Life Update and Ko-fi Sale

Hey guys. It's been a good few years since you've seen me and I just wanted to give you all a little life update. Obviously I'm no longer living in the same place I was before. I'm in a much happier and healthier environment with a person who cares for me and a job that I absolutely love more than anything. I'm still getting therapy and have had a few changes to my medications as well (increase in anxiety medicine dosage and added a mood stabilizer). I also got diagnosed with BPD (borderline personality disorder) so it's helped me understand a lot about how I acted/reacted to things.

I do miss being on this blog from time to time. The interactions I've had with people here are some of my most treasured memories. Some of you have never left my mind and I've always wondered how you've been doing and wanting to apologize for any pain and hurt caused by me. I hope you all are doing well in life and that you succeed in whatever future endeavors you encounter.

As you can see from the title I'm having a ko-fi sale. If any of you remember my birthday is coming up soon and I'm turning the big 30. Technically this sale has been running since the 1st but it doesn't end til August 1st. I'm not expecting anyone to commission me or even share the information but I wanted to get it out there. But mainly I wanted to show off how much I've improved art wise over the last four years (I'll be showing some examples below). I've moved away from using 3D models and use a lot more references now to do my art. But about the sale. It's half off all commission options with code THIRTY at checkout.

she's still active, too. digging through these pathetic bitchlings' blogs yielded a display through the changling's blog that the supposedly "archived" rin-tsukiyori blog showed updates from at least a few weeks ago.

wasnt enough destroying my sanity, my life, my body and my sense of self before forcing your new victim to haul all of your garbage to missouri for you while you watched and commanded him as his new overlord, you have the fucking audacity to still fucking exist in the spaces you used to force your twisted idea of "affection" on me.

Oh. Now that she stepped closer he could see that she wasn’t actually that tall. In fact she was nearly a foot shorter than him. Still it was strange to see a humanoid dragon of all things.

A breeze gently went by Frisk face as she watched from afar to see if another human would come out of those portals-- walking into her AU, her own TIMELINE. She was fully on guard as her dagger was underneath her sleeve, her scarf covering her mouth as her eyes lowered a bit. Putting her hands together as she put one leg up towards the RUINS wall, looking at the purple details of the bricks.

Bones backed off a bit at the outburst, but not much. She needed a friend right now, she just couldn't accept it.

"But on the subject of selfishness, there is another reason- a more selfish reason- I keep trying to help you. If I can help you... if you can grow out of your self-hatred... Then I can too. Ever since I was a pup, I have viewed myself as broken, unworthy, because I can't use magic. A monster that can't use magic! How!? Something went wrong when the SOUL fusion my parents underwent to create me happened. And instead of a litter of seven, eight pups... They got only me."

"I've done just fine without magic. There are even some benefits. But I've never felt whole as a result. So here I am, helping another so I can learn to help myself." He chuckled ruefully. "It's a stupid reason, I admits but so are all selfish reasons. Good thing I have others, eh?"

"I won't insult you by downplaying what you've done. But neither will I let you continue to wound yourself over damage that can't be undone."

He smiled gently, and held out his arms.

"So please. Let me help you. If not for your sake, then for mine? I know you do what you can for your friends. You're too honest to do otherwise. So do this for me. Please?"

While he had some doubts he could actually harm the powerful vampire, here in the underground there was simply too many unknowns to rule it out as a possibility.
