that is something he would probably do, yeah! adoxi imo would probably prefer his darling to be conscious the whole time though but i can imagine him feeling sadistic every now and then. especially if he’s in a mood to see all kinds of expressions and then to command his darling to do specific things they/she wouldn’t otherwise normally do.

he would have family relatives who are more sadistic than him, for sure—probably his dad comes to think of it with his own darling, who is also adoxi’s mother.

well, there are religions like we do and it wouldn’t be too farfetched for beastfolks to have their own beliefs and sites of worship (temple, churches, etc.) and i can imagine some beastfolks would force their humans to attend with them and some humans would probably live/work at such sites either as jobs (janitors, secretaries, organizers, volunteers, etc.) or nuns/priests alongside their beastfolk counterparts though that would probably depends on what denomination or religion. some churches may forbid humans from being a priest/nun, but allows their attendance, and several others (which becomes rarer as times goes on tbf) forbid humans 100% from touching their grounds.

so, yes! frollo scenario wouldn’t be too farfetched at all and heck, may have happened more than several times. might’ve couple movies and novels out of it too, but at least the rabbit priest would see some sort of “happy” ending when frollo himself found his death. his “happy” ending though doesn’t necessarily mean happiness for his poor human lol

since, you know, thats a rabbit. one with more stamina than other fellow beastfolks. rip darling.

in the world of beastfolk humans can have which jobs and which ones can't they have? —anonymous

hmmm, humans are allowed to be politicians there (though i’m sure with much more restrictions where the greed can’t run rampage like it’s happening in our irl world—not to say thats not a thing with beastfolks, unfortunately) so i do imagine they are allowed to have all sorts of jobs. some are probably much more difficult to get than the past, but aren’t impossible.

humans are much smaller and nimble, especially in tighter places, which is probably useful in constructions and whatnot, but they’re otherwise not allowed to remain on dangerous sites without both supervision and beastfolk coworkers (who are typically much quicker to react to dangers than their human buddies and would yank them out in the nick of time).

i do feel sex works will still be a thing on regular streets (parlors’ are typically ran by beastfolks while sex workers are either independent or are working under a pimp, which could be either human or beastfolk) and strip/sex clubs would still exists, but they would probably be monitored much closer than irl.

i honestly would have to think on this more though so i’d be happy to discuss on this further with yall!

some would still retain some levels of fame while others fade in obscurity, i’m sure, the latter typically if they were infamous for bad things in the first place (ie, being abusive, racism, hateful pranks, dumb shits, etc.). though because the beastfolks didn’t find their “stunts” all that amusing and might’ve arranged things to get them out of spotlights. i would bet that many human celebrities are ‘gone’ because they were either in hiding (because they got money to do so) when the war break out and the beastfolks winning their independences from the zoo and/or they got taken by beastfolks.

lucky fews who stays in the spotlight usually have some levels of protections though, somehow, but that could be because they already have good relationships with the beastfolks in the first place. fighting for their rights prior to the zoo breakouts most likely scored them points, for one example.

uhhhh…i’m actually disabled soooo i…highly doubt i would survive lol if my area got caught in the crossfire. most areas were basically unscathed from the civil war, but beastfolks’ numbers spread out after and humans disappearances and attacks became more frequent everywhere. your home just might get stolen from underneath your nose too, by a beastfolk. 

so by chance i do survive…iunno tbh

i certainly do hope if i were to get claimed by one, they’re at least a decent looking fella who would still give me some measure of respect lol would be nice if they’re canine based but most species would be fine in my book!

do experiments with humans in this lady hyena's world? Can humans and beastfolks get divorced? would the president be a beastfolk or a human? —anonymous

i mean, experiments were how the beastfolks learned about humans’ compatibility with them. initially, for decades, maybe even over centuries, it was thought to be a hoax, a propaganda to play niceties with humans, but a good percentage of them swore by it (lady hyena is one of them). several beastfolks insisted that one of their parents is a human, but they were often met with skeptical looks because there were not a single trait of humanity in these beastfolks. not a single obvious resemblance to be seen (not at first, anyway).

plus, many of them were being mistreated in the zoos so beastfolks took a long time to make their own peace with humans, some much longer than others. it was understandable that they didn’t want to believe that it was possible for beastfolks and humans to have such intimate relationships.

beastfolks scientists and doctors eventually came out with all this information within a year or so after the Zoo, after conducting multiple, multiple studies with breeding humans. with people like lady hyena and the lioness being open about their human mates and their children, beastfolks didn’t take long to follow their examples and finally sample humans—sampling humans underneath them, that is.

breeding with humans to this day is still being studied, as both beastfolk and human doctors are still trying to understand how humans and beastfolk are so compatible with each other (regardless of what species) but certain species in beastfolks couldn’t breed with one other (ex. cat can breed with tiger with no problem, but cat cannot breed with dog) otherwise, human experiments are often done for medical studies and medicine testings.

unfortunately, medical studies on humans aren’t too useful for beastfolks since they have differing biology makeups. so beastfolk experiment is also a thing.

as for divorces…it is unheard of. with most species of beastfolks, they mate for life soooo good luck breaking up with them. there are probably laws about divorcing too, favoring beastfolks over humans. humans does have rights, but fewer than one might’ve think.

just be glad you can still have a license and drive and can buy a house (somehow).

the world leaders are more likely to be beastfolks than humans, but for the fairness sake, they do try and have their…human tokens, as you might’ve call them as, among them. thankfully, most of them values leaderships over their own views, so they do try and listen. try, being the keyword.
