MY OPINION ON…

Character in general: I meAN I could talk about how much I love Jace until I’m blue in the face. I love him so much. His flaws, his perfections, his struggles, his humor, his personality. The way he looks delicious in a tight black shirt (see end of 2x20). But seriously, what is there not to love about him? I love that despite how desperate he is for other’s approval, he doesn’t fall in line when something compromises the greater good or his own personal values. Jace says “I’m not a follower” and it’s so true. I really think that’s something Alec has always admired about him and it’s something I, myself, admire about him. He’s been through so much shit and abuse and he’s STILL suffering and my god will someone just let the poor boy live! Jace deserves happiness and the fact that even though it doesn’t last for him, and he still fights for it is so admirable??? I fucking love him to bits. He’s the perfect balance of tragic and entertaining and aspiring. MY muse and I would defend Jace to our last breaths. FITE US IF YOU DISAGREE 

How they play them: SO WONDERFULLY?? Your dialogue is so on point with Jace and I loveeeeee it. It means I can hear his voice in your replies. His humor remains so incredibly potent and bless the angel for that. One of the reasons I love Jace so much is because he’s blunt but as a result keeps things real, and moving and tbh a lot of the other characters in the sh verse need that. Your writing flows beautifully and I really love how you not only utilize Jace’s purest qualities in scenes but like… you’re really familiar with the sh world? And you play upon all these different things to where it feels tangible and real and it’s easy to get into and enjoy. The Mun: You’ve always been super sweet ooc and passionate. Like you were always welcoming and accepting of me when I first joined this fandom and I’ve never said thank you for that so sincerely, thank you. Even when I suck at communicating you always make the effort to reach out and say hi and it’s honestly so appreciated and really shows that you care and ily for that
