just got to keep this momentum up in order to succeed! Hopefully, everyone I am aligned with makes it to merge. It might be hard for Flint since he is on vacation. In hindsight, I should have picked him since it would be easier to explain his situation if I was there. I hope he doesn't get a target on his back for being inactive tonight! I think that they might vote out David since he is annoying. I told Cassie and Flint this, so maybe they can use that to their advantage.

Finally, I think this might paint a huge target on my back. People are going to know I am very well-liked by a lot of people. If they carry that information with them, they could use it against me. That'll be a problem for later. Plus, I have an idol to fall back on in case that does happen. Overall, it is going extremely well for Felix Rodriguez!"
