I planned to work two days at home this week but I spontaneously developed a meeting on another day and now I don't know what to cook myself to take for lunch. Normal adult problems sometimes feel very dramatic when there are *handwaves* various interacting chronic illnesses.

#actual answer Femtanyl has been on loop since like august #a lot of Changeline & Issabrokie & Machine Girl too since their stuff is pretty easy to listen to casually and they have. so much.#ive been listening to some of the stuff i see recommended here which has creates a nice variety #i saved some in a playlist including Zand; lustsickpuppy; Goblin Daycare; My Dead Girlfriend; TWINK OBLITERATOR; and Ada Rook #but generally i default to hip-hop or anything loud or both #i finally started listening to MF Doom recently #and ill listen to anything on youtube recommended that looks interesting (usually that means uhh conventionally bad or ugly if ur boring)#oh shit and most recently ive been listening to dungeon synth cause i started a Rune game and wanted music that wasnt just dark souls #i think Poppet was one i found on a rec post here #oh and i recently decided to check the wayback machine for Isserley because i found her music in october and then she mustve wiped out all #of her social media presence in the next few months so anyway im glad i found that again #oh and also Youth The Rich and also Food House and also Newgrounds Death Rugby and also Yameii Online and als #why did i say all that. sorry. uhh yeah i dont really listen to much music #music

Coincidentally my usable warp is like exactly as long as my dining room. Point is tho, i am finally done thank fuck

#already snipped them #need to wash them still. guess ill just do a load of laundry later #now i just have like 12 hours of cleaning #not sure why i did all of this all at once right at the beginning #i had in fact planned to pretend these were cleaning breaks and interspersed them. and then forgot #oh well #definitely realizing i should have done more weft stripes. only did them in the last two bc i thought changing colors all the time #would be a pain #it wasnt tho and also it looks a lot better #the ones that are just warp stripes (most of them) look very plain and boring #which is a little gutting tbh #couldnt really tell when its just the amount visible on the loom at any given moment but laid out flat its like. hm. ok #idk maybe she'll use them more if theyre boring and ugly ?#altho she's not the kind of practical handmade gift reciever who is like 'oh its too pretty to use i will tuck it out of sight forever'#so i guess its a moot point #idk. its fine. she doesnt have a ton of towels or dish mats anyway #weaving #cats tw #(thats their food board and one of many water dishes)#wow actually i thought i got like 5 or 6 #literally only 4 #and the first one is a mess that i am keeping bc i didnt hemstitch it and im certainly not gonna hem it today #the last one was just supposed to be an ugly washcloth for me but i may give it to her bc otherwise its only 2 ?#or maybe i have 5 ? ive literally already forgotten and i cant tell from the picture

I complained a lot about the side effects from my anxiety meds but they've genuinely changed my life in the best way. I'm talking to friends again, I'm playing video games, I'm not having panic attacks about dying every single night... genuinely wish I had this years ago

#im pretty sure the main side effect of emotional blunting has actually mainly gone away now #pretty sure it was because i was taking them inconsistently #im supposed to take two a day but before i got adhd meds i couldnt remember to take my second dose #and then it also says on the bottle to take with or without food but take it the same way everyday #and i didnt start doing that until recently. and its gotten better since then #it changes the absorption of it apparently so you gotta do it the same everytime #i was gonna go with not eating every morning cause i normally didnt like to eat when i got up #but i always eat before bed when i have to take my second dose sooo yeah #anyways. just realized this is probably super boring to most people #whatever its my tags its im free to be boring #engagement is optional

In the Familiar AU, Dipper and Mabel basically grew up with Stan - and experienced the cooking skills thereof. When faced with choosing a life of glitter in his digestive tract, or earnest but burnt waffles, Dipper figured he might as well learn to cook. He's not winning any culinary awards or anything, but he can follow a recipe and make a decent pasta dish.

Besides. The alternative to Dipper cooking for Bill - is Bill cooking for Dipper. And since Bill's idea of delicacies involve terms like 'unholy abomination', 'unbearably spicy', or 'still squirming', Dipper's more likely than not to shove him out of the kitchen.

They mostly get lot of takeout.

#answers #Technically Bill's the more *skilled* cook. He's super old and eternally knowledgeable and all #Seen everything and learned so much. Probably would watch British Bakeoff while really drunk and make rude commentary #In theory he could make incredible human-edible meals - but where's the fun in that??? They're so BORING #He likes to get Experimental instead!#Good thing Dipper's experienced with less than optimal cooking. He's got a strong stomach #Mostly Bill's uninterested in cooking. When he *does* cook it's best not to ingest the contents unless you're feeling really lucky #So mostly Dipper doesn't #Bill may not *intentionally* poison Dipper - but he's risk-averse #Seriously there's a lot of microwave meals and takeout for these two #Dipper's not gonna spend time to cook when he could be doing other things. Something he takes after Ford in #The upside of Bill having very - shall we say - *expansive* tastes in his dining is that even when Dipper messes up a recipe #Bill eats it without complaint. Maybe some mockery! But not like. Bitching about it.#Dipper just shrugs and is glad the food's not going to waste #Time for instant noodles again #I will add the single exception for Bill's culinary contributions - If Dipper's really sick. Or achingly injured #Bill *might* make a pretty decent soup

#gremlin blabs #i do love pce a little bit more tho #fr is... more stressful than pce #there's a lot of things you pretty much HAVE to do #where pce.... you don't really HAVE to do anything #you could go two weeks doing literally nothing at All on there and it'd be Fine.#no penalties. nothing you'd really miss unless snowmelt or leaf day was going on #you can take everything at your own pace and there is no punishment for taking as long as you need #but fr... you have to feed your dragons (i mean you don't HAVE to but. y'know.)#you have to refill your food stocks when they get low/run out #you have to gather so that you don't run out of food #if you don't feed your dragons... you lose out on the bonuses. which ultimately feels like a punishment #but at the end of the day i still love fr #i wouldn't still be here if i didn't/if it was too much #i've never been one to stick with petsites for long #before i joined fr i'd last... maybe a year or so on a petsite #then i'd always end up abandoning it #bc it'd be too much or i'd get too bored #i've been on fr for 7 and a half years.#and pce has been the only other one i've been able to stick with #especially since i have fr to worry about #i kept trying to add another one on but i would end up getting so overwhelmed and stressed #mostly because of the other petsite and not fr #because so many petsites are just.... so stressful tbh. even fr is pretty lax all things considered #compared to like. wolvden or wolfplay... it's so much easier.#with those petsites i never even made it to a year.#but pce is SO chill that i was able to add it no problem #and i have yet to drop it and i don't think i will #ofc it's only been like a year and a half #but still. that's generally longer than most petsites last

There's something to being a youngish person who has to pay for lots of medical care because he has the connective tissue of a much older person while owning an old, but low-mileage car he has to pay for lots of repairs on because all the rubber and plastic inside it is starting to decay
