Love is an inherit risk that everybody is scared to take. Everything in life is a risk. Take the chance or regret missing out on the opportunity. You can't get hurt when you understand and accept that not everything will go your way. Lose all expectations of everything.

Rejection is redirection, not a sign to give up or that you're not good enough. Your worth isn't determined by what you want not wanting you. It's just not meant for you and it's better to accept that rather than forcing the wrong shit to work out. It won't and you only hurt yourself, wasting valuable time and energy on what's not meant for you.

You'll get what you want so much faster and easier when you don't resist or let disappointment consume you. Be authentic, love yourself and do what makes you happy. Whoever is meant for you will find you without trying. Trust me.

Besides that, the pressure that comes with dating is insane. It's not about romance or being in love at all anymore. Seems more materialistic and overcomplicated.

I think dating to marry is a losing game. Date freely and without expectation. Enjoy the love while it lasts and when it no longer feels right, let go. Can't expect everybody to be your person. We're constantly evolving. It's better to have loved than to never love at all.

Experience as much as you can so you can understand who you are and what you really want/need. That way, you won't settle and you can easily identify red flags.

You will eventually find your person but not if you go into every relationship expecting them to last forever. And when you find them, their presence will be all you need.

People need to go to fucking therapy and that's honestly the most important thing. That's all I got.

answrs pretty sure some official account said they didn't have the (time/manhours/processing power? can't remember exactly) so it wasn't going to be a thing this year. if it's related to that switch from active development to low-level maintenance where a lot of staff were reassigned it makes sense. think they fucked with the post programming too much this year to reuse the old script.

just saw your tags on that Cult of the Lamb "will you make me a grave" comic and just wanted to let you know (since I personally can't play even most regular fighting games let alone bullet hells/soulslike/roguelikes/etc) that the game has a TON of accessibility options including difficulty sliders, and I've been happily obsessed playing it! :O (I'm mainly on switch, so I can't use difficulty mods/god mode/whatever on most of the games I would otherwise want to play, ugh.)

This is what made me decide to get the game, if it has difficulty sliders and stuff, then hopefully even I can play it! I never even beat Papyrus in Undertale smzjsmkd but I'm excited to see what all the hype is about!!

Do you think Cedric is overrated, or just given so much attention that the fandom forgets the other characters exist? /gen

Also, I couldn't agree more about how wrong it is to put Cedric on a pedestal to make Roland look terrible; the man is an amazing father, and I will die on that hill!!

My opinion on Cedric in the fandom isn't as interesting as my opinion on the fandom's one-sidedness with King Roland.

I know I talk about Roland a lot, but man, I have so much to say about him that just doesn't get said enough.

I have so much to say about how the fandom is so biased with him and Cedric. The fact that he can't be a character who makes mistakes and learns from them is insane, especially since Cedric isn't a perfect person himself.

Even if Cedric's motives to take over the kingdom are sympathetic, it doesn't justify his actions. He was wrong in wanting to take over the kingdom and in hurting others like Sofia in his attempts, but people like Roland were wrong for doubting him for so long and believing the notion that he's not capable of great things.

Although Roland wasn't the main driving force in Cedric wanting to get back at everyone, those rightfully go to Goodwyn and Cordelia, he failed in being a needed support for Cedric because of how he was raised off the idea that Cedric isn't capable of being like his father.

There is so much grey area where Roland has a reason for thinking and acting how he does, just like Cedric in how he thinks and acts. There is nuance to both of their characters that the fandom neglects with Roland in favor of making him this black and white character, and it ultimately makes him unrecognizable to how he was in canon to the point that I could mistake someone's depiction on him for Roland's father. That's what they all remind me of: his father, whose been said to have been a great king but not a great father.

I feel there's so much untapped potential in regards to Cedric and Roland having their fathers be emotionally absent and growing up to give their next generation what they didn't. It's more interesting than having Roland be a bad father without considering the things he did as a father in favor of Cedric being the only one to care for Sofia. (There is a difference between making stuff mainly about Cedric and Sofia and making Sofia's own family useless with Cedric being the only one who can help her. Really, Sofia loves her family and her family loves her.)

People just haven't thought about it as deeply with Roland as they do with Cedric when it comes to reasoning, and at worst, they intentionally interpret his actions in bad faith.

It is so easy to interpret Roland as someone with good intentions. I just don't get why people would willingly make a character bad in their heads, but it always circles back to Cedric because it's always him that replaces Roland as Sofia's father.

It's never Sofia being comforted by Miranda, or spending time with Amber and James, or even talking to her animal friends or visiting her best friends, Ruby and Jade.

And even when it is about them, they're always overshadowed by Cedric. It is so rare to see something focus on anything other than Cedric to the point where I wonder what's the point in having any of the other characters present when they are just props for Cedric.

And there's nothing wrong with liking Sofia and Cedric's bond, no matter how you view it (except if it's in a romantic way, in which you need to reconsider why you feel that a full grown adult and a child would, eww.) I just feel there could be more to having Cedric being the only focal point in things, and even have him be a supporting role instead of the main focus. Having him accompany Sofia but focusing more on her interactions and relations with other characters would be so refreshing. Even exploring Cedric with other characters (cough maybe with Roland) could be a good change of pace.

All in all, I don't have anything against others or how much Cedric is focused in the fandom because some people may just like Cedric better. And if I don't want everything to be about Cedric, then I can just make my own things about other characters. It just bums me out the things I've mentioned, and I hope to make it to where there's a bit more diversity in the fandom when it comes to other characters.

1. Archon- Because he’s the son of Cronus and that he rules Greece. I liked him for being a grey villian who wants to make his country better.

2. Ryan: He’s the son of Rhea and it will be cool to see him helping other demigods like Jason and Nico. Plus I will love to his dynamics with Alabaster, Jason, and Archon. It will be cool to see him trying to be parental figure towards the demititans like Chiron.

3. Larissa: I liked that she’s the daughter of Bob (Iapetus), the titan that helped Percy and Annabeth escaped Tartarus. Her motivations about protecting demigods reminds me a lot of magneto. I also liked how Clarisse and Chris adopted her and are huge influences on her life. I liked how she thinks that both gods and mortals are dangerous towards demigods.

4. Doi: I liked Doi because she is a bit of an antihero, probably darker than Percy. I also liked how her goal is taking down Zeus for killing her parents and her many aunts and uncles. She could show Bellona and Demeter destructive potential since Demeter started winter while Bellona is known for destroying civilization. I liked how she wants to better than the gods but could be at risk for becoming like them. She will be a good main protagonist of my story.

5. Dorian: I liked him for being a lovable rogue who use to sell drugs and was part of the titan army. He will be a better love interest for Nico than will because he more laid back and actually take in Nico feelings into consideration. Like both he and Nico are outcasts in the demigod community.

2. Irene @sugutoad: because she’s the daughter of thraso, who is very unknown minor god.

3. Sakuhina daughter @sugutoad: I liked how she’s a lot more likable than boruto and sarada. It’s also nice that she’s a perfect mixture of sakura and hinata. She will definitely be Hiashi nightmare.

4. Choino daughter @sugutoad: because she has ino spunk and choji gentle nature. Her creation can show how the inoshikacho combination can evolve to a more biologically alliance.

5. Aimillios @sugutoad: I liked him because he is related to Hercules and how he’s a warrior. He also could be a parallel to achillies. I would love to use him for my series as well
