Quincy J. Lafitte from The Apocalypse Players Highway of Blood actual play, which can be found here! Just sitting in his study with a little walking leaf companion. Love that guy, would have a blast talking to him about creepy crawlies for hours...
Here’s a series of board games I’ve made recently.
Astro Asterid’s Quick Shuttle Repair
Derelict ships in space need to be fixed quickly, so they call on Astro Asterid to repair them! Carry resources through the halls of various ships to repair systems that have crashed. The more resources you carry, the slower you move, and the more likely more systems will go offline! Move quickly but strategically to repair all the systems before time runs out!
Treasure by Torchlight
A single player dungeon crawling role playing game featuring cute little mammal characters in a fantasy setting. Journey through dungeons collecting treasure and defeating monsters to level up your character so you can take on the final boss! But be careful, with every step you take your torchlight grows dimmer. Keep that torch lit as you explore randomly generated dungeons!
Treasure by Torchlight: Bite Size
This is a mint-tin version of the same game. This “bite size” version contains everything the full size game does. An enormous game in a tiny package!
Noah’s Ark
A very simple mint-tin game for young players. Move down the landscape collecting animals and bringing them one by one back to the ark. But hurry up! The flood waters are rising! Count up points at the end of the game and see if you got a high score!
The Longest Week
In the middle of a zombie apocalypse you manage to find shelter and call for help. However, help won’t arrive for 7 days. During the day scavenge for weapons, farm for food, or gather resources to strengthen your gate because when night falls the zombie horde attacks! As the days progress the horde outside grows larger and stronger. Can you survive the week and be rescued?
All of these games can be found with more information and prices on my storefront on The Game Crafter website here!
A List Of Some Of My Favourite Apocalypse Players Moments In No Particular Order
The fantastic moment in Trail of the Loathsome Slime when Joseph matter-of-factly describes the cook coming through the door with an axe and a severed head foaming blue at the mouth.
The first time Kirk Sleep loses it (and the subsequent reveal of his ABYSMAL 20 San)
The chain of events in the car kicked off by Duckworth breaking and smashing his mask and developing an obsession with his own beauty (can you tell I'm a big Crimson Letters enjoyer)
The moment in Unland where we learn what happened to Jojo. Ouch.
I'M ONLY NINE!
Peregrine McCutcheon putting his hand on what he thinks is the head of a dog, but of course it turns out to be a Bear. that whole scene is brilliantly creepy.
The mere existence of Rose Damienne, need I say more?
I just genuinely love the buildup in Il Portico De San Luca. It's so TENSE. I mean we get that with a lot of these scenarios because you're waiting for shit to go sideways, but Portico had like 5 episodes build up to two episodes crazy shit and really I loved that. It had all the tension of a mob movie, but deep down you knew it'd go eldritch any second.
How utterly batshit NUTS Ed Mooney and Jack Carstairs went. I gotta relisten to Highway of Blood.
AND FINALLY the moment when everyone clocks quite how biological Prospect is in Bleak Prospect. The line 'we're in the stomach' gave me chills. As an aspiring anatomist and body horror fan I loved it. Glad I didn't listen over lunch though...
being in a zomboid multiplayer rp server is so funny because all the ppl here are all just normal people. and mostly cis dudes
im the only queer person in this entire nation. spreading my disease, this is my she/he demigirl aromantic somethingsomething oc and he is AWESOME i dont care if its set in the 90s
Speed painting of one of the NPCs from the Werewolf the Apocalypse game I'm playing in. He's captain of the local hockey team, the Millhaven Millwrights, and has a bit of a rough history with my character Aspen.
Brassicus Maximus from The Legend of Savapiipu by the Apocalypse Players!! This scenario is a Patreon exclusive but it's sooo good. One of my favorites! But uh, obviously contains some disturbing scenes.
Since I'm not well at the moment I've been going to bed to listen to my new favourite podcast "The Apocalypse Players" but I'm starting to think it's not a great idea. I've started having weird dreams.
