“katsukiii-” you whined weakly.

no answer. you tried again a little louder.

“kats’kiiiii-” still no answer from the half deaf man you knew was in the next room, so you sent a text from your shared bed.

the bedroom door opened moments later. a waft of something savory filled the room. how he could look so gorgeous with a scowl in just a tank top and knit shorts was almost unfair, you’d thought, as he stood in the doorway.

“what is it?” he asked.

you reached your fingers out for his hand.

“i miss youuu,” you said with a pout and a stuffy voice.

“i know, but ‘m not tryna get sick, ya brat,” he said with a bit of a grin. you sounded and looked like shit, but god you were adorable.

“what’re you making? smells good,” you asked.

“i’m makin’ lunch. ‘n there’s extra just for you. ‘s almost done.”

“thank youuu,” you cooed sleepily.

he shut the door and returned to the kitchen.

katsuki took out two bowls and filled them with soup. he put one on a tray for you and brought it to the bedroom where you’d been for the last day and a half. the familiar scent hit your nose.

it was your favorite soup, the one your mom always made when you were sick and you needed a little extra love. you weren’t sure how it happened, but about a year into your relationship, katsuki surprised you with it when you’d felt under the weather. you mentioned that you’d missed it once, so he managed to get the recipe from your mom and made it himself from scratch. it wasn’t the fanciest meal, but it always made being sick a little bit better.

“babe, you didn’t have to do that,” you said as he set the tray in front of you.

“i‘ll do whatever the hell i want, n’ that includes takin’ care a you,” katsuki replied.

you fussed with the blanket between your fingertips. “will you maybe eat with me? i know you don’t want to get sick n stuff so you don’t have to but-”

there was a heavy sigh as he walked away while you were mid-sentence. he returned shortly with a bowl of his own.

“yer lucky i love ya so damn much.” katsuki had an irritated look as he sat down, but you could see the smile pulling at the corner of his lips.

“thanks,” you said with a grin.

“yer welcome.” he leaned over and gave you a kiss on the side of your head. “now eat up before it gets cold.”

Okay, so Toji is a stoic man who doesn’t really show much affection unless it is time to satisfy his needs in bed. That doesn’t mean that he doesn’t love you, though. He just doesn’t know how else to express it besides sex. Let’s not forget that he also has a bigger ego than his dick😭. Anyway, Toji’s job is really hard since he is the CEO of a company, so you already know that he most of the time comes home late and immediately collapses into bed beside you.

But this time, he had a need for some cuddles and your own tender touch. Yes, Toji Fushiguro wanted all of that from you, but he didn’t say anything, and instead he just pulled you close to him and started snuggling against your neck, breathing in your amazing scent.

"Let’s stay like this for a while." Toji lets out a relieved sigh as you run your fingers up and down his brown strands of hair.

“Sure.” you mumble, pulling closer your handsome lover. “rough day?” Toji's eyes flicker open at the question, fixating on you before he closes them once more and falls back into your warm embrace.

The silence answered all of your questions as you kissed his forehead and caressed his cheek. He appreciates your compassion and the way you comfort him during stressful moments.
