A friend of mine sent me your latest post and I couldn't stop thinking about how perfectly Vasco would fit into the role of a coat of arms supporter. It got to the point that I just sat down and made a mock-up of the idea; turns out actually, both of them do a great job at it, together. Literally made this account to share the discovery (Extra funny points for them fitting the original colour scheme)

Sometimes I like to go back and look at the first piece I did with my oc's back in 2019, where I was like "alright, I'll try to draw a proper background" and then compare it to now. Man I'm glad I gave it a go and didn't give up.

#it was my first attempt at a bigger digital piece at least for my oc's #I got so many traditional pencil drawings with big detailed bg's from when I was a kid #I should scan those and show them heh I had so much patience back then #and also no responsibilities to distract me #also Dakon's hand stands out like a sore thumb cus it was the only thing I used a reference for #and the rest is just whack #references ar e priceless they save you a major headache and move the drawing along
